TULISA took fans behind the scenes during a marathon beauty day in London, where she underwent six back-to-back treatments at three different clinics.
Despite the bloodied nose and red, raw skin the 36-year-old bravely showed off afterwards, the singer's procedures are set to keep her 'eyebrows and cheeks' ever-pert.

Determined to pack in as many as possible, the N-Dubz star took to her Instagram Stories first with the Skin Can muscle lifting treatment at SkinCAN.
Tulisa explained, 'It enhances the muscles and gives you this snatched look on the face. It's brilliant if you don't want to use fillers.'
She added that the treatment is so effective that after five or six months without Botox, she only noticed because she started really frowning.
'This treatment keeps my eyebrows up there,' she said with a smile.
Next, she endured the Collagen Wave with radiofrequency technology, a treatment she's trusted for years and had performed by Dermastar's Neelam Patel.
This procedure works by producing heat to stimulate fibroblasts - the cells responsible for generating collagen and elastin.
It results in a natural lift and tightening effect, smoothing out fine lines and plumping the skin.
'It's super relaxing,' Tulisa added, though today they skipped the usual microneedling due to time constraints.
The former X Factor judge then filmed herself receiving a full body massage and reflexology as she enjoyed a moment of calm before her next treatment.
Then came Emface, a needle-free alternative to injectables that combines radiofrequency with HIFES (high-intensity facial electrical stimulation) to tone underlying muscles.

With sticky pads attached to her cheeks and forehead, Tulisa captioned the video: 'On to the emface,' before prepping herself for something a little more intense.
She warned, 'It's going to be a little red after this."
After that, Tulisa hopped over to M Clinic for the thermavein treatment for her thread veins.
She videoed herself receiving painful-looking zaps to her cheeks while wincing in pain.
If that wasn't enough, she then received the Ethra laser for redness and colleagen production - donning a pair of black goggles to protect her eyes.

Tulisa even revealed that after some of the treatments, her face looked as if she'd been 'smacked in the face', with a notably bloodied nose that looked extra sore due to its proximity to the bone.
She said: 'I asked Jo to go a bit harder on that area because the next thing I'm doing isn't going to be touching that. No pain, no gain."
By the end of the day, Tulisa was glowing - albeit with some redness - thanks to soothing cream, which even contained foundation to cover the needling marks.
She assured fans that healing typically takes a few days to a week and optimistically added, 'I should be ready to rumble by the weekend.'
Summing up her marathon beauty day before heading back to Manchester, Tulisa joked, 'Beauty secrets by Tea. You're welcome.'
But while she's been sharing skincare routines and beauty tips this week, it was a different story last year when Tulisa quietly pulled out of the I'm A Celebrity finale - sparking concern among fans.
The singer, who left the jungle just days before the final, deleted all traces of her time on the show and opted not to take part in the Coming Out reunion or post-show spin-offs.
Speaking candidly to Paul C Brunson on the We Need To Talk podcast, Tulisa revealed the full extent of her emotional struggles after leaving the show.
She told the Married At First Sight expert: 'When I came out, I began to cry when I had the first moment to myself.
'The first thing I did when I spoke to my team, they said, 'What's wrong?'
'And I said 'Please don't put me back on camera. I need to be off now, it's too much. I'm really proud of myself, but I pushed myself too far, too soon, I need to go home'.'
She added: 'You want me to be there out of principle? When I'm having a breakdown right now? No, I need to go home and process this."
Tulisa admitted she didn't even go to the hotel to see her fellow campmates, nor did she appear on ITV's companion shows after returning to the UK.
She added: 'I guess in a way I'm blessed to be that person to say if my mind isn't feeling healthy, I'm going to take care of myself. I'm not going to push myself over any edges.
'I need to take care of myself, I need to protect me.'
Explaining why she also wiped her social media of any I'm A Celeb footage, Tulisa said: 'I did delete everything.
'I came out and the same night I was having a cry I was like I'm not going back on camera.
'I was looking through my socials and it was just all me and I was in flip out mode. I just wanted it all gone and to go home and process things.
'I wouldn't say I've processed it all. I'm at 70 percent right now.
"For me to be in the public eye I need to do things that are a bit more hard hitting, things like this [the podcast]. Just keeping it 100% real.
'If I can be in the public eye and it's like that, then I can do it.'
The star confessed she was left "hyperventilating and crying" from pressure she felt and emotional exhaustion after her elimination.
She admitted struggling to interact with the 'happy campers' while privately battling anxiety and breaking down in tears alone in her hotel room.
Tulisa revealed how close she came to quitting the programme.
She recounted a particularly intense anxiety attack, unseen by viewers, that left her in tears and gasping for air.
Tulisa said: 'Some of the things you didn't see - I had night terrors for the first four days.
"I was waking up out of my sleep, and I was having anxiety attacks.
"Those parts, not everyone knows, so it wasn't completely smooth sailing for me at all, but I have a great poker face. I really can turn it on, especially when I'm faced with adversity.'
Determined not to show vulnerability, she added: 'The last thing I wanted to do was go in there and be the hot mess. So if anything, I'm going to be the biggest soldier there is."
Recalling her breaking point, Tulisa said: 'I definitely had an anxiety attack off-camera. I went to the smoking area to do it because I didn't want them to know.
"I was trying to bring down my heart rate, literally through my nose. I kept telling myself, 'Get the heart rate down. Get the heart rate down.'
"I wanted to leave that day. I thought, 'I can't do this,' but I reminded myself that I was there to stick it out.'

