FRIENDS of married couple Ricki and Sophie are in for a sexy surprise when they watch them on First Dates tonight.
The pair take part in the Channel 4 dating show's first ever 'throuple' date.

And while some of their close friends and family know about their polygamous lifestyle, for many it will be a complete surprise.
Mum-of-three Sophie, 30, told the Sun: 'This show is a big surprise for quite a lot of people.'
The duo will watch the episode with friends at a watch party and confess they have 'no idea' what the reaction will be.
Ricki, 36, added: 'People who are close to us know and people who don't know are going to find out in quite a fun way.'
The couple - who run a social media agency in Cheshire - have been sworn to secrecy by the show's production team to keep their trio date under wraps.
Sophie said: 'Obviously we've not been able to post on our socials about it. So it's a big surprise to the people that follow us on social media, but it's exciting.'
In the episode - which airs tonight - nervous Sophie meets sultry scouse massage therapist Emily at the First Dates restaurant.
They immediately hit it off - but the date takes a turn when Sophie admits she is married... and her husband is waiting at the bar to join them.
But polyamorous Emily does not seem phased, telling them: 'Proper couple goals, you two.'
Ricki and Sophie met on dating app Tinder in 2015 and tied the knot three years later.
I'm married to a man double my age - now we've become a throuple
Two years into their relationship they began to explore going to lifestyle clubs - previously known as swingers' parties.
The couple admit the first lifestyle party they went to almost didn't happen, as they got cold feet.
Sophie recalled: 'We sat in the car park for ages, like literally did not know whether to walk through that door or not.
'That was one of those big decisions.'
But when they finally plucked up the courage to go in they said they were greeted by a welcoming community which didn't feel like a sex club.
Ricki said: 'You're still fully clothed. You can have a chat with people. Most of the time people who go there don't actually engage with other people sexually, they just go because of the atmosphere.'
And the couple said there were no bowls with keys in them in sight, adding: 'That's very outdated.'

After having sexual encounters with friends, Sophie realised she wanted more than just a night of passion.
Two years ago she confessed to Ricky she was bisexual and wanted to open their marriage to include a third person - and open-minded Ricki did not shy from the challenge.
He said: 'You don't know until you try.'
The couple insist being in a throuple is not just about sex - it's about finding a connection, too.
Sophie said: 'Being a bisexual woman, I'm able to stay within the sort of relationship with my husband.
It's a lot easier to talk about, because obviously, you see it on TV, and you see the social media and stuff
Sophie
'Obviously that's a romantic relationship, but also find a connection with a female as well.
'And that comes with so many different needs that can be met with that as well.'
Going mainstream
Sophie and Ricki say awareness of throuples in mainstream media has helped them feel more confident to be open about their desires.
Famously boxer David Haye and his model girlfriend Sian Osbourne opened up their relationship by forming a throuple with former Saturdays singer Una Healy in 2023.
Meanwhile E4 show Love Triangle became the world's first throuple dating show in the same year.
Now First Dates is bringing polyamory into the mainstream with tonight's episode - and Sophie hopes they help educate the public about throuples.

Sophie said: 'It's a lot easier to talk about because obviously, you see it on TV, and you see the social media and stuff.
'It's a lot more spoken about now than it was. It's made us a lot more comfortable to talk about it.'
But the couple say they still face a lot of misconceptions about polygamy.
She added: 'People would suggest that by opening up your marriage, you might not be happy within your marriage.
'So it's a way of opening up so that you can potentially get away with certain acts outside of a marriage. And it's not like that at all.'
Ricki says frustratingly a lot of people assume he was the driving force behind opening up their marriage, because he is a man.
He said: 'The biggest misconception is that it's for my needs, it's for my fulfilment, it's me that's pushing the narrative, when actually it's not.
The biggest misconception is that it's for my needs, it's for my fulfilment, it's me that's pushing the narrative, when actually it's not. It's about a couple... who are just trying to find a connection with another person
Ricky
'It's about a couple who do speak to each other, who are open, who do have boundaries, who are just trying to find a connection with another person.'
While the couple like to keep their private life to themselves, they have opened up to their families about finding a third person to join their relationship.
Ricki said: 'I don't actually remember how my mum found out.
'I'm the type of person to just blurt it out and just be like, 'Oh, by the way, me and Sophie went out on a date with a lady the other night.'
'My mum's open-minded as well, and she's quite supportive.'
The all new series of First Dates airs on Channel 4 at 10pm weekly from Friday 4 July and will be available to watch at channel4.com.

