Actor and Bigg Boss fame Sana Makbul has been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and was hospitalised earlier this month. Ever since she made the revelation, fans have been concerned about her health and have been sending her strength and heartfelt wishes.
The actress has now shared an update, expressing gratitude and assuring everyone that she was doing better. On Instagram, Sana posted a series of pictures in which she is seen smiling and striking graceful poses in a white outfit. Alongside the beautiful images, Sana shared a health update in the comment section.
Soon after she shared the post, the comment section was filled with love, prayers, and blessings. One fan commented, 'The winner," while another wrote, 'Seeing you happy makes us happy." Another user added, 'Sending prayers and love."

Earlier this month, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Sana revealed she had been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. She said, 'I've been living with autoimmune hepatitis for a while now, but recently things got worse. My immune system started attacking my liver more aggressively, and I've now been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. But I'm trying to stay strong and taking one day at a time."
She added, 'The doctors and I are doing everything we can to avoid a liver transplant. I've started immunotherapy — it's really intense and tiring. Some days are harder than others. But I'm holding on to hope. I just want to get better without needing something so big as a liver transplant. It's not going to be easy, but I am not ready to give up so easily. Some days I cry, some days I laugh, but every day, I try. As they say, healing is a journey, and I'm learning as I go."
She also said, 'I'll come out of this stronger, and that I am pretty sure of, as I am a fighter." And with her recent post and the visible improvement in her condition, she has indeed proven that she is a true fighter, coming back stronger than ever.
On the work front, Sana was crowned the winner of Bigg Boss OTT3. She has also participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi and several other popular television shows.
