Talks also focused on strengthening cultural relations between the two countries, especially in the field of music, where collaboration is already underway with several Austrian conservatories.
The ambassador also expressed Austria's interest in expanding cooperation in the broader domain of cultural heritage.

Culture Minister broaches latest developments, cultural ties with Brazilian Ambassador
Minister of Culture Ghassan Salameh received in his office at the National Library in Sanayeh, the Ambassador of Brazil to Lebanon, Tarcisio Costa, accompanied by the head of the cultural department at the embassy, Pablo Romero. The discussion reportedly touched on the current situation and developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as the bilateral relations between the two countries, especially the cultural ones. NNA – Labor Day Events in Lebanon 3:00 pm On the occasion of International Workers' Day (May 1), the National Federation of Workers and Employees Trade Unions in Lebanon will hold a workers' gathering at the federation's headquarters. 4:00 pm A cultural poetry festival titled 'Tribute to the Worker on His Day' will be held at the General Labor Union headquarters in Corniche Al-Nahr.
