Brute on FBI's ‘most wanted' list for tossing cinderblock during anti-ICE riots finally busted at border
Elpidio Reyna — who was put on the FBI's wanted list over last month's chaos — was busted Wednesday at the US-Mexico border.
'He was taken into custody by a US Border Patrol officer who was inside one of the vehicles damaged in the attack — a brave law enforcement officer who could have been killed in last month's dangerous and reckless attack,' US Attorney Bill Essayli said.

The 39-year-old Compton man was allegedly caught on camera brazenly throwing the blocks at FBI vehicles as they drove by him in Paramount on June 8.

Reyna had initially fled to Mexico after authorities blasted out images of him to track him down, authorities said.

He was detained by Mexican authorities in the state of Sinaloa earlier this month but later agreed to surrender to the FBI.
Reyna was taken into custody at the San Ysidro Port of Entry on a felony charge of assault on a federal officer, authorities said.

'To anyone who thinks they can attack federal officers and hide behind a mask or helmet, Reyna's arrest today proves we can find and charge anyone who violates federal law,' Essayli said.
Attorney General Pamela Bondi hailed his arrest, saying, 'You can run, but you can not hide. If you attack a law enforcement officer, we'll find you.'

She acknowledged living with Vallarta at a ranch where kidnap victims were being held, but professed her innocence, saying she was unaware of their presence. One victim identified her as a kidnapper, but by voice only rather than by sight. A day after Cassez was arrested, police had forced her to take part in a staged raid on the ranch purportedly to rescue hostages and arrest suspects. It was covered by the media and broadcast on television. In January 2013 the Supreme Court of Mexico overturned Cassez's conviction due to procedural and rights violations. She was released and became a cause celebre in France.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard hit back at former President Barack Obama after he dismissed her claim that his administration cooked up intelligence on Russian election interference in a 'treasonous conspiracy' against President Donald Trump. Illegal immigrant facing attempted murder charges for stabbing victim multiple times at soccer game
FIRST ON FOX - An illegal immigrant from Honduras with a criminal history was recently arrested and charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a person three times during a public soccer game in Alabama. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed to Fox News Digital on Friday that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged an immigration detainer against 20-year-old Javier Lopez Tinoco, who is charged with attempted murder following a brutal stabbing attack in Baldwin County, Alabama. The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office arrested Tinoco on July 19 after he allegedly stabbed a victim three times during a public soccer game in Summerdale, according to DHS. After the attack, he allegedly fled the scene. The victim's current condition is unknown. Police were able to track Tinoco down on July 29, and when he was arrested, authorities said he had four small bags of cocaine with him. Following the arrest, ICE immediately filed an arrest detainer to prevent Tinoco's release and ensure he remains in custody pending criminal and removal proceedings. The stabbing incident was not Tinoco's first run in with the law. He was arrested by police in 2024 for public intoxication, DHS confirmed. "A man was nearly KILLED because this Honduran illegal alien decided to go on a stabbing spree. These are the type of criminal illegal aliens ICE is working to get off our streets and out of our country," said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. "ICE lodged a detainer to ensure this criminal will never be loose in American neighborhoods again," McLaughlin added. "President [Donald] Trump and Secretary [Kristi] Noem will continue to put the safety of Americans FIRST."
