Viral hot air balloon lights are coming to the store this week
Credit: Aldi
The German supermarket chain has introduced their own version of popular hot air balloon lights.
The charming multi-coloured lamps will add a splash of colour to your garden while making it brighter at night.
The best part is that they do not require batteries or cables, and you don't have to spend time recharging them.
The solar powered lights can transform your garden after dark – all without costing a penny on electricity.
They can be strung from tree branches or railings, creating an illusion of floating hot air balloons in the air.
These lights feature a realistic flaming effect for an added charm.
They also light up automatically at night which makes them appear even more magical.
The solar hot air balloon lights are priced at only £6.99 at Aldi.
They come with a two-year-warranty at absolutely no extra cost.
You can pick from a range of bright colours including pink and purple, blue and yellow, green and yellow, and red and yellow.
Aldi is selling a home organizing essential for just $29.99 – and it's $46 cheaper than the Home Depot version
The lights will be available in-stores across the country from July 13.
VIRAL BALLOON LIGHTS
Hot air balloon garden lights have taken the internet by storm, positioning themselves as a viral hit online.
Loads of retailers have released their own versions of the solar powered lights.
TK MAXX shoppers raced to their closest branch for their very own version of the viral hot air balloon lights.
While Home Bargains has cashed in on the incredibly popular trend, dropping a new version of the lights for just £5.99.
ALDI DEALS
Aldi has slashed the price of stunning outdoor furniture - and you can save a whopping £75.
The German retailer is now selling an outdoor furniture set for a mere £24.99.
The set - which includes two gorgeous chairs to relax in, as well as a smaller table - was originally going for an eye-watering £100.
The stylish chairs come with light grey cushions that are ideal for providing that extra comfort when you're enjoying your morning coffee outdoors - or soaking up the sun whilst reading.
Aldi shoppers can also pick up a sell-out cordless cleaning gadget at a steal.
Available right now from the Specialbuys section, Aldi's Robot Vacuum Cleaner will set you back just £99.99.
While that's a steep price point for punters, the option is an inexpensive alternative to the Samsung Jet Bot vacuum which is scanning for an eye-watering £665.
Better still, you can schedule it to run at any time, even when you're tucked up in bed.

I found the ultimate 10/10 garden sun lounger – it has a key feature for relaxation

