The 30-year-old, who appeared in the 2021 series of Love Island in her native Poland, was working in hospitality in Dubai whilst helping to flood UK streets with "eye-opening" amounts of drugs.
Carlisle Crown Court heard that Sadlo, of Bracknell, Berkshire, was brought in as a financial director for the smuggling ring.
Their operation was so slick that some investigators compared it to Amazon.
She helped organise the shipment of cocaine, ketamine and cannabis to Holland and then on to Britain.
Prosecuting, Tim Evans told how the international cartel could not have operated at the level it did without Sadlo's "efficiency".
He said: "She not only manages the profits, costs and expenses but also manages the stock levels.
"She updates who has taken what, at what cost, from what batch and the profit margins involved.
"She is very much part of the inner circle… and is operating and seated at the very highest of tables.
"She clearly knew the scale and seriousness of the trade she was engaging in.
"No organised crime group working at this level could operate or function without Magdalena Sadlo, or an equivalent, performing this role."
While based in the UK, she operated as a drugs courier, often collecting cocaine as it was imported into the port of Harwich in Essex.
Drugs experts believe she moved 300kg of cocaine across seven trips, including 33kg of cocaine to Greater Manchester on one date alone.
Love Island star, 29, caught smuggling COCAINE on flight from Dubai as part of £53MILLION drug ring
The drugs were stored in safe houses in the Manchester area before being distributed to dealers over several months using BMWs.
She then helped launder the proceeds by investing in designer clothes and luxury watches including a £130,000 Patek Philippe and a £30,000 Rolex.
Detectives held Sadlo when she landed at Heathrow Airport on February 13 last year, having flown Emirates first class from Dubai.
She was caught carrying luxury watches, bracelets and rings, and a 'crime CV' boasting her business acumen and qualifications.
Encrypted texts on her phones revealed her "Barbie" nickname.
In one message, she quipped: 'The devil works hard, but Barbie works harder.'
Sadlo was due to have been sentenced in April after admitting conspiring to supply drugs and to launder money.

But sentencing was adjourned after insisting she played only a minor role as a £1,000-a-month personal assistant.
Finally sentencing her to 14 years yesterday, Judge Nicholas Barker said that Sadlo was "central" to the organisation.
He added: "I conclude there was gain and reward and in some way considerable to you.
"You are an intelligent woman and well understand risk and reward.
"I find you acted with real enthusiasm and sought to impress those at top."
Thirteen members of the gang have already been jailed for up to 20 years each.

But the "irreplaceable" car had vanished when owner Bryan Fitton went to check on it at 6am the next morning. The 82-year-old from Wilmslow, Cheshire, is "heartbroken" at the loss. Essex Police is investigating and urged anyone with information, CCTV, dashcam or other footage to get in contact. The owner is offering a £2,000 reward for the car's return. Bryan told the Mail: "I am hoping someone can spot the car as it's so rare and help me get the trip of a lifetime back on track – hence the reward. "The car is full of irreplaceable parts – it's an original and has even got the original Lady on the grill. "The car has been all over the world and is an advert for British motors – it's been everywhere and it gets stolen in Essex – it's just appalling." He spent years rebuilding the car and has driven it all around the world. It has toured England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Austria among other nations. However this trip was set to be Bryan's first trip to the Baltic States with his beloved car. Development of the Silver Ghost goes back to the start of the 20th century. Novak Djokovic: I'd like to steal David Beckham's wardrobe

Classic, clean and traditional. I love a polo shirt or something with a collar. I also like my clothes to be well fitted — I don't like things that are too baggy. It was probably something awful! I had no fashion sense whatsoever when I was a kid. I'd always be wearing flip-flops with baggy jeans paired with a print shirt that combined about ten different colours. And I thought that I was quite stylish! I always wear my cross necklace. But I also have sentimental things that I keep in my tennis bag like photos of my family, and the Orthodox Christian saints of my religion. I sometimes take quartz crystals with me on tour too, as I'm big into the belief that they can offer protection and positive energy. Probably David Beckham's. I mean, he's quite a fashion role model for a lot of men, isn't he? I got married. It was a grey Dolce & Gabbana tux. Oof … I should get bonus points from my wife for that being my answer. To be yourself, and to wear something that allows you to express parts of your personality. In sport you often have to follow a dress code — and that works for me because I don't like extremes. It means you can respect the rules but still play around with the details to showcase your personality and uniqueness. • Read more fashion advice and style inspiration from our experts It would have to be something I'm comfortable in and can move freely in. I love playing sports — tennis, obviously, but also skiing or just being active outdoors and in nature. But I'd want it to be elegant and sporty. Something I could wear to play, and then head straight to dinner. I personally like to camouflage my clothes by wearing colours that resemble the court surface. It makes me feel more agile. But I also enjoy it when somebody's bold on court and brings that fashion element into the game. Some of the women in tennis — Venus and Serena Williams, Naomi Osaka, Maria Sharapova — they've worn some incredible outfits and they always look phenomenal. Class. I like clothes that are rooted in history and have a connection to the place where they originated. For example, I love the history of fashion in tennis. You see these retro photos from the late 19th century: everyone playing with wooden rackets, the ladies in long, beautiful white dresses, the men in white blazers. Nowadays I like to wear colour when I can, but I really respect the all-white tradition Wimbledon has preserved. Especially now, when everything feels so disposable, I value things that feel eternal and Aman Essentials Tennis Club collection is available to shop now at
