It's more than beginner's luck. Team Bublé is a two-for-two winning force now.
Adam David was crowned the winner of "The Voice" Season 27 during the competition show's live finale on May 20. David, one of two of coach Michael Bublé's singers, received the grand prize of a recording contract. This marks Bublé's second victory in a row on the NBC show following his Season 26 win.
Hot on David's heels was Jaelen Johnston, a member of Kelsea Ballerini's team who came in second place. Team Legend's Renzo came in third, while Lucia Flores-Wiseman, from Adam Levine's team, and Team Bublé's Jadyn Cree rounded out the finale bunch in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
As red and white confetti cascaded from above, David — who turned to music as a "steady anchor" amid his recovery from addiction — received a warm hug from Bublé after his win. His fellow contestants also swarmed the stage for congratulations.
David won over "Voice" viewers on May 19 with knockout performances of "Hard Fought Hallelujah" by Brandon Lake and Joe Cocker's "You Are So Beautiful." For his finale performance, David took the stage with Bublé for a rockin' rendition of "The Weight" by the Band.
Who won 'The Voice' last season?
Sofronio Vasquez from Team Bublé, a 32-year-old from the Philippines, was crowned the victor of "The Voice" Season 26 in December 2024. This marked the first win for Bublé, who, as with Season 27, was the only coach with two contestants in the top five.
"Your mentorship is a blessing to me, my family and to all the dreamers out there. You have opened up so many doors," Vasquez told Bublé in the Season 26 finale last year.
The show's other recent winners include Asher HaVon from Team Reba McEntire; Huntley and Gina Miles from Team Niall Horan; Bryce Leatherwood from Team Blake Shelton; and Girl Named Tom, from Team Kelly Clarkson.
When is 'The Voice' coming back?
The next season of "The Voice" is set to premiere in the fall.
Bublé will be back as a coach alongside returning coaches Snoop Dogg, Reba McEntire and Niall Horan. Snoop Dogg and McEntire were both most recently coaches in Season 26, while Horan was last on the panel in Season 24.

'Sex and the City' spinoff 'And Just Like That' to end with Season 3 just like that
"And Just Like That" is over, just like that. Michael Patrick King – an executive producer of the "Sex and the City" spinoff, which airs on HBO Max – revealed the show will abruptly end at the end of the current season, in a note posted to the show's social media pages Aug. 1. "And just like that... the ongoing storytelling of the 'Sex And The City' universe is coming to an end," King wrote. "While I was writing the last episode of 'And Just Like That...' season 3, it became clear to me that this might be a wonderful place to stop." He said that he and franchise star Sarah Jessica Parker "held off announcing the news until now because we didn't want the word 'final' to overshadow the fun of watching the season." King said, "It's with great gratitude we thank all the viewers who have let these characters into their homes and their hearts over these many years." 'And Just Like That' Season 3: Date, time, how to watch new episodes The "SATC" revival premiered on HBO Max in late 2021, featuring three out of the four original stars, minus Kim Cattrall's promiscuous Samantha Jones. However, the fan favorite Manhattanite made an offscreen appearance through a text conversation with Parker's lead character, Carrie Bradshaw. In the spinoff, Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) were back on the New York City streets and fans' TV screens. 'And Just Like That' finale to end Season 3 The show is set to end with a two-part finale on Aug. 7 and Aug. 14 on HBO Max. Sarah Jessica Parker speaks out on 'AJLT' ending In an Instagram post after the news broke, Parker said a heartfelt goodbye to a character she's loved for nearly 30 years. "Carrie Bradshaw has dominated my professional heartbeat for 27 years. I think I have loved her most of all. I know others have loved her just as I have. Been frustrated, condemned and rooted for her," Parker wrote. "The symphony of all those emotions has been the greatest soundtrack and most consequential companion. Therefore the most sentimental and profound gratitude and lifetime of debt. To you all." She echoed King's earlier message, writing,"MPK and I together recognized, as we have in the past, this chapter complete." "AJLT was all joy, adventure, the greatest kind of hard work alongside the most extraordinary talent of 380 that includes all the brilliant actors who joined us," Parker said. "I am better for every single day I spent with you." Davis added in her own Instagram post: "I am profoundly sad. I love our whole beautiful cast and crew. 400 artisans working so hard on our show with deep love. And to our loyal fans, we love you forever and ever." Despite a loyal following of "SATC" fans and new viewers, the show has drawn criticism for its confusing plotlines and character development since Season 1. Kelly Rowland And AJ McLean On Their Dream Bands
We all know the iconic Kelly Rowland from Destiny's Child and superstar AJ McLean from the Backstreet Boys. C'mon, they are pop ROYALTY. We recently had the chance to chat with them for Netflix's Building the Band. The duo were genuine, lovely, and charismatic. My inner child was SCREAMING WITH EXCITEMENT. Building the Band is a unique competition show that brings together talented singers from all over the world to build the perfect band. The singers are in complete control of their own destiny as they listen and chat with the other singers, seeking to form their very own bands in individual 'booths' without ever seeing each other. It's all about chemistry. Its kind of like Love is Blind meets American Idol meets The Voice. The individual singers are literally building their own bands based on only hearing each others' voices and having conversations in their own 'booths'. The goal? To build the next great music band! AJ McLean is the host of the Building the Band and Kelly Rowland is a guest judge. Nicole Scherzinger is a mentor/judge and the late Liam Payne is a guest judge. Naturally, we just HAD to ask AJ and Kelly who they would put in their dream bands. And no, they weren't allowed to include their current or past band members. AJ said, "I'm going to say Bruno Mars and Ryan Tedder...I feel like we all kind of grew up on R&B, soul, pop. I think it would be a solid pop, R&B group." For Kelly, her dream band would be, "Roberta Flack and Lauryn Hill." "Oh good one!" added AJ in the background. For the full interview clip and what genre of band they'd be, watch here: Building The Band is streaming now on Netflix. I, for one, am completely hooked.
