Actor Jim Parsons is not pleased with the Trump administration.
Actor Jim Parsons has openly criticized the Trump administration for one of its latest decisions. Last Friday, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline switched off the option for LGBTQ youth to press a button and speak to a specialized counselor, which had been in place since 2022. In those three years, the 988 hotline has received over 16 million calls, texts and chats. Nearly 1.5 million of those were made by gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth, according to data from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

The MAGA provocateur has nailed the Trump 'trifecta,' according to Michael Wolff.
MAGA activist Laura Loomer checks all the right boxes for President Donald Trump, even though many of his closest advisers seem intent on keeping her at arm's length. 'She's, what, 30 years old? She looks the part. She's on television often for Donald Trump,' Trump biographer Michael Wolff told The Daily Beast Podcast this week. 'That's the trifecta. I mean, what's not to like from Donald Trump's point of view?' Wolff, author of Fire and Fury, said 'everybody is trying to keep Laura Loomer out,' except for Natalie Harp, the devoted Trump aide who's been referred to as the 'human printer' and 'nutter conduit' to Trump.

Guardians Announce Decision On Name After President Trump's Demand
Guardians Announce Decision On Name After President Trump's Demand originally appeared on The Spun. President Trump wants the Cleveland Guardians to change their name. The President of the United State declared on Sunday that two professional sports teams, the Washington Commanders and the Cleveland Guardians, should go back to their old team names. Washington was the Redskins and Cleveland was the Guardians. President Trump, 79, made his declarations clear on Sunday evening. "The Washington 'Whatever's' should IMMEDIATELY change their name back to the Washington Redskins Football Team. There is a big clamoring for this. Likewise, the Cleveland Indians, one of the six original baseball teams, with a storied past. Our great Indian people, in massive numbers, want this to happen. Their heritage and prestige is systematically being taken away from them. Times are different now than they were three or four years ago. We are a Country of passion and common sense. OWNERS, GET IT DONE!!!" he announced. The Guardians have officially responded to President Trump. They will not be changing their name. Cleveland Guardians president Chris Antonetti released a statement on the name on Sunday night. "I understand there are very different perspectives on the decision we made a few years ago, but it's a decision we made and we've gotten the opportunity to build the brand as the Guardians over the last four years and we're excited about the future that's in front of us," he said. President Trump is threatening to make things difficult for the Washington Commanders and their new stadium in downtown D.C. He's threatening to stop helping if the team doesn't change its name back. However, he doesn't have a similar threat to make with the Cleveland Guardians. But perhaps the President of the United States will find one soon.