Hollyoaks reveal dramatic moment iconic character returns after one year in unexpected twist

Hollyoaks has revealed the dramatic moment that Tom Cunningham returned to the Channel 4 soap. The iconic character, portrayed by Ellis Hollins, 25, departed the soap in September last year, having played the role of Tom since 2003. Tom and sister Cindy Cunningham had fled the village after discovering her partner Dave Williams (Dominic Power) was none other than mysterious gangster Blue. And in a first look at Tuesdays episode, fans got a glimpse of Tom's return to the show after a once year absence - however, there's an unexpected twist as he's currently behind bars. In the clip, Tom is seen in prison alongside fellow inmate Rex Gallagher (Jonny Labey), who had received a visit from Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson). Ste and Rex are seen discussing Clare Devine (Gemma Bissix), but little do they know, Tom is in earshot, and his interest is piqued when he hears the name of his former arch nemesis. Tom consequently gets in touch with Donny Clarke (Louis Emerick), offering up information on Clare. However, Tom later finds himself in danger after Rex is pressured by Clare to murder Tom in prison. In a tense scene in the prison yard, Tom appears isolated and vulnerable, leaving ex with an opportunity to strike. But it remains to be seen whether Rex will succeed or if Tom manages to escape his clutches. Clare made a shock return from the dead last month and as longtime fans will know, she has a long and dark history with Tom. The twisted character tormented Tom as a child and attempted to con his big brother and guardian, Max Cunningham. Viewers will just have to wait and see whether the two characters will finally come face-to-face. Meanwhile, Hollyoaks is gearing up to mark its 30th anniversary this October with a huge month of celebrations. In the clip, Tom is seen in prison alongside fellow inmate Rex Gallagher (Jonny Labey), who had received a visit from Ste Hay ( Kieron Richardson ) Viewers will just have to wait and see whether the two characters will finally come face-to-face Show boss Hannah Cheers teased that a signature Hollyoaks stunt is already in the works as she claimed you can't do a Hollyoaks commemoration 'without some kind of spectacle'. She also revealed a huge battle between two Hollyoaks titans will take centre stage for October. Having recently returned from the dead to the village after 12 years, Clare Devine is back, and she's set to clash against serial killer Jez Blake in the run-up to the big anniversary.

Hollyoaks confirms unexpected new nemesis for Sienna Blake

Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) is left upset in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes as one character looks set to drive a wedge between her and Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) with a pretty underhanded move. Marie Fielding (Rita Simons) is delighted when she discovers that she's set to become a grandma, with Cleo's pregnancy being revealed earlier than the mum-to-be intended. As Cleo and Sienna await the NIPT results, Marie begins to somewhat overstep, insisting on a gender reveal party. Sienna is determined to be with Cleo at the scan but she finds herself overwhelmed at the flower stall and thus asks Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart) for help – but it proves fruitless. At the hospital, Marie finds Cleo alone and offers to stay. With Cleo at the bathroom, Marie takes it upon herself to put in an anonymous order at the flower stall in a bid to stop Sienna from making it to the appointment on time. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Later in the week, Cleo is keen to speak to Sienna herself and tells Marie to give her and her girlfriend some space, reiterating that she's really overstepping the mark as a grandma-to-be. Marie doesn't take this too kindly, with Cleo subsequently apologising for pushing her out but tensions soon rise when Sienna puts two and two together, convinced that Marie placed the order at the stall in a bid to stop her from going to the hospital. Marie feins shock and denies such a thing. Cleo, meanwhile, wonders if Sienna is just jumping to conclusions. More Trending Can Sienna convince her otherwise? And will Marie back off? If there's one thing you simply don't want to do, it's make an enemy of Sienna! The week in question will prove eventful for Sienna, that's for sure, as in addition to the drama with Marie, she is also tasked with throwing Jez(Jeremy Sheffield) and John Paul McQueen (James Sutton) a pre-wedding celebration at Casa McQueen. Hollyoaks confirms Clare Devine's bone-chilling plan - and it's her worst yet

Clare Devine (Gemma Bissix) stoops to a whole new low in Hollyoaks next week as she attempts to traffic both Bobby Costello (Zak Sutcliffe) and Jacob Omari (Ethaniel Davy). The Channel 4 soap supervillain is no stranger to going to the extreme, with recent scenes seeing her fake cancer as a way to get daughter Tori (Harriet O'Shea) back in her life. Even her own sister Grace Black (Tamara Wall) found herself on the receiving end of Clare's wrath, with the returnee attempting to have her sibling murdered. And Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe), who was instrumental in her supposed death over a decade ago, is next in line for Clare as she is harbouring the former pub landlady's fugitive son Bobby. Clare made it quite clear that she intended to make Merce pay for what she did, biding her time by keeping Bobby away from prying eyes while the police conducted a manhunt in search of him. Next week, her sinister plot comes to light as the show's resident schemer goes on the run as she prepares to traffic Bobby – and Jacob, who was previously targeted by Rex Gallagher (Jonny Labey) as part of the child exploitation operation being run by Clare's dead husband DI Banks (Drew Cain). To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video With the police closing in, Clare successfully throws them off the scent, sending them instead on a wild goose chase. Afterwards, she takes the boys to a service station, where a sinister handover is set to take place. Jacob informs Bobby of what Clare has planned for them and thus they put in motion a plan to run away from the service station. The two plead with Clare to let them go. Clare, however, has planned for them to be collected, with a car subsequently pulling up outside. Pictures confirm Bobby's attempt to hightail it out of danger, pushing over a table as a method of distraction, but will he get away? And will Jacob, for that matter? More Trending Mercedes subsequently receives a phone call from a frantic Bobby, but will he be able to tell her where he is? And can Mercy locate him before Clare enacts her plot?
