YUZVENDRA CHAHAL
In March 2025, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and social media influencer Dhanashree Verma were granted a divorce. Married in 2020, the couple had filed a joint petition for mutual consent in February, having been separated since June 2022.
SHIKHAR DHAWAN
Former India opener Shikhar Dhawan's marriage to Aesha Mukherjee ended in October 2023.
The couple, who married in 2012 and have a son named Zoravar, were granted a divorce by a Delhi court, which cited cruelty inflicted on Dhawan by his estranged wife as the primary reason.

Tennis ace Sania Mirza and former Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik publicly announced their separation in 2024 after 14 years of marriage. A charged-up Jofra Archer bowled in full rhythm in his comeback Test, helping England beat India by 22 runs for a famous win at Lord's on Monday. The English pacer was quick in the air, and his terrifying deliveries troubled and dismissed three Indian batters — opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rishabh Pant and Washington Sundar. Archer started Day 5 high on confidence and cleaned up India's biggest hope in the 193-run chase, Pant, after he played only 12 deliveries. Siraj offered a dead bat, the ball crashed against the blade but thanks to the bowler imparting overspin, it spun back and rolled to collide with the stumps with the impact strong enough to dislodge the bail. It was the wicket England needed to seal a thrilling 22-run win and the dismissal sparked wild celebrations. Siraj, as expected, was crestfallen. It was an agonising end to the contest for the Indian fans who may have lost their hopes early in the day's play when Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer combined to trigger a collapse from where it appeared there's no turning back. The contest ended with an Indian defeat, by 12 runs with Srinath being the last man to fall. He, too, like Siraj, fell to an offspinner in Saqlain Mushtaq.