Kylie Jenner's post about Greek island restaurant goes viral for all the wrong reasons
After Kylie Jenner visited a lavish Greek restaurant, the owners proudly shared her visit online but were met with criticism by followers Owners of a restaurant visited by Kylie Jenner received an unexpected amount of backlash after sharing her dining experience. The reality star, 27, enjoyed a meal at Tassia Restaurant in the Greek village of Fiscardo earlier in the month, much to the delight of the owners. Polychronis Dendrinos and Tassia Dendrinou gushed over the "true honour" after welcoming Kylie to their establishment on July 12. Such was their pride, they took to Instagram to post their happiness, labelling Kylie an "iconic entrepreneur and global trendsetter". Uploading an image of the pair flanking Kylie, the owners wrote: "An inspiring guest, and one of the most influential women of her generation." They continued: "She experienced a taste of our Greek hospitality and cuisine. It was a true pleasure to host such a remarkable guest. We hope to welcome her again soon! Dendrinos Family." But despite their own pride of the occasion, it appears users online were less appreciative. One user bluntly asked: "'Honour? Why different from any other guest?" 'Honour? For what?," fumed another. "For [being] plastic [and lying] about it and [making] young girls insecure about [themselves]? Ohh noooo!." And a third seemed to echo the opinion. They then slammed: "Thanks! Now I know where NOT to go." It wasn't all negative vibes, though, with other users telling the owners to ignore the "jealous" commenters. "This comment section is so negative. If I had Kylie come visit my restaurant I would post about it too," admitted another. Kylie had also shared a snap from her trip on her own social media page. Her own image showed her and BFF Anastasia Karanikolaou enjoying their meal by the harbour The restaurant boasts a number of traditional home-cooked dishes. And they also claim all produce is based locally, with the majority of the vegetables used in the spot grown in their own garden. And Kylie is far from the first famous face to descend on the restaurant. Back in 2022, Demi Moore paid the spot a visit. Similarly to their post about Kylie, the owners gushed over the actress and praised her "timeless beauty and solid personality" saying it was "bright enough to capture our hearts". Kylie recently missed her half-bother Brody's wedding after he tied the knot in Malibu. Both Kylie and sister Kendall decided to swerve the occasion after reports they didn't RSVP to Brody's commitment ceremony in Bali with his then girlfriend, Kaitlynn Carter, in 2018. Despite skipping the recent wedding in California, a source told TMZ there is no bad blood, but "mutual love" between the Jenners sisters and Brody. They suggested Kylie and Kendall may have swerved the event "to keep the spotlight on the bride and groom".

