Divisional commissioner Roshan Jacob stated that the amendments were made to address changing urban needs. 'This overhaul removes many complexities and brings clarity for common citizens,' she said. A private agency presented the revised bylaws, explaining key provisions and practical implementation. A demonstration of the Fast Pass System, developed to ensure swift digital approvals of building maps, was also shown. The system aims to improve efficiency under the new framework, according to an LDA press release. Architects said the revised rules would speed up development while promoting structured urban expansion. Developers and investors said the new norms were likely to improve the ease of doing business. Officials, including director Awas Bandhu Ravi Jain, LDA vice chairman Prathamesh Kumar, secretary Vivek Srivastava, additional secretary Gyanendra Verma, and chief city planner KK Gautam, attended the session.

The official website of CAT 2025 is CAT is conducted by IIMs as a prerequisite for admission to various management programmes of IIMs. The convenor of CAT 2025, Prof PN Ram Kumar of IIM Kozhikode, has urged the MBA aspirants willing to take CAT 2025 to use only the official website — — for all application-related activities. In case of any fraudulent websites or suspicious activity, candidates are encouraged to report the matter immediately to the CAT help desk at cat2025_helpdesk@ CAT 2025 will be held on November 30 in three sessions. CAT will be conducted in test centres spread across around 170 test cities. Candidates will be given the option to select any five test cities in order of their preference. During CAT 2025 registration, domestic candidates must verify their mobile number and email via OTP. Once verified, the User ID and password will be sent to both. Overseas candidates will receive OTP and login credentials via email only. Using these credentials, candidates can log in and fill out the application form. The form need not be completed in one go — sessions can be saved and resumed multiple times. However, once the fee is paid and the form submitted, no changes can be made.
