Julian McMahon's daughter honors late father with heartbreaking birthday tribute... three weeks after his death

Daily Mail4 days ago
Julian McMahon's daughter Madison shared an emotional tribute to her late father on what would have been his 57th birthday.
Just weeks after his passing following a private battle with cancer, the 25-year-old shared a touching image with her dad, alongside a heartfelt caption on Sunday.
'Dad, happy birthday,' Madison began. 'There will never be enough words to describe how much I miss you. And somehow, even less that capture how deeply I love you.'
She continued: 'All I know is that I'll miss you and love you forever.'
Madison, who Julian shared with his ex-wife Brooke Burns, chose Ray Stevens' 1968 track, For He's a Jolly Good Fellow, to accompany the tribute.
Julian, best known for his roles in Charmed and Nip/Tuck, died on July 2 from lung metastasis due to head and neck metastatic cancer.
Julian and his daughter, Madison, appeared to have a very loving relationship.
Just a few months before his shocking death, he praised her for accomplishing her dream of teaching her first yoga class.
Under her Instagram post reflecting on the personal achievement, he commented: 'You're awesome.'
In June, he publicly consoled Madison over the death of her dog, Sandy, another one of her social media posts.
Julian's death was confirmed earlier this month by his wife, Kelly McMahon (née Paniagua), in a statement to Deadline.
'With an open heart, I wish to share with the world that my beloved husband, Julian McMahon, died peacefully this week after a valiant effort to overcome cancer,' Kelly wrote.
'Julian loved life. He loved his family. He loved his friends. He loved his work, and he loved his fans. His deepest wish was to bring joy into as many lives as possible,' she continued. 'We ask for support during this time to allow our family to grieve in privacy. And we wish for all of those to whom Julian brought joy, to continue to find joy in life. We are grateful for the memories.'
To mark his birthday, Julian's family also shared a message on his official Instagram page encouraging fans to support an environmental cause close to his heart, a petition to protect the Tasman Sea in his native Australia.
'Julian loved returning home to Australia for @thesurferfilm,' the post read. 'To be surrounded by wonderful creators, @lorcanfinnegan as well as Australian beaches and wildlife, brought him great joy.'
'Happy Birthday Julian,' the caption concluded.
Under the post, tributes also poured in from Julian's friends and former co-stars across the entertainment industry.
Charmed alum Rose McGowan wrote in the comments, 'Happy birthday dear Julian. Sending peaceful energy your family and friends today. Thinking of your brilliant laugh. Donating in your name x.'
Alyssa Milano, who also starred on Charmed, added, 'Happy Birthday, Pal. Thank you, Kelly. Love you all so much.'
Kelly Carlson, who starred opposite Julian as Kimber on Nip/Tuck, remembered their special connection and creative chemistry on set.
'Happy Birthday Julian. Thank you for great memories and so many laughs. Not to mention the reason Kimber stayed on N/T. So grateful for all of it,' Carlson wrote.

Kelly Osbourne breaks her silence following her father Ozzy's funeral as she shares bold floral tribute for Black Sabbath singer

