, the manufacturing arm of Moglix. Located in Kosi Kalan, Mathura, the facility is set to commence commercial production in July 2025.

Through DRG Industries, Moglix aims to produce a new generation of value-added, high-performance bitumen products—including polymer-modified bitumen, microsurfacing-grade emulsions, and hard binders. These solutions are engineered to extend road life, minimise maintenance cycles, and reduce total carbon footprint.
One of the facility's key offerings—microsurfacing—is globally recognised for sealing surface cracks, improving road friction, and increasing durability. When compared to traditional resurfacing, microsurfacing can double pavement life while reducing carbon emissions by up to 44%.

To further localise innovation, Moglix is investing in indigenous R&D to develop bitumen solutions tailored to India's diverse terrain, traffic patterns, and climate zones.

Spread across 3.5 acres, the DRG Industries facility integrates advanced Denimotech mills, fully automated processing lines, and a dedicated in-house R&D center. It has an installed monthly processing capacity of over 28,000 MT.
The facility uses biomass-fueled, carbon-neutral high-efficiency boilers equipped with scrubber systems and filter bags, making the heating process significantly more sustainable and aligned with Moglix's ESG roadmap.
Located to serve northern and central India, the plant will support infrastructure projects across Uttar Pradesh, NCR, Bihar, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, and also cater to export markets such as Nepal.

Trade deficit shrinks in June on sharper drop in imports
New Delhi: India's goods exports in June fell a tad from a year earlier, but a sharper drop in imports aided the trade deficit to narrow to a four-month low. Exports reduced 0.05% year-on-year to $35.14 billion, a seven month low, while imports fell 3.71% to $53.92 billion, leaving a trade deficit of $18.78 billion compared with $20.84 billion in June last year. External affairs minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing, in what marked his first visit to China in six years, amid gradually improving ties between the two neighbours. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) foreign ministers' meet. 'Called on President Xi Jinping this morning in Beijing along with my fellow SCO foreign ministers,' Jaishankar posted on X. 'Conveyed the greetings of President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Apprised President Xi of the recent development of our bilateral ties. Rera Pb restrains realtor from booking, selling flats
Mohali: The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera), Punjab has barred Chandigarh-based builder Motiaz from advertising, marketing, booking, or allotting flats in its project 'The Royale Sector 39 Extension' located in Mohali. Rera Punjab chairman Rakesh Kumar Goyal issued an interim order after noting that the developer failed to appear before the Authority despite being served multiple notices. The project, which has been widely advertised — including as an exclusive society for judges — has not been registered with Rera, in direct violation of Section 3 of the RERA Act. According to the complainant's counsel, advocate Mohit Uppal, the developer had been advertising and selling units without mandatory registration and had not even opened a separate escrow account for the project, as required under the law. "This interim relief is a major win for prospective buyers," said Uppal. "Despite ample opportunity, the respondents have not responded or appeared before the Authority." The authority has taken serious note of the alleged violations and granted interim relief, directing that no further promotion, booking, or sale of flats in the project shall be carried out until further orders.
