ICAI CA Final, Foundation and Inter Results May 2025 at icai.org: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) announced the results for the CA Intermediate, Foundation, and Final exams today. The results for the Final and Intermediate exams were expected to be released around 2 PM, while the scorecards for the Foundation exam would have been available at 5 PM; however, ICAI announced the results early before the aforementioned time. Students can access their scorecards on the official websites—icai.org and icaiexam.icai.org—by entering their registration number, date of birth, and the Captcha code.
ICAI CA Result 2025 LIVE Updates
Candidates scoring 40 marks in all the subjects and 50 per cent marks in aggregate will be considered CA Foundation exam qualified. ICAI will also provide a qualifying status of 'pass with distinction' to the candidates who obtain over 70 per cent marks in aggregate in the CA Foundation September exam.

Step 2: Click on the result link mentioned on the homepage
Step 3: Log in with credentials such as roll number, registration number, and captcha code
Step 4: Submit and download scorecards for future purposes.
Meanwhile, the Institute had announced the results of the CA Inter and Final examinations 2024. New Delhi's Shivam Mishra topped the CA final exam, scoring 83.33 per cent (500 marks), followed by Varsha Arora in the second position with 480 marks, while AIR 3 was jointly shared by Mumbai's Kiran Manral and Ghilman Saalim Ansari.

While for the CA Inter exams, Bhiwadi's Kushagra Roy achieved the all-India rank (AIR) 1 with 89.67 per cent, while the second position was shared by Yuj Sachin Kariya and Yogya Lalit Chandak scoring 89.67 per cent. The third rank was bagged by Manjit Singh Bhatia and Hiresh Kashiramka with 86.50 per cent.
The exam is conducted in three different levels according to the course, and in order to be certified as a Chartered Accountant, candidates have to clear all the course levels. The three levels are – the CA Foundation course examination (four papers), the CA Intermediate examination (eight papers based on New Syllabus and eight papers based on Old Syllabus), CA Final examination (eight papers based on New Syllabus and 8 papers based on Old Syllabus).
