XTransfer CEO Bill Deng Joins AI and Saas Panels at Web Summit Qatar 2025
As a global leader in B2B cross-border digital payments and compliance solutions, XTransfer was honored to contribute to discussions alongside esteemed industry experts. Bill shared his insights on the panel of 'Superapps & The Future of Digital Payments'.
During this panel, he explored the evolution of digital wallets and payment ecosystems, particularly comparing China's fintech-led transformation to global trends. He highlighted how XTransfer's AI-powered compliance solutions and fintech-bank collaborations are shaping the cross-border payments industry, making them more efficient and accessible for SMEs worldwide.
Based on customers' needs, XTransfer launched its global App version last year, which allows customers to easily manage and allocate funds anytime, anywhere. It supports the registration and verification of business users from more than 200 countries and regions and enables them to send or receive money in 70+ currencies with high speed and low costs. Meanwhile, the App can ensure security and compliance without the risk of account freezes.
In the 'Scaling SaaS in the AI Investment Boom' panel, Bill highlighted the importance of AI-driven financial technology in enhancing security, efficiency, and scalability for businesses. He emphasized that AI would be crucial for XTransfer's global expansion.
With innovative solutions like TradePilot, XTransfer's own developed AI-powered risk control infrastructure, XTransfer can easily replicate its business model in various regions. With this technology, XTransfer can assist banks in fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance so that they can provide SMEs with cross-border financial services. Bill also noted a trend in China where companies often build their own SaaS platforms instead of relying on outsourced solutions. For instance, XTransfer has developed an in-house team, including algorithm engineers, to integrate AI into their systems and app, allowing them to offer SaaS services to their SME clients.
'We are honored to take part in Web Summit Qatar 2025, sharing our vision for the future of fintech and AI-driven financial infrastructure,' said Bill Deng, CEO of XTransfer. 'At XTransfer, we remain committed to empowering SMEs with seamless, secure, and cost-effective global payment solutions.'

Amazon Turns to SpaceX as $10B Kuiper Satellite Deadline Nears
July 16 - Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) is teaming up with rival SpaceX to send its latest batch of Kuiper satellites into orbit, as it intensifies efforts to meet a critical regulatory deadline. A Falcon 9 rocket is scheduled to lift off Wednesday from Florida's Space Coast, carrying 24 Kuiper satellites. The mission, named KF-01, comes as Amazon works to accelerate deployment under a U.S. Federal Communications Commission requirement to launch half of its planned 3,236-satellite constellation by mid-2026. Warning! GuruFocus has detected 4 Warning Sign with AMZN. The partnership marks a rare collaboration between Jeff Bezos' Amazon and Elon Musk's SpaceX, whose Starlink service currently dominates the satellite internet market with about 8,000 low-Earth orbit satellites in operation. Following Wednesday's flight, Amazon will have 78 satellites in orbit. The company previously relied on United Launch Alliance for two Kuiper missions earlier this year. To meet its deployment goals, Amazon has booked up to 83 launches, including at least three with SpaceX. The project has become a major investment focus for Amazon, with up to $10 billion in total spending, including $1.1 billion on satellite production and roughly $150 million per launch. This Smart Pool Robot Means I Get to Relax and Enjoy My Summer
CNET's key takeaways: It's great value for $799, available at Amazon Best Buy Maytronics It has excellent suction power and remote scheduling at a reasonable price. Requires almost no effort or attention during the week. The cord never tangles. A pool is meant to be enjoyed, but hours of vacuuming leaves and bugs can really take the wind out of your summer sails. Sure, maintenance comes with the territory, but it doesn't have to become your life. Last summer was my first as both a homeowner and a pool owner, and I tackled vacuuming the old-fashioned way. Twice a week for five months, I spent about an hour each session. That adds up to 60 hours of my summer spent setting up and manuallycleaning the pool. That's 60 hours I could have spent floating, splashing or tanning on the deck. This year, I'm set up with a wizard of a pool cleaner machine that vacuums my entire pool in under two hours with almost no effort needed on my part. In all, I tested 12 robot pool vacuums before I landed on the Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus Wi-Fi. It hits all the marks for cleaning and scheduling via its app, and it doesn't cost an outrageous sum. Pool cleaning is now something I barely think about. When the warm weather hits, I can count on sparkling water and a clean pool floor. My experience with the Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus Wi-Fi The Dolphin deftly cleans the pool floor and sides in about 2 hours. David Watsky/CNET Out of the box, the robot requires no setup other than plugging into a power source and connecting to Wi-Fi, a process that took me less than 5 minutes. Once it's connected, dropped in the pool, and a cleaning schedule is set, there's not much else to do. The CC Nautilus Plus Wi-Fi cleaned my pool in around 2 hours, picking up soggy leaves, dead bugs, gravel, and sand. It used its fierce scrubbing brushes and a suction rate of 4,500 gallons per hour to clean the floor and walls of my kidney bean-shaped pool. The cord occasionally hooked my skimmer bot, but it didn't cause any serious complications. David Watsky/CNET The only function