Ajay Devgn postpones 'Son Of Sardaar 2' amid 'Saiyaara' wave as Mohit Suri's film mints Rs 45 crore in two days
It has collected Rs 45 crore in two days and now Devgn has postponed the film by a week and it will now release on August 1 read more Ajay Devgn's Son Of Sardaar 2 was all set to arrive in cinemas on July 25 but nobody expected Mohit Suri's Saiyaara to smash records at the box-office. It has collected Rs 45 crore in two days and now Devgn has postponed the film by a week and it will now release on August 1. Chunky Panday's nephew Ahaan Panday made a sensational debut alongside another fresh face Aneet Padda with Saiyaara. The love story, which released yesterday, opened to a thunderous response and earned Rs 21.25 crore on its first day. STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD As Ahaan, who followed his uncle Chunky Panday's & cousin Ananya Panday's footsteps, has been garnering love and praises for his performance, the Housefull 5's Instagram post, where he took a dig at the 'Kapoors and Khans' of Bollywood, has gone viral. The post, which featured the pictures of Chunky Panday, Ananya Panday and Ahaan Panday, read the caption, 'In a world of Kapoors and Khans, Pandays came out of syllabus." Several users shared their reactions in Reddit's comment section. While one wrote, 'I mean, Pandays indeed came out of the syllabus. No one could've predicted that Chunky Panday's daughter will have a better career than SRK's daughter and Chunky Panday's nephew will have a better first movie than Amitabh's grandson!" Another commented, 'These nepos should take out each other. That is the drama I am here for." 'Aamir Khan's son, Bachhan's grandson, Saif's son, etc. So many big nepos, it's low-key funny that Chikki Panday's son beat them all, like who even cares for Panday family otherwise?" read another comment. Another user wrote, 'Pandays did come out of the syllabus. Even the one who is not in the acting profession, Alanna, managed to make her way through YouTube."

‘I was furious': Bengaluru auto-rickshaw driver interrupts ride to scroll through actor Sreeleela's Instagram, passenger shares angry post
A Bengaluru commuter shared a disturbing incident during what was supposed to be a regular auto-rickshaw ride. In a Reddit post, which is now doing rounds, the man shared that he had a nerve-wracking experience as the auto-rickshaw driver remained glued to his mobile phone the entire time. According to the user, he had booked the ride to get to work in time for an important call. 'The office is usually just a 10-minute ride from my place, so I figured I'd make it comfortably on time,' he wrote. But things quickly took a bizarre turn. 'As soon as I got into the auto, the driver briefly glanced at the map and then minimised it. I assumed he was familiar with the route. But to my surprise, he immediately opened Instagram and started scrolling—while driving with one hand,' the post read. The situation became even more alarming when the driver got distracted by actor Sreeleela's post. 'He actually slowed down the auto right in the middle of the main road to open her profile and scroll through her feed. I was furious and felt completely helpless,' the man said in his Reddit post. 'Can't They Keep Their Phones Down While Driving?' the man captioned the video. See the post here The post quickly gained traction, sparking debates about rider safety and the growing problem of screen addiction among drivers. 'Man, I've seen many auto walas just slow down and pull over suddenly to the road side, without any indicator, and I notice they're always looking at their phone. It's also a problem with guys on scootys as well. It's so frustrating when you're driving right behind them,' a user shared. 'Almost every single driver i have seen on road is on their phone. It is only the heavy traffic that is preventing too many accidents,' another user commented.

‘Do you think I am jealous of you?': Harbhajan Singh asks R Ashwin; TN spin legend responds with Washington Sundar ‘perspective'
Veteran India off-spinner Harbhajan Singh's sudden decline on the international stage post the 2011 World Cup was hastened by the rapid success of Tamil Nadu tweaker, R Ashwin. Ashwin went on to dominate the Test circuit for close to 13 years since his debut, racking up a staggering 537 wickets in 106 Tests, even surpassing his senior offie Harbhajan, who had recorded 417 scalps during his 17-year career. Rumours of a rift between the two Indian spin legends had circulated often during their playing days, and both Ashwin and Harbhajan touched upon the sensitive topic during their recent conversation. In a snippet of an upcoming 'Kutti Stories with Ash' episode shared on Instagram, Ashwin asks Harbhajan: 'This whole jealousy bit. Before I allow you to answer that, let me clarify something. People look at everything from their perspective. For example, if they are passing a comment on me, they believe that others would see the world through their eyes. This comment that you are jealous of this person who is interviewing you today — what would that be about Bhajji pa?' 'Do you think I am jealous of you? You are sitting with me today, and we have spoken at length. Do you think I am that kind of person?' responded Harbhajan before Ashwin offered an interesting take on perspectives, justified such an emotion if it ever occurred. A post shared by Kutti Stories with Ash (@crikipidea) Referring to his own Test retirement last year coinciding with the rising stature of his Tamil Nadu statemate Washington Sundar, Ashwin told: 'Even if you were jealous at one point, it is justified. That is my point. I would never take it the wrong way because we are all human. Naturally, it is bound to be like that.' 'Some people believe I retired because of Washington Sundar. He is in the thick of things now. All of this is the perspective of others,' Ashwin added.
