Who is Brady Kiser? What to know about influencer Emilie Kiser's husband
Brady Kiser told officers he lost sight of Trigg Kiser for three to five minutes before finding the boy floating in the family's backyard pool, according to the applications, which included sworn police affidavits summarizing a police interview with Brady Kiser.
In May, Emilie Kiser filed a lawsuit to block government records about the investigation into Trigg Kiser's drowning from being released to the public, arguing that doing so would violate her family's privacy.
Emilie Kiser's legal team has since agreed that some records about the investigation into her son's death, such as redacted police and medical examiner reports, could be released. But whatever is made available should balance her privacy against the public's right to know, they said.
The search warrant applications, which were granted, sought surveillance footage at the home to corroborate Brady Kiser's statements to police. The applications were public documents filed with the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court.

Brady Kiser is the husband of Emilie Kiser and the father to their late son, Trigg, 3, and their surviving son, Theodore, who was born earlier this year. Brady Kiser was frequently featured in his wife's social media posts, which focused on family, parenthood, nutrition and other aspects of her daily life.
Trigg was hospitalized on May 12 after he fell into the family's backyard pool in Chandler. Brady Kiser told police he was distracted by Theodore and had lost sight of Trigg for roughly three to five minutes before finding him floating in the pool, according to search warrant applications obtained by The Arizona Republic.
Once he saw that Trigg was in the pool, he jumped in to get the boy and called 911, according to police records. Investigators in the search warrant applications said they wanted to obtain home surveillance video so they could corroborate Brady Kiser's statements.
The couple met in August 2018 and married in November 2019, according to an Emilie Kiser TikTok post.
Brady Kiser is 28 years old.
The couple moved to Arizona so Brady Kiser could pursue work in solar sales, according to a YouTube video Emilie posted in March 2024. She also said he runs his own car-detailing business.
The couple has lived in Chandler since 2024, according to Emilie Kiser's TikTok account.

‘I Hope This Covers It:' Woman Sees $40 and a Note Under Her Windshield. Then She Sees What Happened to Her Kia
A Kia owner claims someone left her $40 along with a note on her windshield after they rammed into her car. Danara Judd (@danarajudds) showed off the damage in a clip that's accrued over 409,000 views on the popular mobile application. While several people were taken aback by the small amount of money, others were skeptical of the TikToker's claim. Kia Damage Judd's video begins with her recording the front windshield of her vehicle. Placed on top of it is a written note. Its text is covered by two $20 bills. As she speaks off-camera, she removes the money, which is pinned to the vehicle's windshield beneath its wipers. 'I just come out from the store. Um, I found this note on my car,' she says. The note reads, 'Sorry about the damage, I hope this covers it. It is all I have.' Additionally, whoever penned the note capped it off with a drawing of a sad face. Judd continues to state off-screen, 'And they left me $40. Let's take a look at the damage.' Following this, she backs away from the vehicle, putting more of it in view of her camera's lens. As she saunters around the car, nothing appears amiss—until she reaches the rear passenger's side. A portion of the bumper cover has been visibly separated from the car. Furthermore, a portion of the car's body above the wheel well has a large gash, exposing her Kia's underbelly. Also, her rear blinker light has been smashed, and there are large, dark streaks blemishing the white paint job of her car. Upon showing the harm caused to her vehicle, Judd sarcastically comments on the $40 she received. 'Yup, should cover it,' she says. Kia Rear Bumper Cover Damage Cost It's difficult to ascertain the specific vehicle model in Judd's video. However, the car does appear to be a newer model Kia sedan, judging from the rim, body type, and infotainment system shown in this TikTok she uploaded. In recent years, Kia has offered a number of sedan models , including the Rio , Forte , Optima , Stinger , Cadenza , K900 , K4 , and K5 . Overall, auto repair blog The Cost Guys broke down the cost of a rear bumper replacement as ranging anywhere from $70 to $2,000. Several factors affect pricing. First, there are parts for the specific make and model of the vehicle. Second, the amount a mechanic charges for labor can widely vary, according to the website. Moreover, The Cost Guys writes that one's location and average pricing for a region can also influence bumper cover replacement costs. The online store Kia Parts Now sells a K5 rear bumper upper cover for $279.10. Replacements for a lower rear bumper cover retail for a higher amount at $337.45. These prices don't factor in labor, either. But there are indeed guides uploaded online by DIY enthusiasts, like this 26-minute video, which clearly delineates how to replace a rear bumper cover on a 2023 Kia K5 . For a Kia Optima, drivers can expect to shell out anywhere from $200 to $700, according to Car Costing . Like the previously linked K5 clip, there are other online tutorials for Optima owners who want to swap out their rear bumper covers, too. Rear Taillight Replacement Cost In addition to the bumper damage, Judd's vehicle seems to have had its rear passenger taillight obliterated. To completely replace the side tail light assembly, Parts Geek , another online store, features some Kia options. For a 2019-2024 Kia Forte, drivers will have to fork over $102.97. The same