TAYLOR FRITZ was left fuming as his match with Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard was suspended 40 minutes BEFORE Wimbledon's 11pm curfew.
Due to local council rules, play at SW19 cannot continue beyond 11pm.

With Fritz having come back from the brink to level the match at two sets apiece, the American was desperate to continue.
But following a dramatic end to the fourth set, tournament officials decided to postpone the conclusion of the match to tomorrow, with the score level at 6-7 6-7 6-4 7-6.
Fritz held his hands wide in frustration at the decision, but ultimately couldn't change the tournament official's mind.
As the decision was announced by the chair umpire, boos rained down from fans still in their seats on No1 Court, with Fritz even appearing to join in.

Mpetshi Perricard, meanwhile, left the court without any complaints.
Fritz had fallen behind 7-6 7-6 despite hitting 33 winners and just five unforced errors.
Frenchman Mpetshi Perricard served incredibly, and even set a new record for the fastest Wimbledon serve EVER at 153mph.
Fritz finally broke his opponent during the third set before eventually taking it 6-4.

The fourth subsequently meandered towards another tiebreak, and the match looked like it was Mpetshi Perricard's to lose when he led 5-1 in the tiebreak.
But Fritz rallied back incredibly, reeling off five points in a row to lead 6-5, before eventually taking it 8-6.

The fifth seed roared in delight, but his excitement was soon punctured by the decision to suspend play.
Over on Centre Court, Alexander Zverev's match against Arthur Rinderknech continued for more than 30 minutes after the Fritz-Mpetshi Perricard contest had been suspended, with the pair being taken off court at 10:54pm after the German levelled the match 6-7 7-6.

British teenage trio show glimpse of the future on Wimbledon debuts
Mimi Xu, 17, and 16-year-olds Hannah Klugman and Mika Stojsavljevic all showed glimpses of their talent as they exited the senior draw against much higher-ranked players in SW19. Swansea's Xu had the unenviable task of facing fellow Briton Emma Raducanu, ranked 278 places higher and a natural fan favourite since making her own teenage breakthrough at the tournament four years ago. Mimi Xu put up a decent fight against the British number one (John Walton/PA) Xu garnered plenty support of her own, however, and made her presence felt with an impressive serve that reached speeds approaching 120mph at times. Raducanu's 6-3 6-3 victory was a job well done in the end, but Xu will surely have many more opportunities to further endear herself to tennis fans in SW19. She said: 'Obviously it's not my dream debut, my dream debut would have definitely been to have won, but I'm so honored that this is my debut. 'I got to play on an amazing court with an amazing crowd, such a great atmosphere, against an amazing opponent. 'I feel like it's made me believe in myself, believe in my game that it's there, that the good stuff is really there. It's really good, but it's just being able to do it more consistently. Local girl Hannah Klugman made her main draw debut (Mike Egerton/PA) 'It's really put belief in me, ignited a fire within me that I can do this, and I belong here. 'I just really wanted it to last a tiny bit longer, but I loved every single moment out there.' 'That was obviously my first main-draw match and against such a tough opponent. It was an amazing occasion and I loved the atmosphere,' she said. Mika Stojsavljevic lost to Ashlyn Krueger (Adam Davy/PA) 'I tried to enjoy it but it was tough today. Conditions were tough, it was hot. 'I'm disappointed a bit with how I played and also the outcome, there's a lot to learn from it.' Of the support she received from a home crowd assembled on her own doorstep, Klugman added: 'I didn't think it would be that amazing. 'I think it kind of got to me a little bit at one point, physically and mentally. That's amazing having that many people behind me at such a young age.' Tuesday will see British number one Jack Draper and reigning women's champion Barbora Krejcikova start their campaigns as temperatures are once again set to comfortably surpass 30 degrees Celsius. Here, the PA news agency looks back at Monday's action and previews what is to come on day two of the Championships. Katie Boulter, Sonay Kartal and Arthur Fery were the stars of the show on a record-breaking opening day for the large British cohort at Wimbledon.
