, Kingdom has been quietly generating buzz, with it's recent trailer. We have learnt that Choudhary plays an integral part in the movie. Speaking exclusively to us, the seasoned actor confirmed, 'I'm playing a pivotal role in this project. All I can share is that the character holds a significant place in the story — the narrative doesn't quite move forward without him. As an actor, it brought a different kind of energy and challenged me in ways I hadn't experienced before.
'
While he aren't certain whether Choudhary's character will be grey or not, it is an integral part. The actor has also won acclaim for his roles in Aarya, Bombay Begums, and Mumbai Meri Jaan, and was recently seen in Vivek Soni's Aap Jaisa Koi featuring Fatima Sana Shaikh and R Madhavan.
On working with Vijay Deverakonda, Choudhary said the process was seamless: 'It was a good experience overall. We didn't need to go into too much discussion — working together felt smooth and easy. There was a certain flow on set, and that always makes things better. Sometimes, it's just about being present and letting the scenes unfold naturally, and that's exactly how it was with Vijay," the actor concluded.

Akshay Kumar earns Rs 110 crore in just 7 months without a single shot on camera, here's how

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar has been busy at the box office in 2025, with three films already hitting theatres in the first six months and more lined up. But away from the silver screen, he's been making big moves in real estate. Over the last seven months, the actor has earned a staggering Rs 110 crore — all from selling his properties. Which high-profile property was sold? According to IndexTap documents, Akshay and his wife, Twinkle Khanna, sold their plush apartment in the Oberoi Three Sixty West project, located in Mumbai's Worli, for Rs 80 crore. This luxury property was one of the most talked-about transactions in the city's real estate circles this year. What about his Borivali apartments? As per Square Yards documents, Akshay sold multiple units in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali (East). A 3BHK apartment measuring 1,073 sq ft went for Rs 4.25 crore. Another 3BHK unit, with two parking spaces, fetched Rs 4.35 crore in March 2025. Two connected residential properties in the same complex sold for Rs 7.10 crore. Two more apartments were sold for Rs 6.60 crore in total — one priced at Rs 5.35 crore and the other at Rs 1.35 crore. Did he sell any commercial space? Yes. According to Hindustan Times, Akshay sold his office located in One Place Lodha Complex, Lower Parel, for Rs 8 crore earlier this year. Why is this making news? In just a few months, Akshay has made multiple high-value real estate deals, making him one of the most active celebrity property sellers of the year. While his films continue to pull crowds, his knack for strategic investments and timely sales is proving equally headline-worthy. From luxury apartments in Worli to prime commercial space in Lower Parel and multiple residential units in Borivali, Akshay Kumar's property portfolio has undergone a serious reshuffle in 2025, with Rs 110 crore flowing in from sales alone.

Satya Dev on ‘Kingdom': ‘Shiva was destiny. I was meant to play him'

The recently released gangster drama Kingdom, starring Vijay Deverakonda and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, continues to win hearts across the board. Backed by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, with music by Anirudh Ravichander, the film also features stellar performances from Satyadev, Bhagyashree Borse, and debutant Venkatesh. Since its release on July 31, Kingdom has emerged as both a critical and commercial success. In an exclusive interaction, actor Satyadev, who plays the emotionally intense role of Shiva, opened up about his journey with the film and the outpouring of love from audiences. 'I've never received this many calls and messages in my career,' he shared. 'The response was instant and overwhelming. Unlike my previous films that took time to gain traction, Kingdom connected from day one.' Interestingly, the role of Shiva was initially written with Satyadev in mind. 'After delays, the team explored other actors. But just before the shoot, Gowtam met me again and I said yes immediately. It felt like fate,' he recalled. Reflecting on his performance, Satyadev emphasized the emotional core behind the film's action. 'What makes the stunts impactful is the emotional weight behind each scene. It's not just action for action's sake.' He also shared behind-the-scenes anecdotes, including learning to steer a boat for a tense sequence with Vijay. 'It was terrifying at first—we even had near-misses—but we pulled it off,' he laughed. Praising debutant Venkatesh and co-star Vijay Deverakonda, Satyadev said, 'Venkatesh delivered a stellar debut, and Vijay surprised me with his emotional depth and commitment.' Looking ahead, Satyadev is gearing up for his web series Arabian Kadali (streaming from August 8 on Prime Video), the release of Full Bottle, and collaborations with directors Venkatesh Maha and Ajay Nag. 'I truly believe Shiva reached the audience not just because of my acting, but because of Gowtam's writing,' he said, signing off with gratitude.
