A female constable is seen in uniform lip-syncing to the viral song Hum Hain Bihari, Thoda Limit Mein Rahiyega.
A short lip-sync reel filmed by a female police constable in Bihar has gone viral, sparking a wave of reactions on social media. The 17-second video shows the officer dressed in full uniform, standing against a wall near what appears to be a police station. In addition, her nameplate reads Aarti.
In the reel, she lip-syncs to the popular line 'Hum Hain Bihari, Thoda Limit Mein Rahiyega," which translates to 'We are Biharis, so stay within your limits." The background, including large trees and a distant building, reportedly confirms that the video was recorded within the police station premises.
In the clip, the constable is seen confidently facing the camera, with a serious yet expressive look, capturing the attention of viewers. She wears a beret, a regulation khaki uniform and a name tag, clearly identifying her as an on-duty officer.
The setting and her attire have raised eyebrows, not just due to the performance, but due to the fact that the video was made during what appears to be duty hours and within official premises.

The video, shared on June 29, has received more than 2,000 views so far, along with mixed public reactions. While some praised the boldness of the performance, many criticised it for undermining the dignity of the police force.
Meanwhile, the Free Press Journal reported that the Bihar police have launched an inquiry to determine exactly where and when the reel was recorded. As per police guidelines, officers are prohibited from making or sharing videos in uniform at the workplace.
In March, Chandigarh Police suspended senior constable Ajay Kundu after a viral video showed his wife, Jyoti, dancing on a zebra crossing at Sector-20 Gurdwara Chowk. The video, recorded on March 20, drew criticism as it caused a traffic disruption.

Jyoti was seen dancing to a popular Haryanvi song while blocking the road, seemingly unaware of the traffic she was holding up. The clip was reportedly filmed by her sister-in-law, Pooja, shortly after the two had visited a temple in Sector 32. The incident quickly gained attention online and sparked a public backlash.

Vihaan Samat on disappointment of losing film to a star kid: ‘The father, mother, uncle, whatever, was funding the film'

The debate around nepotism in Bollywood continues to spark conversation, especially as many outsiders find themselves being replaced by star kids in major projects. In a recent conversation with Free Press Journal, Vihaan Samat opened up about losing a role in a film due to nepotism. Vihaan Samat recalls being replaced by a star kid in a film. Vihaan revealed, "There has been a movie that I wanted to do, and they eventually gave it to someone who was son, daughter, nephew of someone. And because that person, who was the father, mother, uncle, aunt, whatever, was funding the film. That's how and that's why they went that way. So, I mean, really, can you blame them? Because they are literally spending money on a movie. So the movie probably wouldn't be made if they didn't have a reason to spend that money. So I'm sure there's been a couple of instances that have happened. You kind of just learn how to ignore that and move on. But it was a bit disappointing.' He added, "I also think any of us, if we're parents, we want to give our children the best possible future. So I think that's what's happening in terms of the way people are funding things, the way people are casting things. Now, does that mean that people who might be more naturally suited or naturally fit the background of the role miss out on that role? Yes. Is that disappointing? Yeah, it is disappointing. But it's like saying, is life disappointing? Yeah, it is disappointing. But are you going to go and say that life is unfair, change it? You do your best, and hopefully your efforts will be rewarded in due course.' Vihaan added that even though the journey in the entertainment industry is complicated and tough for an outsider, with the path not usually visible, it eventually ends up being fruitful. Vihaan Samat's work so far Vihaan Samat began his career with a supporting role in the feature film Worth, starring Michael Keaton. He rose to prominence with Netflix's Mismatched, which earned him recognition. Since then, Vihaan has appeared in shows like Eternally Confused and Eager for Love and the upcoming series Call Me Bae, alongside Ananya Panday. He also featured opposite her in the film CTRL, further cementing his growing presence in both web and film projects. He was last seen in the web series The Royals. Helmed by Priyanka Ghose and Nupur Asthana and written by Neha Veena Sharma, the show also features Bhumi Pednekar, Ishaan Khatter, Zeenat Aman, Sakshi Tanwar, Nora Fatehi, Vihaan Samat, Dino Morea, and Milind Soman. While the first season received criticism for its portrayal of royal families and the performances of some cast members, it has now been renewed for season 2.

