Starship Megarocket
is set to launch for a test flight on Tuesday from the company's Starbase facility near a Southern Texas village. This comes after the last two expeditions ended up in flames, where the upper stage of the rocket caught fire and sent debris raining down over the Caribbean islands.
The explosion is attributed to a hardware failure inside one of the central engines. Since then, SpaceX has taken measures to improve its rocket systems.
They have adopted a more aggressive testing approach, but also acknowledged that progress will not always 'come in leaps'.
The Starship Megarocket is around 123 metres tall and is the largest and most powerful vehicle ever built, and is seen as the culmination of Elon Musk's space aspirations.

is also anticipating the launch of Starship in order to use it as the crew lander for Artemis 3, aimed at bringing Americans back to the moon.
The Wall Street Journal reports that SpaceX also has ambitions for a mission to Mars next year.
On a positive note, SpaceX can now successfully catch the Super Heavy first-stage booster in its giant robotic arms located at its launch tower. This will considerably save resources and reduce costs.
SpaceX is also set to deploy mockups of its Starlink internet satellite, which will burn up in the atmosphere.
The airspace closure zone has been doubled to 1,600 nautical miles east of the launch site as reported by the Federal Aviation Administration. The FAA will be coordinating with authorities in Mexico, Cuba, the Bahamas, the UK, and the British-controlled Turks and Caicos Islands.
Conservation groups have warned that the expansion could harm sea turtles and shorebirds while the FAA has overruled the concerns.

Customers can now book their preferred vehicle either at the exclusive showrooms or through the official website, with a fully refundable booking amount of ₹ 21,000. The VF 6 is a compact electric SUV with a five-seater system designed for families and comes with a panoramic roof and touchscreen. It is expected to be priced between ₹ 18 lakh to ₹ 24 lakh. On the other hand, the VF 7, a mid-size SUV offers a premium cabin with a large touchscreen, wireless charging and advanced connected technology. It's likely to be priced between ₹ 30 lakh and ₹ 35 lakh. Pham Sanh Chau, CEO, VinFast Asia, said, "The first VinFast Showroom in Surat, Gujarat is a symbol of our deep commitment to India. We are excited to bring the VinFast experience closer to Indian consumers.' India is becoming an attractive spot of international investments, especially in the EV sector. This happened ever since the government introduced a new scheme to encourage global auto firms to make electric cars in India. The scheme will allow companies to import a limited number of electric cars at an import duty of 15 per cent, which is much lower than the existing duties of 70-110 per cent, Mint reported earlier.

Viral: "RoboCop" directing traffic in Shanghai amazes global netizens

Point in case, robot cops, who have gone viral across the globe for directing traffic on the streets of Shanghai. A video of the "Robocop" dressed like a police officer giving directions at an intersection has gone viral on social media. A humanoid robot named Xiao Hu, sporting an oversized white helmet, LED tube lighting and reflective yellow fabric, was seen giving instructions to pedestrians in the streets of the Huangpu District of Shanghai on Wednesday evening. The voice instructions being given by the Robocop included "red light, please stop," and standard hand signals to direct foot traffic across the intersection. All of its physical movements and verbal commands have been modelled according to the Chinese traffic policing practices, making it act just like a human police officer.
