Find a type of exercise/movement that you enjoy – yoga, pilates, hiking, swimming. I love doing yoga and breath work routines in the morning, ideally in nature. On days when I need some extra encouragement, I try to find motivation even in the smallest of things – create a space that helps get you in the right mindset or something as simple as putting on a cute outfit that makes you feel good. I think we all know the importance of daily water intake by now, but as with everything else, consistency is the key.
