Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd's lavish wedding revealed as 'no expense spared'
Jack P Shepherd is ready to say 'I do' to his fiancée and has made sure no expense has been spared to make their day perfect. The Coronation Street actor, 37, is set to marry Hanni Treweek this weekend in a lavish ceremony.
They met on the set of the soap and got engaged in June 2024 while on a Tanzania safari trip. While on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, Jack revealed his plans to marry Hanni this summer.
He managed to keep most of the details under wraps as he previously told the Mirror: "The wedding is this year. We're very excited. It's all done.
"It's all paid for. It should be a really good day actually. I love a wedding. Absolutely love a wedding. Weddings and funerals." Now, it has been revealed that Jack is set to tie the knot at Manchester Cathedral surrounded by his Corrie co-stars.
"Jack and Hanni are having their big white wedding at Manchester Cathedral on Saturday," a source told The Sun. "They have gone all out to make sure it's their dream day and there has been no expensed spared."
They added: "It's a very grand setting getting wed at the cathedral, and it will be packed with guests, including many of Jack's Corrie co-stars." Jack and Hanni will then reportedly entertain their guests at the five-star Lowry hotel for their after party.
The actor has soaked up the wedding planning, yet he did reveal one part he would leave out. He didn't have a stag do and didn't want one.
A few months ago he admitted: "No, I don't like the idea of going on a stag do where someone just takes the p*** out of you all weekend and you're the butt of every joke and you have to dress up like a f***ing baby.'
Hanni did have a mini hen party, however, as she headed for lunch and cocktails at The Ivy with her pals. She sipped on a 'Bride' straw while her mates donned masks with Jack's face on.
"The non hen party party, two weeks before the wedding," Hanni shared. "25 years of a special friendship with these beautiful girlies, how lucky are we.
"I love you all so much, thank you for throwing me a non hen party party it was perfect. The next time I see you I'll be walking down the aisle."
The bride-to-be has also made sure the couple are dancefloor ready for their big day as she revealed they have been taking dance classes. She shared a snap of the pair in a dance studio and teased: "Hungover but dancing through as Mrs Shepherd to be."
Hanni and Jack have been dating since 2017 and they decided to go public a year later. During an appearance on Loose Women, the couple discussed their future plans, including marriage and children.
Hanni said: "I think we fell quite quickly and from that we just clicked, and we were on the same page, and you do have those conversations but yeah I think we would like to... in the future."

According to Kim, it's an "absolute necessity", as the contraption is infused with collagen yarns and the new launch, in true SKIMS style, has already sold out after only launching on July 29. Costing a staggering £52, shoppers are hoping to copy Kim's ultra-sculpted face shape. With many calling for women to just "sleep in peace", they aren't convinced this product is a good idea - including renowned skincare guru and expert Caroline Hirons, was seen chiming in on the Skims Instagram comments, asking: "Is it April Fools?" Another Instagram user wrote: "Guys, there's straight up no science to back this. Believe me, I've looked (I've always had a double chin) Save your money." While others are comparing it to Hannibal Lecter as well as The Handmaids Tale and slamming the "disturbing" product to pressuring women to conform to these beauty standards. One of the unique selling points of the product is the collagen yarn, and according to Olga Skydan, dermatologist and member of the Medical Expert Board at the face yoga app Luvly, the term sounds scientific, but it's "largely a marketing ploy". She told The Mirror: "Collagen yarn refers to textile fibres infused with collagen peptides derived from fish or bovine sources. In some garments, these are used for moisturizing or skin-conditioning benefits. But the thing is, collagen molecules are far too large to penetrate intact through the skin barrier, and certainly too large to do so via a garment." She highlighted that it can't help promise a snatched face and compared it to a Gua Sha. She said: "Gua sha, at least, is based on traditional massage techniques that stimulate lymphatic drainage and blood flow. On the other hand, the SKIMS face wrap does something similar, but in a compressive way. It can temporarily reduce puffiness, just as sleeping in an upright position can. But make no mistake, there's no rejuvenation happening here." The expert also notes concern over the wording used for the product. The product is called 'Seamless Sculpt" and Olga said 'sculpted,' and other similar adjectives, "feeds into an already dangerous obsession with facial perfection and symmetry among women" and added: "The implication is that natural softness or aging is something to be concealed or fixed. And the fact that the solution is marketed as something you can wear at home while multitasking suggests that we should always be optimizing ourselves, even during rest." here are a lot of effective, non-invasive options out there, according to the expert. Linda Robson's Loose Women fears amid brutal cuts at ITV - 'I'm praying'
The show favourite opened up about the future of the panel show and what it means for her Linda Robson says she's 'worried' about the future of Loose Women as ITV look to make huge savings across its daytime shows. In May it was revealed the much-loved panel show would be axed for half the year as bosses eyed up massive cuts in a bid to save millions. Birds Of A Feather star Linda, who's appeared on the show for 20 years, says the threat to its future has left her 'praying' it doesn't get cancelled. 'We are all rallying together,' she said. It's been reported that when budget cuts come into effect in January it'll mean the show will no longer have A-list guests in the studio and their live audience will be a thing of the past. There are growing fears the ITV staple could even be cancelled within a year. 'It will be very sad if we can't have guests,' sighed Linda, 67. ITV is slashing the budgets of its biggest daytime shows including Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, Loose Women and This Morning, including halving the number of jobs and significantly reducing the time some of them are on air. The cuts at ITV Studios, which makes all four shows, mean more than 220 of 440 staff involved will lose their jobs. 'It's a shame people are losing their jobs,' Linda went on. 'We're all like a family. We've been together through births, marriages, deaths. It's been very hard. Everyone's worried about the show. We're just trying to stay positive and hope for the best. But hopefully it's not going be as bad as it already is.' The show features a rotating panel of presenters who debate hot topics, big issues and the news of the day. It's welcomed huge names on as guests like supermodel Naomi Campbell and singer Janet Jackson. Running since 1999, it is filmed in front of a live studio audience - although recent reports suggest that this has now been cut and will be implemented next year. ITV haven't confirmed the move. Fellow Loose Women presenter Nadia Sawalha previously told how everyone was now fearing for their jobs. 'What people don't realise at Loose Women is that we're self-employed,' she explained. 'I am self-employed. Every contract is a new contract. I could be let go tomorrow. I could be let go in five years. You don't know because we're not employees.' Looking back at her time on the long-running show - famous for debating debate hot topics, big issues and the news of the day - Linda explained why she's been perfect for the panel. 'I've got a loose mouth,' she laughed on the red carpet of the National Reality TV Awards in London. 'I'm always getting told not to swear in my ear. They try and stop me from doing it.