website sells a tail light assembly for the Optima at more than double the cost at $240.37 . Again, the installation cost of this component isn't factored into these aforementioned online prices, either. More Damage and Associated Costs Judd's exterior damage woes don't appear to stop at the rear bumper cover or tail light assembly. Her video shows what looks like a cracked portion of the car's rear passenger body panel. This area is located above the right back wheel well, and isn't connected to the rear bumper. Judging from her video, it seems that her car's rear fender panel was smashed in the collision. This may necessitate the purchase of an entirely new panel. Partsville, on its online eBay store, sells a 2014-2016 Kia Forte panel piece for $530, with $170 shipping . Thus, using these referenced parts expenditures, along with labor costs and the extent of the damage to Judd's Kia, she could be looking at repairs that exceed $1,000, which is significantly higher than the $40 attached to her car's windshield. Commenters React Folks who replied to her video also expressed that they thought the amount left on her vehicle was a pittance. One person speculated that the repair estimates would be more in the $4,000 range. 'They are about $3800 short,' they wrote. Another joked, 'I left $60. Someone must have taken $20.' However, there were others who believed Judd was attempting to pass off her own damage as an accident. They claimed they saw rust on her vehicle, which they say is indicative of the damage to her car not being as fresh as the TikToker says it is. 'I see rust and no fresh pieces laying next to car. Nice try though,' one wrote. 'Fake post! Rust!!! Fresh hit and run don't produce rust,' another mused. 'Lol is the 'store' your driveway?' one TikToker mentioned, expressing that they thought Judd recorded the video at home. Another person echoed this sentiment, stating, 'I saw the house through the windshield…but your secret's safe with me.' Motor1 has reached out to Judd via TikTok comment for further information. Todd Chrisley reveals his ‘sole intent' in prison was to make employees miserable
Todd Chrisley knows best when it comes to the prison system. In May, the reality star, 56, and his wife, Julie Chrisley, 52, were pardoned by President Donald Trump after being convicted of fraud and tax evasion in 2022. Todd and Julie began their prison sentences in 2023 and served a little over two years before gaining their freedom. 9 Todd Chrisley opens up about prison on his daughter's podcast. Savannah Chrisley/Youtube Since their release, the couple has been vocal about their time behind bars, even sitting down with their daughter Savannah Chrisley on her 'Unlocked' podcast on Tuesday. 'I was surrounded by miserable human beings,' Todd reflected about his time at the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Florida. 'Every day, I got up and it was my sole intent to make their life even more miserable because they were there to make our lives miserable.' 9 Todd Chrisley gets candid on life behind bars. Savannah Chrisley/Youtube Julie agreed with her husband of 29 years, stating that the correctional officers are 'miserable human beings.' As Todd put it, 'They are not your friends. It's us against them.' The 'Chrisley Knows Best' alum went on to describe his mindset behind bars. 9 Todd Chrisley on the 'Unlocked' podcast. Savannah Chrisley/Youtube 'I think for me, I was always free. In my head, I was still free,' he explained. 'I did not take up residence there. I was in prison. Prison was not in me.' Todd made the most out of his time in the facility, sharing with listeners that he 'made great friends.' 'I stayed in faith. I prayed. I read my Bible. I worked out,' the patriarch continued. 'I walked. And I wreaked havoc on anyone who was mistreating somebody else.' 9 Julie Chrisley and Todd Chrisley. Instagram/@juliechrisley One person in particular was Rick Singer, the mastermind behind the 2019 'Varsity Blues' college admissions scandal that left more than 50 coaches, parents and associates of Singer's behind bars. The disgraced college admissions coach pleaded guilty in 2019 to racketeering, money laundering, conspiracy to defraud the federal government and obstruction of justice, and is serving out the rest of his 42-month sentence in Pensacola. 'He was talking smack, saying that he didn't wear a wire. He never told on anyone. The Feds set him up and this, that and the other,' Todd detailed. 9 Todd Chrisley speaks during a news conference on Friday, May 30, 2025. AP With his remarks already rubbing the former USA Network star the wrong way, months later, Singer came back and made a comment about Savannah. 'So, I walked up to him and I said, 'I'm going to say this one more time,' Todd noted. 'I'm already in prison. I will rip your head off and s–t your neck if you talk about my child again.' And I meant what I said.' Singer said he wasn't scared of Todd, to which the entrepreneur replied, 'I don't need you to be afraid of me. Just be aware that if my daughter's name comes out of your mouth again, I will rip your head off and s–t down your neck.' 9 Julie Chrisley and Todd Chrisley. 'And when I went to bed that night and the lights went out, I cried myself to sleep and I said, 'God, why are you allowing this?'' 'You don't realize the things that you took for granted until you don't have it,' he shared. 'So your freedom, your ability to go to church, your ability to go out to eat, you know, to stay in your bed all day, those things are taken from you, so when you have them back, it's a blessing.' 9 Todd and Savannah Chrisley. Getty Images Julie, meanwhile, spoke out about what she missed the most while serving her sentence. 'My children and my husband, you know, I missed birthdays and holidays and graduations and things that I can never get back.' The duo also reflected on coming home.