Kelly Osbourne has broken her silence following her father Ozzy's funeral, as she shared a bold floral tribute to social media on Friday. The Black Sabbath rocker died aged 76 on July 22 and was laid to rest in a private funeral at his Buckinghamshire home on Thursday. Following the emotional day, Kelly shared a picture of a floral tribute to Instagram which read 'Ozzy f***ing Osbourne' Kelly spoke about how well Ozzy was doing in a poignant last interview just two weeks before he died. Just two days before she got engaged to Sid Wilson at Ozzy's final performance with his band in Villa Park, Birmingham, Kelly said her father was feeling 'amazing'. Kelly, 40, said: 'My dad is amazing! He's so excited for his final show on Saturday. There is all the nerves and all the excitement. 'He's sailing through everything, and the rehearsals have been incredible. It's all about him. It's going to be a very emotional moment.' Before getting engaged in front of her father's eyes, Kelly also shared details of her nuptials, with plans to wed across seas to ensure an intimate affair - words that are bittersweet now Ozzy won't be there to walk her down the aisle. She said: 'We were thinking about having a destination wedding because that way only the people who really like you will come. So that is where we are going right now.' Kelly revealed that her famed mother Sharon will be planning her entire wedding as she confessed she 'wants nothing to do with it'. She said: 'I want nothing to do with it, because if it was up to me, we'd get married at the registry office and then take over a pub. 'But it is not up to me, so I'm letting my mum plan it.' Kelly wore Ozzy's trademark purple glasses in a heartbreaking nod to her beloved father at his funeral procession on Wednesday. The heavy metal icon was commemorated in a parade through the city centre - with friends and family including his wife Sharon attending and getting out of the cortege at Black Sabbath Bridge. Ozzy had made known Kelly is his 'favourite child' in the past , previously telling Rolling Stone they were 'like two peas in a pod' as he gushed over their bond. Mother-of-one Kelly covered her tears with the glasses which were a familiar look for Ozzy. She and siblings Jack and Aimee laid floral tributes at the site while supporting Sharon - and they also shared peace signs showing gratitude to the crowds, while accompanied by Ozzy's son Louis from his first marriage to Thelma Riley. And Jack and Kelly were seen sharing an emotional embrace at the Black Sabbath Bridge site that has been wreathed in floral tributes over the past week. Father-of-five Ozzy previously proudly shared how singer, actress and fashion designer Kelly was his most cherished child, telling an interviewer: 'If I've got a favourite kid, it's Kelly.' When asked by Rolling Stone, 'Are Jack and Aimee aware of that?', he replied: 'Oh, they know it! Me and Kelly, we're like two peas in a pod!' The father-daughter duo rereleased a revised version of the song in 2003 which reached number one on the UK singles chart - in it they reflected on their life together.

I splashed $49,000 on a skinny BBL to plump my deflated bottom - but brutal trolls say I looked better BEFORE

A US model was left shocked after she spent USD$32,000 (AUD$49,072) on getting a 'skinny BBL', only for brutal trolls to say she wasted her money. New York-born Alina Rose went under the knife in April to get the cosmetic surgery, which included transferring fat from other areas of her body into her bottom. The 25-year-old told Daily Mail she chose to undergo the procedure due to insecurities, but was taken aback when some fans claimed she looked better beforehand. 'I asked my surgeon for a "natural but snatched" vibe — not too dramatic. Just enough to make people do a double take. The trolls were brutal,' she said. 'They said, "You looked better before," "Just go to the gym," or, "You've ruined yourself." I've heard it all. People forget that I'm a real person.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'I get that surgery isn't for everyone, but that doesn't give anyone the right to tear me down,' she added. 'I didn't get this surgery for likes or attention—I did it for me and that's enough.' Alina, who is of Mexican heritage, went on to say she has always struggled with body confidence issues because her weight frequently fluctuated. She said she wanted to make sure her derriere remained shapely no matter how much her body changed. 'I already had a nice body. People would compliment it all the time, but I've always had a love-hate relationship with how I look,' she said. 'I got the skinny BBL because I was insecure, not because I didn't love myself. My weight would fluctuate like crazy. 'I'd gain and lose fast, and every time I lost weight my butt would disappear. It made me feel so deflated—literally and emotionally. 'I just wanted something more permanent. I wanted to still look like me, just a little bit better. Not crazy, just enhanced. I spent [USD]$32,000 on this surgery.' 'People say that's insane, but for me it's peace of mind. It's control over my body. It's easy to say, "Just be confident," when you've never struggled with body image,' she continued. Alina said getting the surgery had nothing to do with 'vanity', like some people would suggest. 'It's about finally feeling comfortable in your skin. This wasn't a transformation, it was a tweak,' she added. 'I still see me when I look in the mirror—just a version that feels a little more aligned with who I am inside.' After splashing thousands on her new look, Alina, who has 6.1 million followers on TikTok and 4.6 million on Instagram, shared images of her figure online. But the response was not what she hoped for. Alina revealed she received brutal comments from online trolls who called her 'gross' and said she never needed surgery. 'They were already good. Why?' one person wrote, as another added: 'All that for what?' 'That is so gross. I would never do this. Too risky. Sometimes it never heals and you can get necrotic tissue,' a third commented. 'Why would anyone choose to do this? And it's genuinely for others' view on you,' someone else wrote. 'Who gives a f*** that much about how you look? Tell me you're not happy in your own skin without telling me.' Another follower noted: 'Oh my God. Girl but you're so beautiful already. You don't need surgery. You're young, work out for those gains.'
