Acaciaville man charged with child pornography offences: N.S. RCMP
A 44-year-old Acaciaville, N.S., man has been charged with child pornography offences.
The RCMP's Provincial Internet Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant at a home on Ridge Road on June 19 and seized electronic evidence.
'Investigators were directed to the residence after learning that child pornography was being transmitted by a user accessing the internet in that residence,' reads a news release from the Nova Scotia RCMP.
Justin John Horner was arrested on Monday and police say additional evidence was seized.
Horner has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and making child pornography available.
He was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Digby provincial court on Oct. 14.
