Speaking at the event, MLA Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy reflected on the transformation of KT Doddi mandal. He said,
> 'Once people used to migrate from this area due to lack of opportunities. Since my election, I've been working tirelessly for the development of this region – focusing on irrigation, agriculture, education, and healthcare.'
He announced that land will soon be allocated for the construction of the Young India School in KT Doddi, aiming to further strengthen the educational infrastructure in the mandal.

He explained the insurance benefits for SHG members, including:
₹10 lakh financial assistance to families in case of the member's death
₹5 lakh assistance for major health issues
He reiterated that women should aim to be economically equal to men and added:
> 'With access to small loans and business opportunities, today's women can become tomorrow's millionaires.'
Housing and Ration Card Access
The MLA urged beneficiaries of the Indiramma Housing Scheme to begin construction of their homes at the earliest and assured those who have not yet received approval that efforts are ongoing to ensure inclusivity.
Regarding ration distribution, he noted:
> 'KT Doddi has now received approval for ration cards. Every eligible family will get rice and essentials. Those who have not yet applied should do so immediately to avail the benefits.'

MLA Reddy thanked the public for re-electing him and promised:

Dignity of women priority for govt.: Ponguleti
Revenue and Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said reassurance and dignity of women were the priority of the government, and the schemes designed and implemented so far kept women at the centre of development, as envisaged by Indira Gandhi. The Minister handed over new ration cards to beneficiaries at the Nelakondapalli Mandal Agricultural Market Yard in Khammam district on Wednesday. Later, addressing the gathering, the Minister highlighted the women-focused schemes like free RTC bus travel, Indiramma houses registered in women's names and interest-free loans to Self Help Groups. Mr. Reddy said that in the last financial year, ₹25,000 crore was disbursed to 65 lakh women's groups, while ₹855 crore had been released in the last four months alone. The age limit for joining women's groups has been expanded to 15 to 65 years and women's associations are now active in various businesses, including solar plants, petrol bunks, rice mills and even grain procurement. He criticised the previous government for their negligence in ration card distribution and assured that distribution of ration cards would continue. 'From Ugadi, we have started distributing fine rice through ration cards, and now ration for three months is being issued at once,' he said. The Minister said funds for the 'Indiramma Indlu' housing scheme will be released every Monday and all eligible poor families will be covered in phases. The government has also waived crop loans up to ₹2 lakh, spending ₹21,000 crore in a year, and a bonus of ₹500 per quintal is being provided to fine rice farmers. District Collector Anudeep Durisetty informed that 19,690 new ration cards were being issued in Khammam district, including 4,225 in Paleru constituency and 62,000 new members have been added to the existing ration cards. Later, the Minister laid foundation stones for various road construction works in Nelakondapalli mandal, including internal CC roads worth ₹88.5 lakh in Cheruvu Madaram village, and internal CC roads worth ₹15 lakh in Bodulabanda village.

BJP Demands Immediate Release of Scholarships and Fee Reimbursement for Students in Aija
Gadwal: Under the leadership of BJP Aija Town President Kampati Bhagat Reddy and BJP Aija Mandal President Gopalakrishna, a protest was organized today at the New Bus Stand in Aija demanding the immediate release of student scholarships and fee reimbursement by the Telangana State Government. The demonstration witnessed the participation of S. Ramachandra Reddy, former BJP Jogulamba Gadwal district president, and Shiva Reddy, BJP's Gadwal Assembly constituency candidate. A large number of BJP activists and students joined the protest, raising slogans against the Congress-led state government. Speaking at the protest, Ramachandra Reddy strongly criticized the ruling Congress government, stating that although it came to power promising change, there has been no visible relief for the common people, especially students. > 'The condition of students in the state is appalling. Students from poor and middle-class families are living in constant fear about their future. Ramachandra Reddy emphasized that scholarships are crucial for students' academic growth and future. Currently, thousands of students across Telangana are still awaiting the disbursement of their scholarship amounts, causing distress among both students and their parents. He warned the government that if this neglect continues, the student community's anger will rise, and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's government will have to face the consequences in the form of widespread protests and electoral backlash. Dr. Sampath Kumar Ensures Water Supply to RDS Canal Farmers and Reviews Indiramma Housing Progress in Alampur
Gadwal: AICC Secretary and former Alampur MLA Dr. S.A. Sampath Kumar took prompt action to support farmers facing irrigation issues near the RDS (Rajolibanda Diversion Scheme) canal in Vallur village of Erravelli Mandal. After personally inspecting the RDS canal area and interacting with local farmers, he found that the nearby agricultural fields were not receiving adequate water supply from the canal. Responding swiftly, Dr. Sampath Kumar contacted Irrigation Department officials via phone and held discussions to resolve the issue. He instructed them to immediately release water from the lift irrigation system to ensure the farmers' crops receive the required water.