Ben Shephard shares 'bucket list moment' as he enjoys break from This Morning
Ben Shephard delighted fans as he continued to celebrate his milestone 50th birthday. Lorraine: Ben Shephard chats about his cover for Men's Health Ben Shephard has delighted fans by sharing his 'bucket list moment' amid his break from This Morning. The former Good Morning Britain presenter, 50, has been celebrating his milestone birthday over recent months with a series of challenges he set himself. He's been keeping his Instagram followers updated along the way, as he vowed to be 'the fittest I've ever been' before his 50th birthday. Before turning 50 in December, Ben attempted cold water swimming, walking 5k and braving ice baths. He's now continued his celebrations with a family trip to Australia. Sharing a peek into his travels with his sons, Ben wrote: ' So this is just a little bit exciting!!!! 'As part of my 50th year celebrations continue (have I mentioned I've turned 50) a proper bucket list moment, as we've just landed in Australia with the family - to support the British and Irish Lions across their tests!!!! 'I'm doing a bit of work but mostly doing a lot of cheering, supporting and merch acquiring…Lions Suitcases anyone. 'Can't wait for later - thoughts on the score??? Also in Brisbane for a few days any recommends will be gratefully received!' Fans and friends alike rushed to share their support, with Loose Women 's Katie Piper writing: 'That's such a great thing to do as a family.' 'So exciting,' This Morning regular Ashley James said, while Helen Skelton wrote: 'What an adventure,' and Gaby Roslin said: 'Have an amazing adventure.' Carol Vorderman shared her own anecdote, commenting: 'Omg Ben I was filming in Brizzie and across Queensland in 1989 (it was very different then) and bumped into the Lions in a bar in Cairns Took me days to recover but what a laugh First time I ever had shots of tequila … it wasn't a 'thing' 40 years ago Bloody hell… life's never dull Have a great great time.' 'Have fun big man there is some@great place to eat out there enjoy,' Jamie Oliver added. Ben proved his challenges to be as fit as he could be paid off with a shoot in May showing off his six-pack. Recreating his Men's Health cover from 13 years ago, the TV presenter revealed his toned body, saying: 'To get stronger, physically and mentally, is definitely harder the older you get. In my forties, I was still on the attack. In my fifties, I'm on the defensive. 'It's all about how I prolong things now – not going out and smashing it left, right and centre. 'Proving to yourself you have the discipline to do something, proving you can be accountable to yourself is incredibly seductive and infectious. The more you get of that, the more you want it.' Ben went on to explain that he appreciates his body now more than his 2012 photoshoot, and would 'love' to recreate it again when he turns 60. He told Men's Health: 'I think I value the condition I'm in now more than in 2012. I've got more lean muscle, that's for sure. 'There are parts of my body that are bigger. I think my body fat is a little bit higher than it was then. Back then it was probably single figures and I think I'm about 10.5% to 10.8% now – which is extraordinary when you think I'm 13 years older.'

Viewers of the show could not believe what they were watching when Emma unveiled her masterplan to get her man. Later in the conversation, she added: 'We're stuck for life', while Harry confessed: 'I can't compare anyone to you,' before adding, 'Of course I love you, of course I always have love for you.' Emma and Harry were together for three years, but split after she claimed he cheated and brought other girls back to their home — something she revealed in explosive scenes during her return. Now, Yasmin's sister has shared her thoughts on them having a master plan. In a recent clip, someone said to Zara that Emma reminded them of Fiona from Netflix hit Baby Reindeer. Zara replied: 'This comment made me laugh. Feel free to disagree with me but I don't think Emma and Harry ended up on the same season of the same show was a coincidence. 'There's something weird going on between them and I can't figure out what their plan is but something is going on. This wasn't a coincidence.' She continued: 'Didn't Harry say he sent her flowers or something in February? There's something that doesn't match up. Love Island bombshell Yasmin slammed as 'game-player' as she throws villa into chaos by snogging Harry AND Dejon before row with the girls 'I don't know them personally but the fact she said she'd get back together with him at some point… I think with most people and their exes they think 'Ok that's done now.' 'But for Emma the door was still open so I really don't think it's a coincidence that they've ended up on the same show.' Casa bombshell Emma, who arrived on Day 27 in a shock twist, has been plotting to rekindle her romance with Harry — despite slating him in brutal Instagram DMs only a month earlier and knowing he's coupled up with Helena. And another of Emma's exes believes she's gone in there for one reason and one reason only - to get Harry back. The source told us: 'Her ex and everyone else don't think there's any other reason to go on that show apart from to get back with him. "That's been the plan the whole time, everyone is 99% sure it was planned.' The lad dating Emma called it quits after the Love Island line-up was revealed and she told him about Harry. In a string of cutting messages exchanged on Instagram, which have been seen by The Sun, Emma ripped into Harry's looks, calling him 'butters' and saying he had 'got so skinny since I haven't been feeding him.' 'She literally said he 'wouldn't stand a chance now' and told me she couldn't be bothered with the producers messaging her about going on the show,' the insider added. 'It was all very strange because she was asking for a serious relationship with this guy but at the same time she was talking about Harry and Love Island all the time.' They tell us she was initially very against the show and ruled out entering but in a dramatic u-turn that left fans shocked, she made a surprise entrance and then set her sights on him once again. 'She said she wanted to be the bigger person,' they told us, 'but now she's trying to win the whole thing with the same guy she was mocking.' 5 Yasmin's sister has shared her thoughts on them having a master plan Credit: zarasworld17/TikTok
