
'Everything About My Wife' makes Netflix global premiere
Starring Jennylyn Mercado, Dennis Trillo, and Sam Milby, "Everything About My Wife" tells the story of Dom (Dennis), an unhappily married man who struggles to end his marriage to his wife, Imo (Jennylyn).
In a moment of desperation, Dom calls on Miguel (Sam), a notorious womanizer, to seduce his wife. The plan succeeds, as Miguel and Imo grow closer, but things take an unexpected turn when Miguel unexpectedly falls in love with her.
As Dom realizes he's made the biggest mistake of his life, Imo discovers his scheme. Heartbroken and betrayed, she resolves to give him what he wants and end their marriage. Will Imo ever find it in her heart to forgive Dom?
Besides standout performances from Jennylyn, Dennis, and Sam – three of the biggest stars in Philippine entertainment – the movie also features a stellar cast of seasoned artists, including Carmi Martin, Nova Villa, Isay Alvarez, Polo Laurel, Alex Agustin, Joyang, and Karlo Aranza.
Directed by Real S. Florido, "Everything About My Wife" will stream on Netflix in the Philippines and in most territories worldwide beginning on May 29.

'Stranger Things' shows glimpses of war in apocalyptic teaser
It's the end times in Hawkins, Indiana. Netflix just released the official teaser of the fifth and final season of "Stranger Things," and the war is on. Will Ashley and Bianca De Vera have a kilig ayuda for their fans on Tuesday! The Sparkle actor first posted a video on Monday, which showed him telling Bianca about a question posted to her online. It was a fan asking Bianca about the full tank for Will's car that she promised when they were still "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" housemates. She made the promise in exchange for Will getting her donuts. Bianca said she'll get it for him later, and said she can even do it every day if Will does not get his success get to his head. Will vowed that he will never change, but he suddenly realized what Bianca said about the full tank every day. Will and Bianca's tandem, which has been dubbed WillCa, is one of the popular fan ships formed in the PBB collab. The two stars previously worked together in "Unbreak My Heart," another collaboration between GMA Network and ABS-CBN. They reunited inside Bahay ni Kuya, where they both confessed to having unresolved tension from their "Unbreak My Heart" days. Will called them "taping friends," but Bianca said they were not. Sofronio Vasquez to sing national anthem at SONA 2025
Sofronio Vasquez was chosen to sing the Philippine national anthem at President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s fourth State of the Nation Address on July 28, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) announced on Tuesday. According to the announcement on the PCO website, Sofronio's "participation is seen as a tribute to Filipino talent and national pride.' 'Selecting Vasquez, a multi-awarded singer known for his powerful renditions of patriotic and classical pieces, reflects the administration's intent to blend tradition and excellence in this year's SONA ceremony,' the PCO said. 'The singing of the national anthem is a key ceremonial element of the SONA, setting the tone for the President's annual address before members of Congress, government officials, foreign dignitaries, and millions of Filipinos watching from around the world.' President Marcos, meanwhile, is set to discuss his 'administration's key accomplishments, policy priorities, and plans to improve the lives of Filipinos" at SONA 2025. Sofronio made history as the first Asian and first Filipino to win "The Voice USA." He was part of Team Michael Bublé. In the finals, Sofronio delivered two stunning performances with his rendition of "Unstoppable" by Sia and "A Million Dreams" from "The Greatest Showman."