it doesn't have is a dedicated waterline setting, but I've found most waterline cleaning features to be just OK. Plus, it's easy enough to brush the waterline manually every few weeks if you notice buildup. For me, spending several hundred dollars more for a model with waterline cleaning just isn't worth it. Being able to set a cleaning schedule from my device tipped this robot cleaner over the line for me. David Watsky/CNET The Wi-Fi and app connectivity are what tipped this model over the top. Through the app, you can control the robot's cleaning schedules, and I found it had far fewer disconnections and glitches than other connected robot pool cleaners I tested. At 35 pounds, the robot is easy enough to pull out of the pool when it needs to be emptied and rinsed, roughly once a month. Its cord allows you to haul it in without a struggle. Speaking of the cord, the anti-tangle device with attached buoys kept it from looping around itself, although sometimes it gets caught up in my solar robot skimmer. A pool robot that filters water means far less stress on your expensive built-in equipment. David Watsky/CNET Pool filters are not cheap and can be difficult to clean, depending on the type. Having a robot cleaner that works daily will save your filter lots of work and prevent you from having to replace it as often. It'll also take some stress off your built-in pool pump and filtration system, sending less debris through the pipes to be filtered out. You can bypass the app and use the control box to start and stop the robot. David Watsky/CNET Cleaner water also means you'll spend less on chemicals due to a reduction in algae growth and better water chemistry balance. For a full breakdown, see my list of the best robot pool cleaners for 2025, tested for every type of pool. The specs Type : Corded : Corded Suction power : 4,500 gallons per hour : 4,500 gallons per hour Cleans : Floor, walls : Floor, walls Weight : 34.6 pounds : 34.6 pounds Cost : $799 : $799 Automatic daily cleaning : Yes : Yes App control: Yes CNET's buying advice I've tested dozens of pool robots and learned a few things along the way. David Watsky/CNET I have tested more than 12 pool-cleaning robots, and the Dolphin is my top recommendation. It does everything you need it to, including deep cleaning of the walls and floor on a schedule of your choosing. It's easy to use and maintain, and costs half the price of competitors. If you factor in how much time a robot pool cleaner saves or what you'd have to pay for professional vacuuming, this is as close to a no-brainer as purchases get for pool owners.

For instance, the Garmin Epix Gen 2 is down to $472, a whopping 48% off. The Garmin Venu Sq 2 is now $100 off, while the Garmin Epix Pro is knocking 45% off the original price. And there's plenty more deals where those came from! Whether you need a rugged adventure watch or a sleek smartwatch, the Garmin sale on Amazon has a little something for everyone. Keep scrolling to check out all my favorite picks. The Garmin Venu Sq 2 offers 11-day battery life, 24/7 health tracking, 25+ sports apps, and smart notifications, keeping you connected on both Android and iOS. Plus, with 40% off, this is a total steal. This is the Garmin to get if you're buying a running watch for the first time. It offers a bright screen, easy to read stats, and long battery life. You'll also have access to PacePro suggested workouts, which is like having a running coach on your wrist. In our Garmin Forerunner 55 review, we said this watch was like having an expert coach on your wrist. The Garmin Vivoactive 5 is a comprehensive fitness tracker that comes in at an affordable price. In our Garmin Vivoactive 5 review, we loved this device's gorgeous AMOLED display, access to multitude of sports apps and its advanced health stats like sleep and stress coaching. While it lacks the flashy AMOLED display of the Forerunner 265, the Forerunner 255 is otherwise a good match for its successor, and the memory-in-pixel screen is still clear to read in all conditions. It's a great triathlon watch that has dual-band GPS tracking plus useful training analysis and music storage, and it's back at its lowest ever price courtesy of this Amazon discount. The latest Forerunner is our new top pick for the best Garmin watch. In our Garmin Forerunner 265 review, we called it "a huge improvement" over the previous model. This iteration of the watch brings a gorgeous AMOLED display with a higher resolution, plus Garmin's Training Readiness Score feature. You also get accurate GPS and lots of advanced training metrics at a glance. The Garmin Epix 2 is currently on sale for 47% off The watch comes in three different colorways, but it's the white titanium design on the silver band that is the cheapest. The black titanium and slate steel models are also on sale but are more expensive. The Garmin Forerunner 965 packs a bright, beautiful OLED display, accurate heart rate and GPS tracking, and excellent integration with the Garmin Connect app. In our Garmin Forerunner 965 review, we said this is the ideal watch to get if you want a premium training watch with a large screen. However, there's no ECG sensor or support for wireless charging. The Fenix 7 Pro is available at an impressive discount. For $549, it's hard to find a better sports watch offering this level of performance. The Fenix 7 Pro delivers top-tier sports tracking, in-depth training analysis, and advanced navigation features, all packed into a durable and stylish design with outstanding battery life. This deal is on the 51mm Garmin Epix Pro, the largest model in the range. It also has the longest battery life. It's considerably cheaper than the newer Fenix 8, and having tested both, our Fitness Editor says the Epix Pro has all the same key sports tracking and training analysis features you really need, so this deal is worth considering.
