Pavna Industries share price jumped nearly 12% on Tuesday after the company reported its Q4 results 2025. Pavna Industries shares rallied as much as 11.7% to ₹ 449.00 apiece on the BSE. The small-cap stock made an opening high of ₹ 449.00, but failed to hold gains and traded flat.
Pavna Industries reported its financial results for the quarter ended March 2025 after the market hours on May 26. Here's a look at the company's earnings.
The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹ 1.70 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25, a fall of 36.57% from ₹ 2.68 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Pavna Industries' consolidated revenue from operations in Q4FY25 declined 18.69% to ₹ 66.23 crore as against ₹ 81.45 crore, year-on-year (YoY).
For the full financial year 2024-2025 (FY25), Pavna Industries' consolidated net profit dropped 30.21% to ₹ 7.37 crore from ₹ 10.56 crore in FY24. Consolidated revenue from operations in FY25 declined 2.72% to ₹ 308.24 crore from ₹ 316.87 crore, YoY.
Pavna Industries share price gained over 24% in one month and 6% in the past three months. However, the small-cap stock has delivered negative returns over the medium-to-long term. Pavna Industries shares have declined 16% on a year-to-date (YTD) basis, while it has dropped 27% in the past six months. The small-cap stock is down more than 27% in the past one year.
At 1:00 PM, Pavna Industries share price was trading 0.17% higher at ₹ 402.70 apiece on the BSE, with a market capitalisation of more than ₹ 561 crore.

Petronet LNG records over 25% YoY decline in Q1 PAT

Petronet LNG has reported 25.5% drop in standalone net profit to Rs 850.58 crore on a 11.4% fall in net sales to Rs 11,879.86 crore in Q1 FY26 as compared with Q1 FY25. Total operating expenditure for Q1 FY26 was Rs 10,720.14 crore, down 9.6% YoY. Profit before tax for the first quarter was Rs 1,136.11 crore, down by 25.3% from Rs 1519.88 crore posted in the same period last year. During the current quarter ended 30 June 2025, Dahej terminal processed 207 TBTU of LNG as against 248 TBTU during the corresponding quarter ended 30 June, 2024. The overall LNG volume processed by the company in the current quarter was 220 TBTU, as against the LNG volume of 262 TBTU processed in the corresponding quarter last year. The company was able to achieve higher throughput over the previous quarter and robust financial results owing to stable LNG prices, better capacity utilization and efficiency in its operations, Petronet LNG said in a statement. The net worth of the company as on 30 June 2025 reached Rs 20,233 crore as against Rs 19,382 crore as on 31 March 2025, crossing the Rs 20,000 crore mark. Petronet LNG was formed to develop, design, construct, own, and operate liquefied natural gas (LNG) import and regasification terminals in India. The scrip slipped 1.76% to end at Rs 302.10 on the BSE on Friday.

Advt Orient Cement Ltd, now part of billionaire Gautam Adani-led Adani Group , on Friday reported a multi-fold jump in its net profit to ₹205.37 crore for the first quarter ended June company had posted a net profit of ₹36.71 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing by Orient Cement Ltd (OCL), a subsidiary of Ambuja Cements Its revenue from operations surged 24.44 per cent to ₹866.47 crore in the June quarter. It was ₹696.26 crore in the year-ago total expenses grew 12.4 per cent to ₹724.28 crore in the June total income, which includes other income, climbed 23.7 per cent in the June quarter to ₹868.64 an open offer, the total shareholding of Adani Group increased to 72.66 per cent in the company."Pursuant to the said acquisition, the company has become a subsidiary of Ambuja Cements Limited with effect from June 18, 2025," it October 22, 2024, Adani Group firm Ambuja Cements entered into a share purchase agreement with the promoter group and certain other shareholders to acquire 46.80 per cent of the shareholding of the of Orient Cement Ltd on Friday settled at ₹252.90 apiece on BSE, down 1.50 per cent from the previous close.
