Queen Camilla Just Made a Rare & Subtle Nod to Princess Diana Years After Her Charles Cheating Scandal

While fans are used to Kate Middleton channeling Princess Diana with her fashion, no one expected Queen Camilla, the wife of Diana's ex-husband King Charles, to also pay homage to the late Princess of Wales.
Camilla channeled Diana at the Royal Ascot on June 21, where she wore a tunic dress with geometric embroidery, a floral wide-brimmed hat, and white pump heels. What was the most interesting, however, was that Camilla chose to accessorize her look with a Lady Dior handbag—a quilted top handle purse that was named after Princess Diana, who used to go by Lady Di.

The Lady Dior was designed by Gianfranco Ferré in 1994. and gifted to Diana by France's then-first lady, Bernadette Chriac, in 1995. The bag was originally named the Chouchou or Princesse, however, after Diana was seen wearing it at several public engagements, Dior changed the handbag's name to the Lady Dior in 1996.Photos of Camilla wearing the Lady Dior come almost 40 years afteer news broke of Charles and Camilla's affair in 1986. (Camilla,at the time, was married to Andrew Parker Bowles.) Diana addressed rumors of the affair in her infamous BBC One Panorama interview in 1995. 'There were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded,' she said. Charles and Diana separated in 1992 before finalizing their divorce in 1996, a year before Diana's death in a tragic car accident in Paris on August 31, 1997.
According to The Telegraph, an audiotape Diana made for her biographer, Andrew Morton (who wrote Diana: Her True Story), revealed that Diana confronted Camilla about the affair at a party. 'I know what's going on between you and Charles and I just want you to know that. She said to me: 'You've got everything you ever wanted. You've got all the men in the world fall in love with you and you've got two beautiful children, what more do you want?' So I said, 'I want my husband.' And I said, 'I'm sorry I'm in the way…and it must be hell for both of you. But I do know what's going on. Don't treat me like an idiot,'' she said in the tape.
Charles, for his part, spoke out about the rumors in a documentary in 1994. When asked about whether he had been 'faithful and honorable' to Diana in their marriage, Charles told filmmakers, 'Yes, yes…until it became irretrievably broken down, us both having tried.'
When asked about his relationship with Camilla, Charles maintained that the two were friends before their relationship became romantic. 'She has been a friend for a very long time—and will continue to be a friend for a very long time,' he said.

Black Sabbath bandmates mourn Ozzy Osbourne's death at 76: 'There won't ever be another like him'

Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward paid tribute to the late "Iron Man" vocalist on social media. Black Sabbath musicians are mourning the death of founding vocalist Ozzy Osbourne. The surviving members of the pioneering heavy metal band posted social media tributes to the "Iron Man" singer, who died on Tuesday at age 76 — just 17 days after their reunion performance in Birmingham, England, during their farewell concert. Tony Iommi, who served as the band's lead guitarist, shared his surprise at the news of the singer's death. "I just can't believe it! My dear dear friend Ozzy has passed away only weeks after our show at Villa Park," the musician wrote in the caption of a post containing several photos of the singer and himself. "It's just such heartbreaking news that I can't really find the words, there won't ever be another like him. Geezer, Bill and myself have lost our brother." Iommi continued, "My thoughts go out to Sharon and all the Osbourne family. Rest in peace Oz." Geezer Butler, the group's original bassist, also wrote a message wishing Osbourne farewell. "Goodbye dear friend- thanks for all those years- we had some great fun," he wrote in the caption of a photo of Osbourne on stage. "4 kids from Aston- who'd have thought, eh? So glad we got to do it one last time, back in Aston. Love you." Bill Ward, who played drums in the band's original lineup, also posted a poetic tribute to the late singer. "Where will I find you now? In the memories, our unspoken embraces, our missed phone calls, no, you're forever in my heart," he wrote in the caption of a photo of himself next to Osbourne. "Deepest condolences to Sharon and all family members. RIP Sincere regrets to all the fans. Never goodbye. Thank you forever." In the late 1960s, Osbourne and Butler first collaborated in the band Rare Breed, and they later joined Iommi and Ward, who had previously played together in Mythology, to form Polka Tulk Blues. They eventually renamed the band Earth, and changed it once more to Black Sabbath. The band's earliest albums are considered some of the earliest (and best) examples of heavy metal as the genre evolved out of blues and rock traditions in the late '60s and early '70s. Sabbath maintained their original lineup (save for a few months when Dave Walker filled in on lead vocals) until 1979, when Osbourne was expelled from the band after the tumultuous recording of their eighth studio album, Never Say Die! The original quartet briefly reunited for a performance at Live Aid in 1985, and all shared the stage at Osbourne's first farewell concert in 1992. (The singer ultimately stayed retired for less than three years, and returned to live performances with the aptly titled Retirement Sucks Tour in 1995). The band reunited again during 1997's Ozzfest tour (without Ward, who then joined the lineup at two Birmingham shows at the end of the year that were recorded and released as the Reunion album). The four founding members headlined Ozzfest twice more in 2004 and 2005, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006. After several years pursuing other projects separately, they embarked on a reunion tour in 2012 and released the album 13 in 2013, with Rage Against the Machine's Brad Wilk filling in on drums. The Ward-less trio later embarked on a final tour, appropriately called The End Tour, in 2016 with Tommy Clufetos on this month, the original Sabbath lineup reunited one last time at Back to the Beginning, the band's farewell concert in Villa Park, Birmingham. After performances by groups like Alice in Chains, Slayer, Guns N' Roses, and Metallica, Osbourne played five songs from his solo career, followed by performances of "War Pigs," "N.I.B.," "Iron Man," and "Paranoid" with the original Black Sabbath lineup. "I just want to say to you on behalf of the guys in Black Sabbath and myself, your support over the years has made it all possible for us to live the lifestyle that we do," Osbourne said just before the final song. "Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you. We love you." Read the original article on Entertainment Weekly

Scottie Scheffler's Toddler Steals the Show After British Open Win

Originally appeared on E! Online Scottie Sheffler's baby boy made his latest victory un-fore-gettable. After the golfer secured his victory during the 153rd Open Championship at Royal Portrush Golf Club July 22, his 14-month-old son Bennett—who he shares with Meredith Scudder—couldn't wait to celebrate with his dad. In the adorable moment captured during the championship, Scottie stood at the 18th hole holding onto the claret jug trophy as little Bennett—complete with a pacifier—attempted to walk up the green. The toddler left the crowd shocked as he toppled over and did a little face plant before an open official helped him up and handed him to his father. Scottie celebrated by lifting Bennett and his trophy in the air, before his wife of five years walked over and greeted him with a kiss. As for little Bennett's run on the green, the 29-year-old admitted it was just par for the course. More from E! 'I don't think he's ever been up a hill that big before. I felt kinda bad for him. He kept falling down.' 'But that's part of the learning curve and growing up,' he added. 'And it's very cool to have him here. He obviously has no clue what's going on. He just wants to spend some time with me. I hadn't really seen him much of the day so it's pretty cool.' Indeed, Scottie's win was made better by the people he loves the most. 'When I see my family afterwards, it's a pretty special feeling,' he said. 'It's hard to describe, but it's something I'm very grateful for and something that I'll hold on to for a long time.'