Four involved in online scams arrested

In a crackdown on organised cyber fraud, the Cyber Crime Cell of Chandigarh Police has arrested four individuals involved in a series of high-value online scams. The arrests were made in connection with three separate FIRs registered at Cyber Crime police station. In the first FIR registered on March 28, Kanav Khanna, a resident of Sector 21A, Chandigarh, was duped of Rs 1.08 crore. Police said that the complainant was lured through a deceptive WhatsApp group called 'FF BlackRock Investment Institute,' which posed as an official platform of the globally reputed BlackRock investment firm. Initially, the group showcased small returns and enabled successful withdrawals to build trust. However, once the investment amount grew, the victim's attempts to withdraw funds were met with threats and coercion. He was blackmailed into paying further amounts under the pretext of processing 'taxes' for fund withdrawal. During the investigation, Chandigarh Cyber Police obtained call detail records (CDRs), customer acquisition forms (CAFs), and KYC details linked to the bank accounts used in the fraud. It was discovered that Rs 49 lakh had been transferred into a Bank of Baroda account registered in the name of Madhav Prajapati, a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Acting on this lead, a raid was conducted on June 26, 2025, in Barwala, Botad district, Gujarat. Madhav Prajapati was arrested and during interrogation, he confessed to opening the said bank account on instructions from another unidentified individual. He admitted to handing over the ATM card and KYC documents in exchange for a commission of Rs 20,000. In another case, registered on March 26, 2025, Satinderpal Singh Chahal, a resident of Sector 40, Chandigarh, reported that on February 5, 2024, he received a call from a fraudster who claimed that a FedEx parcel in his name had been intercepted containing narcotics and other suspicious material. Under this false pretext, the accused manipulated him into downloading Skype and subsequently gained unauthorised access to his ICICI Bank account. Exploiting this access, the fraudsters managed to get a personal loan of Rs 10 lakh sanctioned in his name and transferred Rs 9.76 lakh to a Punjab National Bank account. Based on technical surveillance and investigation, a raid was conducted in Gujarat, within the jurisdiction of Vijapur police station, Mehsana district. On June 28, 2025, two accused — Thakor Gautam Mavaji, 24, and Patel Hirenkumar Mukeshkumar, 34 — were arrested from the area. Both were found to be involved in the conspiracy and facilitation of the cyber fraud, and further investigations are underway to trace other members of the gang and to recover the defrauded amount, said the police. The third case was registered on April 19, following a complaint by Vikas Sharma, a resident of Mani Majra, Chandigarh. He stated that he had been added to a WhatsApp group called ' Investment Institute' where he was lured into investing money under the false promise of high returns through online surveys and task completion. As the engagement progressed, the accused kept demanding additional payments citing incomplete tasks or processing fees for withdrawal. After extorting multiple payments from the complainant, the fraudsters blocked him on WhatsApp and Telegram. Sharma was eventually cheated of a total of Rs 20.88 lakh. During the course of the investigation, Chandigarh Cyber Crime Police obtained CDRs, CAFs, and banking records. It was revealed that on September 4, 2024, an amount of Rs 32,740 was transferred to an Indian Bank account registered in the name of M/s Vaghela Enterprise, whose proprietor was identified as Vaghela Praful, a 42-year-old resident of Surat, Gujarat. A raid was conducted in the state, and the accused was arrested from Bharuch, Gujarat, on June 27, 2025. His role in facilitating and possibly orchestrating the financial transactions linked to the fraud has come under scrutiny, and interrogation is ongoing. The Cyber Crime Police Station has stated that further investigation is underway in all three cases to identify additional co-accused, freeze suspect bank accounts, and recover the defrauded funds.

Video: Men On Tractors Perform Stunts In Gurugram's CyberHub

A group of men were caught on camera performing stunts on tractors in Gurugram's upscale Cyber Hub area. The videos show the men recklessly driving tractors at high speed, smashing through plastic spring bollards installed for traffic regulation, and performing stunts to Haryanvi and Punjabi music. They drove the tractors through the busy corporate district with no regard for traffic norms. Apart from endangering their own lives, they put pedestrians and fellow commuters at serious risk. The reckless stunt parade extended into Gurugram's posh DLF locality, where vehicle owners were seen swerving to avoid collisions. The video shows them using two modified vehicles - a red Swaraj tractor with the name "Shera" painted on it, and a green tractor marked "Snipe". Multiple individuals were seen riding the vehicles while performing gestures and stunts in motion, seemingly for social media reels. Men on tractors perform dangerous stunts in Gurugram's cyberhub. — Medha Bhattacharjee (@Medhabh2907) July 2, 2025 In a more serious violation, they also took their stunt tractors onto the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway, where such vehicles are explicitly prohibited. Witnesses said frightened drivers of other vehicles were forced to swerve out of the way, risking accidents. This reckless behaviour comes after a hard-hitting observation by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, which recently ruled that such public road stunts could amount to culpable homicide. In a December 2024 case, Justice Anoop Chitkara stated that individuals who perform stunts on public roads using modified vehicles, fully aware of the potential for fatal outcomes, cannot be excused as merely rash or negligent drivers. "When someone does stunts on a public road, endangering public safety... the act would fall in the definition of culpable homicide," Justice Chitkara said, as per Live Law. Yashish Yadav, President of the Dwarka Expressway RWA Association, called the act a dangerous trend fuelled by the race for social media likes and followers, as per Dainik Bhaskar. He urged the administration to take strong legal action to prevent such incidents in the future.
