Vivo T4 Ultra India launch has been teased in the past few days and the new mid-range phone could have some major upgrades.
Vivo T4 Ultra launch in India has been teased and the T3 Ultra successor has some interesting upgrades in store for the consumers. We still don't have a launch date for the T4 Ultra but Vivo is officially sharing teasers and clips of the product which suggests the official debut is not far away. Vivo is expected to use a powerful MediaTek chipset to run the device and also include a telephoto lens in the camera system which will be worth looking out for.
The new T4 Ultra smartphone is rumoured to come with a triple camera system along with the Aura ring flashlight that other T-series models have offered. You get a similar camera module with the T4 Ultra and the ring light sitting below the oval-shaped layout.
It seems the T4 Ultra will come equipped with a periscope telephoto lens that could offer 100x digital zoom, going by the teasers. It is being mentioned that Vivo T4 Ultra will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 series chipset with up to 12GB RAM most likely.
Other leaks about the device hint at a 50MP primary sensor along with a 50MP telephoto lens and maybe a 12MP ultra-wide lens. Vivo should offer Funtouch OS 15 version out of the box and give the T4 Ultra a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo is also tipped to pack the device with a 6,000mAh battery this year with 90W charging support mooted for the mid-range device.
Vivo is also expected to bring the new X200 FE model to the Indian market in the next few months, and now there are exciting details about the Vivo X Fold 5 model coming to the country soon as well.

Can't determine man's income from I-T return in maintenance case: HC
1 2 Kolkata: Income tax return cannot be conclusive proof of earning, and an individual's actual income would indeed be very different from the figures shown in the I-T return, the Calcutta High Court stated, reprimanding a man, seeking to lower the maintenance amount to his wife from the Rs 20,000 that a family court had set. The judge increased the maintenance amount to Rs 25,000 with a 5% hike every two years, considering the issue of automatic adjustment for inflation. The man, in his I-T return, showed an annual earning of Rs 5,13,890. "In the present time and age, there has been a drastic change in society concerning marital obligations. This sharp fluctuation demands a change in the judicial approach towards the grant of maintenance as well, as maintenance is no longer a handout to barely cover subsistence. Rather, it has now become a tool to preserve lifestyle stability. As a sequel, it fundamentally repositions spousal support as a continuity of living, not compensation for separation," Justice Bibhas Ranjan De said. On the other hand, it reinforces the idea that women, who have devoted years to domestic responsibilities, deserve to maintain a comparable life after separation," the HC held. The woman had approached the Calcutta HC, seeking an increase in the maintenance amount from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000, But the man argued for a reduction, citing his retirement from service, his own medical expenses and the fact that their son, now 25, was no longer dependent. In response to his I-T return statement, the HC said, "The figures reported therein are subject to taxpayer's understanding and interpretation, which is not always accurate or comprehensive. In addition to that, there is always a possibility of under-reporting... . That is why courts often look beyond I-T returns while determining a person's income, especially in proceedings such as maintenance cases."