Plus some tips on how to spruce up your garden for cheap SUMMER SUN I found the ultimate 10/10 garden sun lounger – it has a key feature for relaxation Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) THE summer is a lovely time to enjoy your garden - and whilst a table and chairs will do, a sun lounger can really help you relax. They used to be a luxury item but many retailers are now selling comfy sunbeds at very affordable prices. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 6 The summer is a lovely time to enjoy your garden, we tested the best sun loungers Credit: Oliver Dixon Some also fold up small, which is great if you are short on space. We have tested some of the best budget options on offer for 2025. So whether you are after cheap, cheerful, bright or bold, Lynsey Hope has the right one for you: Habitat Bright Stripe Folding Metal Sun Lounger £35, 6 The metal frame did get a little hot to touch in extreme heat Credit: Oliver Dixon For those a little short on space, this remarkably cheap and cheerful model from Habitat has a fold-up design that makes it easy to store in between sunny spells. You can choose from three reclining positions so whether you prefer sitting up, a flat out stretch or somewhere in between, this should have an option for you. At just 3.85kg, it's also easy to manoevue around the garden so you can soak up the best rays. The metal frame did get a little hot to touch in extreme heat but the polyester seat was comfy and seemed reasonably robust. For an even brighter summer scene, try the pink and red colourway. Comfort: 3/5 Value: 5/5 Overall score: 8/10 Dunelm Helsinki Lounger £35, 6 The lounger is available in a lovely choice of vibrant colours Credit: Oliver Dixon A super comfy lounger with an adjustable backrest, allowing for multiple reclining positions. The steel frame and textilene fabric are not only comfy to relax on but they seem durable. The lounger is available in a lovely choice of vibrant colours including coral and aqua. The plastic arms didn't get as hot as the metal Habitat ones but I do worry the brighter plastic colours would fade in the sun. Comfort: 4/5 Value: 5/5 Overall score: 9/10 Monaco Zero Gravity Sun Lounging Garden Chair 6 I loved the useful clip-on table for food and drinks Credit: Oliver Dixon Handy that it comes with a sunshade, especially on super hot days. It can recline fully if you want to be flat with your feet up or there are various reclining positions. Simply lock the chair in place with the twin locks on each arm. The padded headrest provides extra comfort and there's a removable pillow if you need additional support. I loved the useful clip-on table for food and drinks. It's made from strong PE rattan, seemed durable, and the grey colour hid dirt well and the colour didn't seem to fade in the sun. For the price, great quality. Comfort: 4/5 Value: 3/5 Overall score: 7/10 OHS Zero Gravity Lounging Garden Chairs £44.99 for 2, 6 The design is sleek and modern and they were easy to wipe clean Credit: Oliver Dixon These were my favourite - super comfy and they provided ultimate relaxation in the garden. There was an effortless reclining mechanism allowing you to fully customise your lounging position. The design is sleek and modern and they were easy to wipe clean. Light and easy to manoeuvre around the garden and available in a pretty selection of colourways, too. Guests often refused to get out of them in my garden in case someone jumped in their place when they left the chair. Comfort: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Overall score: 10/10 B&Q Curacoa Blue and Red Metal Sun Lounger £30, 6 Made of steel and textilene, for £30 it seemed reasonably sturdy Credit: Oliver Dixon Loved the retro look of this lounger from B&Q. It's lightweight, foldable and easily portable. I did find it a little trickly to fold up and worried about getting my fingers trapped but once I got the knack of it, it was ok. It offers three adjustable positions and was comfy, perhaps a little low to the ground which might cause an issue for some loungers. Made of steel and textilene, for £30 it seemed reasonably sturdy.

Aldi has launched an affordable boxed wine 'dupe' of chicken wine The wine is named Le Petit Poulet It is priced at £12.49 for 1.5 litres Aldi recently announced the launch of a boxed version of its popular alternative to 'chicken wine', which is actually named La Vieille Ferme. The wine by Aldi is named Le Petit Poulet, and is available in the wine flavour of rosé. It was first launched in a bottle, but has now been introduced to stores in a box. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Aldi's Le Petit Poulet is priced at £12.49 for a 1.5 litre box, and the design of the label mimics the illustration of the chicken branding of La Viellie Ferme, which is how it gained its affectionate nickname of 'chicken wine'. As an absolute superfan of La Vieille Ferme, I spent many evenings sipping on a glass of its popular rosé offering last summer, when the wine was at its peak of popularity. However, Aldi has never disappointed when it comes to wine, and that's down to flavour as well as affordability. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad I was eager to try Aldi's affordable alternative to La Vieille Ferme, and Aldi kindly sent me a box to try for myself. Here is what I thought. Wine: I tried Aldi's boxed dupe on 'chicken wine' and it is almost identical to the original | Aldi / Holly Allton Well, I will first off start by saying, I love boxed wine. I think it is a great summer staple, especially to share with friends and family at a summer occasion such as a picnic, barbeque or camping trip. The design of the box is very similar to the branding of La Vielle Ferme, as is its name Le Petit Poulet. When I poured myself a glass I noticed the colour, which was a blush with a tinge of orange. I realised that it is very similar in colour to La Vieille Ferme. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Then I took a sip and I was very happy to realise that it was almost identical to La Vielle Ferme. The only difference I noticed was that it was slightly sweeter, which to me was actually a good addition to the wine. I think that given its affordability, that it is available in a box and that it is so similar to 'chicken wine', Le Petit Poulet is an absolute winner for me. If you're a wine fan that would love to get more wine for your money, then I'd certainly recommend trying Aldi's Le Petit Poulet in a box. I will be purchasing plenty of boxes for my summer plans.
