All Battlefield 6 Rush Mode leaks
Rush mode in the Battlefield franchise has always been a staple, and it seems Battlefield 6 is going to be far away from any exception. This game mode was originally introduced in Bad Company in 2008, and became an instant hit.
Now, according to a strong leak, this popular game mode is also making a return in Battlefield 6 as well. After the disastrous performance of Battlefield 2042, DICE is leaving no stones unturned to change the fate of the upcoming title. And the Rush mode might be one of the trump cards of the developers.
Battlefield 6 leaked gameplay
footage showcases Rush mode
It is true that Battlefield 6 is in the works right now, but
the game is yet to be revealed officially
. There has been no solid release date confirmed as well, all we know is that Battlefield 6 might be released within the fiscal year 2026 of Electronic Arts.
However, that doesn't stop the leaks from hovering all around the internet.
Similarly a recent leak has surfaced online which featured some actual gameplay footage of Battlefield 6, that showcased the highly anticipated Rush game mode. The leaked video also featured various aspects of the iconic game mode such as new maps, different classes, fire damages, and many more.
One of the major disappointments of the fans towards Battlefield 2042 was the limited-time availability of the Rush game mode which was later removed from the game.
However, it seems this is not going to happen in Battlefield 6, because DICE wouldn't want to commit the same mistake by omitting a highly popular game mode, so fans might get Rush permanently in the game.
Rush is actually an Attack vs. Defend game mode where the former will look to destroy pairs of M-COM stations (military communication channels), against the latter who will resist the attackers, just like bomb planting and defusing in Counter-Strike.
Attackers get a limited number of respawn card tickets per phase, and losing all tickets in an effort to plant charges makes the defenders win. And if the attackers manage to detonate a sector, then the map expands to its next sector, and once all sectors are cleared, attackers win the match.

Battlefield 6 leak: Rumors hint at open class weapon system
(Image via DICE) The Battlefield franchise might be heading into bold new territory. A recent leak suggests that Battlefield 6 could ditch one of its longest-standing mechanics — class-based weapon restrictions. If true, this change could redefine how players approach combat in the next installment. But it's also stirred quite a debate among longtime fans. No More Locked Loadouts? Traditionally, Battlefield games have tied specific weapons to specific classes. Assault classes got rifles, Recon players used snipers, and Support carried LMGs. But if leaks from the Battlefield Labs test environment are to be believed, Battlefield 6 is set to introduce a more flexible system. Rather than locking guns to classes, players may be free to equip any weapon they want, regardless of their role. Want to play Recon but use a shotgun? Go for it. Prefer to be an Assault medic with a sniper? That might soon be possible. New Battlefield 6 Leaks Suggest An Open Beta Coming Soon! Perks Over Restrictions Instead of forcing weapon limitations, the new system reportedly introduces perks to incentivize using a class's 'Signature Weapon.' For example: Recon with sniper rifles : Less scope sway, faster reloads, steadier aim. Assault with assault rifles : Quicker weapon swaps and smoother sprint-to-shoot transitions. So while the freedom is there, players still benefit from sticking to their class's core identity. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Cách giao dịch ETH/USD mà không cần nắm giữ Ether IC Markets Tìm hiểu thêm Undo This Battlefield 6 Reveal Leak Changes EVERYTHING Custom Progression: Training & Specialization Another rumored feature is a 'Training' system that evolves your class over time. As you play, you'll unlock abilities like Recon players gaining access to area scans via UAVs. This progression system might work in tandem with leaked 'Class Specializations,' giving players more control over how they build their soldier. Fans Are Split — But Nothing's Final As expected, not everyone is thrilled. Some players worry this shift will dilute teamwork, reduce tactical variety, or turn Battlefield into just another shooter. Others welcome the experimentation, hoping it adds replayability and personalization. Worth noting: all of this is still in testing. With Battlefield Labs acting as a sandbox for feedback and iteration, EA could easily pivot back if the open weapon system doesn't land well. With whispers of an open beta on the horizon, fans may soon get hands-on experience to judge for themselves. All eyes are on Battlefield 6 as it continues to evolve in unexpected and potentially game-changing ways. Need for Speed franchise may have been cancelled by EA, and this game could be the reason why
Electronic Arts has reportedly put its long-running Need for Speed franchise on indefinite hiatus, according to claims from industry insiders and contributors to the EA-funded car culture website Speedhunters. The decision comes as developer Criterion Games has been fully reassigned to work on the Battlefield series . Matthew Everingham, a photographer and longtime contributor to Speedhunters, broke the news on Instagram, stating: "Speedhunters is on ice. EA shelved Need For Speed, and that means no more funding for the site. Grateful for everything — the trips, the stories, the lifelong mates." The announcement has sent shockwaves through the racing game community, as Need for Speed has been a cornerstone franchise for EA since 1994. The series' most recent entry, Need for Speed Unbound, was released in December 2022 but failed to achieve commercial success despite initial promise. Speedhunters, which has been closely affiliated with Need for Speed since 2008, hasn't published new content since April 2025. The site's store has gone offline, and its social media accounts now display blackout profile pictures, further supporting claims of the shutdown. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like An engineer reveals: One simple trick to get internet without a subscription Techno Mag Learn More Undo Criterion's Battlefield assignment leaves racing fans in the dust The writing appeared on the wall earlier this year when EA announced that Criterion Games, the studio behind Need for Speed Unbound, would be joining the multi-studio effort to revive the Battlefield franchise following the poor reception of Battlefield 2042. Former Speedhunters contributor Paddy McGrath provided insight into the site's precarious position in a Reddit comment: "There were so many times that Speedhunters was circling the drain over the last decade. We rarely knew ahead of time if our contracts would be renewed each year. A lot of brilliant and dedicated people put a lot of work in to keep things going as long as it did." EA has not issued an official statement regarding the franchise's future, though the company recently announced that Need for Speed Rivals' online servers will shut down on October 7, 2025.
