Musiala suffers suspected broken ankle in Bayern clash with PSG
The 22-year-old Germany international was injured in added time before the break following a collision in PSG's penalty area. As Musiala challenged defender William Pacho for the ball, goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma inadvertently rolled over Musiala's left ankle, twisting it at an alarming angle.
Bayern's medical team rushed on to the pitch as Donnarumma, visibly shaken, dropped to the ground with his hands on his head in disbelief at the severity of the injury. Players from both teams formed a circle around Musiala who was carried off the field on a stretcher.
Referee Anthony Taylor brought the first half to an early conclusion after the incident with the scores level at 0-0.

Rays score three in the 10th to beat Twins
July 6 - Yandy Diaz's go-ahead double in a three-run 10th inning enabled the struggling Tampa Bay Rays to beat the Minnesota Twins 7-5 Sunday afternoon in Minneapolis. In a 4-all game, Diaz, who had two hits, lined a run-scoring double to right and later scored on a throwing error by Justin Topa (1-3). Junior Caminero's sacrifice fly added an insurance run. Jonathan Aranda went 3-for-5 with two RBIs, and Caminero drove in a pair. Taylor Walls hit a solo homer. On his 31st birthday, Brandon Lowe was removed from the game after whiffing in his lone at-bat, ending his team record-tying 20-game hitting streak shared with Diaz. It was reported that Lowe was dealing with left side soreness. Starter Drew Rasmussen tossed just two frames and allowed one run on three hits with two strikeouts. Pete Fairbanks (4-2) and Eric Orze (third save) pitched the final 2 2/3 innings as the Rays won for just the third time in nine games. Minnesota's Byron Buxton (two hits) and Harrison Bader hit home runs. Bader plated a run on a groundout in the bottom of the 10th before Orze shut the Twins down. Starter Joe Ryan tossed six innings and allowed two runs on six hits. The right-hander struck out eight with a walk. With both Rasmussen and Ryan entering the game with ERAs under 2.79, pitching took center stage. However, Buxton slugged his 20th home run a Statcast-projected 414 feet to left center to open the bottom of the first after Ryan struck out the side in the top half. Not in the original lineup but inserted before the game began, Walls belted his third homer for the visitors' first hit leading off the third to tie it. Tampa Bay took its first lead in the fourth when Aranda ripped a single to right to plate Jose Caballero, who had replaced Lowe at second base and doubled. In the sixth, Trevor Larnach (two hits, double) knotted it 2-all when he avoided a tag at home by catcher Matt Thaiss after a two-out fielding error by Caballero. Caminero's RBI fielder's choice and reliever Griffin Jax's fielding error made it 4-2 Rays in the eighth, but pinch hitter Bader responded with a two-run homer to left off Mason Montgomery to even it 4-4 in the bottom half. --Field Level Media

Unimpressed Championship club admit new kit ‘isn't to everyone's taste' as they refuse to post shirt players will wear
A CHAMPIONSHIP football club have admitted their new kit "isn't to everyone's taste" after fans savaged it on social media. Watford revealed their new home kit, manufactured by Kelme for a sixth year running and sponsored by MrQ Casino, to fans last week. The 2025/26 kit is a yellow base accompanied by faded red stripes. However, fans tore into the kit upon seeing a bold blue font for MrQ Casino. One fan on social media remarked: "This is what hell must looks like," while another added: "Can it get any worse." Recognising this, the Hornets took the decision to NOT SHOW the kit their players will wear on the pitch next season in the kit marketing material. Instead, they have shown off the kit in an unbranded state, and made sure every fan is aware they did everything in their power to not have the garish blue colour on it. A statement said: "On-pitch, players' shirts will feature front of shirt sponsorship from MrQ, though, mindful that the new, blue MrQ Casino logo may not reflect the values or preferences of all supporters, the shirt will once again be available to buy unbranded." On social media, the club also commented: "The logo on our new shirt isn't to everyone's taste. "We really liked the previous black logo and we had lots of dialogue over the summer as we wanted to keep it black to complement the new shirt. "But our sponsors were insistent on their rebrand. Some may like it. Some may not. And for those who don't, you can join the Q and get your unbranded shirt." Despite it not being on their marketing material, fans do still have the option to buy the branded shirt in the club's website. I grabbed director of football by the throat and picked him off the floor in front of my team-mates, reveals Troy Deeney The men's adult home shirt is available for £60, the same price as the unbranded version. This is the same for the women's team. MrQ and Watford first partnered together in 2023. The betting brand previously had a black and white logo, which had complemented Watford's bright yellow colours. Reacting on social media, one fan said: "We're supposed to be Hornets... yellow and black." A second said: "The blue logo is just wrong." Another said: "So much better without sponsor." A fourth said: "That blue MrQ branding is also next-level bad." Furthermore, for the first time, the shirt is crafted from recycled polyester, reflecting the club's commitment to sustainability. Last season, Watford finished 14th in the Championship table. The club go into next season with Paulo Pezzolano in charge after being announced as their new manager in May. 3
