Ram Charan's Current Projects
Actor Ram Charan 's beloved pet, Rhyme, is set to achieve a rare distinction alongside him. Madame Tussauds London will unveil wax statues of both the actor and his dog. This marks a historic moment, as Rhyme will become the first Indian celebrity pet to be immortalized in wax and only the second in the world after Queen Elizabeth II's corgi. As per The Siasat Daily, the statues will initially be displayed at the London venue on May 9, 2025, at 6:15 PM local time before being moved permanently to Madame Tussauds Singapore. This decision was first confirmed by the museum's authorities back in 2024, following the worldwide success of RRR, which significantly raised Ram Charan's global stature. In a special promotional video showcased during the IIFA Awards in Abu Dhabi, Ram Charan and Rhyme were seen at the Madame Tussauds studio. The video documented the careful process where the team meticulously measured every detail, from Ram Charan's features to the exact color and texture of Rhyme's fur. This effort ensured an incredibly lifelike representation of both the actor and his furry companion.Ram Charan's fans were also given a glimpse of this memorable session through another promotional clip released by the museum, capturing the bond between the actor and his pet.Rhyme has already become something of a celebrity on social media. In one incident in Hyderabad, a mistaken identity led to fans abducting a dog they believed to be Rhyme. The mix-up was humorously cleared up by Ram Charan's wife, Upasana, who revealed through a playful social media post that Rhyme was actually busy "on set with nana," working alongside the actor on his upcoming film with director Buchi Babu Sana, known as RC 16.While Rhyme enjoys the limelight, Ram Charan is also preparing for his cinematic comeback. His last film, Game Changer, directed by Shankar and co-starring Kiara Advani, did not perform as expected at the box office and received mixed reviews. In the film, Charan portrayed dual roles, playing both a father and a son in a political action drama now available on Amazon Prime Video.Currently, the actor is working on RC 16, a sports drama set against a rural backdrop in Uttarandhra. To suit the role, Charan underwent a strict fitness regime under the guidance of coach Shivoham, documenting his transformation on social media. The film, starring Janhvi Kapoor opposite him and featuring music by AR Rahman, is scheduled for release on March 27, 2026. The movie is produced by Vriddhi Cinemas and presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.

Raftaar's Haldi Video Is Here After 6 Months. Fans Say ‘Worth The Wait'
Last Updated: Raftaar and his wife were seen enjoying themselves to the fullest with their family and friends. Rapper Raftaar, born Dilin Nair, tied the knot with fashion stylist and actress Manraj Jawanda earlier this year on January 31 in the presence of their close friends and family members. Their wedding ceremony beautifully honoured both their cultural backgrounds. Sikh customs and Kerala's tranquil wedding style were combined such that it gave off a full 2 States wedding vibe. Now, six months into their marriage, the rapper gave his fans a glimpse into his fun haldi ceremony, a pre-wedding ritual in Indian weddings. Taking to his Instagram account on July 30, he shared the wholesome video packed with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. The video opened with the rapper, fully covered in haldi (turmeric paste), grinning at the camera and telling, 'I really wanna have a bath though. But this is love, and I really love it!" Then, the background score starts playing. The song Ban Titli from Nawazuddin Siddiqui's film Manto perfectly sets the mood, and Raftaar's wife, wearing a white sharara set paired with a yellow dupatta, is seen dancing around, just like a butterfly mentioned in the track. Some close-up shots also captured candid moments of the then-bride-to-be, showing her makeup and her mehendi. The Haldi Ceremony BTS At one point, Raftaar and Manraj were seen making an entry, smiling ear-to-ear. In the clip, his wife mentioned, 'He goes out of his comfort zone for me." To which, the rapper cheekily quipped, 'Like this, right now," pointing out the shoot they were doing. He also hilariously added, 'Bhai uski kamar bohot upar hai, mera khaandaan uncha hone wala hai (Bro, her waist his really high, my family is going to get taller)," leaving her in splits. The fun did not end there. The two were seen dancing their hearts out with their near and dear ones, as well as enjoying the ceremony to the fullest. In the video, Raftaar was also seen showering love seemingly on Manraj's grandmother by embracing her in a warm hug. Towards the end of the clip, their family and friends showered flower petals on them and covered the couple with haldi while some even tried to tear Raftaar's kurta. A few more dance moves, a heartwarming family moment, and a sweet kiss wrapped up the fun-filled haldi video of Raftaar and Manraj. In the caption of the post, the rapper wrote, 'Ashirwaad banaye rakhna. Love from NAIRs and JAWANDAs." View this post on Instagram A post shared by RAFTAAЯ (@raftaarmusic) Internet Reacts To Raftaar And Manraj's Wholesome Haldi Video Many of Raftaar's industry friends and colleagues, along with his fans, showered love on the video.
