The 30-year-old, who appeared in the 2021 series of Love Island in her native Poland, was working in hospitality in Dubai whilst helping to flood UK streets with "eye-opening" amounts of drugs.
Carlisle Crown Court heard that Sadlo, of Bracknell, Berkshire, was brought in as a financial director for the smuggling ring.
Their operation was so slick that some investigators compared it to Amazon.

Prosecuting, Tim Evans told how the international cartel could not have operated at the level it did without Sadlo's "efficiency".
He said: "She not only manages the profits, costs and expenses but also manages the stock levels.
"She updates who has taken what, at what cost, from what batch and the profit margins involved.
"She is very much part of the inner circle… and is operating and seated at the very highest of tables.

"She clearly knew the scale and seriousness of the trade she was engaging in.
"No organised crime group working at this level could operate or function without Magdalena Sadlo, or an equivalent, performing this role."
While based in the UK, she operated as a drugs courier, often collecting cocaine as it was imported into the port of Harwich in Essex.
Drugs experts believe she moved 300kg of cocaine across seven trips, including 33kg of cocaine to Greater
Manchester
on one date alone.

She then helped launder the proceeds by investing in designer clothes and luxury watches including a £130,000 Patek Philippe and a £30,000 Rolex.
Detectives held Sadlo when she landed at Heathrow Airport on February 13 last year, having flown Emirates first class from Dubai.
She was caught carrying luxury watches, bracelets and rings, and a 'crime CV' boasting her business acumen and qualifications.

But sentencing was adjourned after insisting she played only a minor role as a £1,000-a-month personal assistant.
Finally sentencing her to 14 years yesterday, Judge Nicholas Barker said that Sadlo was "central" to the organisation.
He added: "I conclude there was gain and reward and in some way considerable to you.

"You are an intelligent woman and well understand risk and reward.
"I find you acted with real enthusiasm and sought to impress those at top."
Thirteen members of the gang have already been jailed for up to 20 years each.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez lock lips in steamy display as they head to big wedding bash

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez were all smiles, and kisses as they arrived by water taxi in Venice on Saturday ahead of their highly anticipated wedding weekend. The couple shared a passionate kiss aboard the sleek wooden boat, drawing cheers from onlookers and photographers lining the docks. Sánchez, wearing a shimmering, strapless lace gown, wrapped her arms around the Amazon founder, who kept it classic in a black button-down shirt and matching blazer. The two appeared deeply in sync as they cruised through the Grand Canal en route to a pre-wedding celebration at one of Venice's historic villas. The weekend affair is expected to attract a who's who of celebrities, business magnates and political figures. Security has been tight, with reports of multiple venues being booked out across the city. Sánchez and Bezos, who got engaged in May 2023, have remained relatively private about the details of the ceremony. Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez shared a kiss in Venice as they headed to their star-studded wedding party. Initially planning a ritzy bash at Scuola Grande della Misericordia, they've since relocated the celebration to a different spot in the Arsenale district, yet this move hasn't silenced the local uproar. The couple's extravagant $48M wedding has drawn the ire of residents. Venice's iconic scenery has been increasingly marred by anti-Bezos sentiment leading up to the event, with banners and stickers declaring "No Space for Bezos," and even historical treasures like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square have turned into stages for dissent. People Magazine captured the mood, noting that protestors have expanded their complaints, urging the Amazon tycoon to "pay more taxes." Greenpeace made waves in St. Mark's Square by spreading out a humongous banner depicting a chuckling Bezos paired with the words, "If you can rent Venice for your wedding you can pay more tax." The environmental group shared on Instagram a clip of the banner alongside the statement, "Jeff Bezos pays his staff poverty wages and dodges tax. No wonder he can afford to shut down half of Venice for his wedding this week. Tax billionaires NOW." While residents expressed concern about the nuptial festivities potentially causing a ruckus, city authorities reassured the populace that usual taxi and waterborne transit services would not be interrupted. Additionally, they verified only 30 of the 280 water taxis are reserved, with just a select few hotels being utilized. Moreover, the city issued a communiqué underscoring its adeptness at orchestrating sizable events. "The city is fully accustomed to hosting high-profile events of this nature and scale, including other celebrity weddings, international summits such as the G7 and G20, as well as traditional events like the Festa del Redentore and the Venice Biennale," the city administration declared. The communique went on to stress, "The celebrations, attended by 250 guests, will blend into the daily rhythm of a city that, with dignity and respect, welcomes thousands of visitors from around the world while safeguarding the quality of life for its residents, workers and students."
