Wynne Evans splits from fiancee
Wynne Evans has split from his fiancee. The 53-year-old opera singer got engaged to Liz Brookes while on holiday in Morocco in June, but he has now appeared to confirm reports they have gone their separate ways, having also briefly split in January. Wynne told his followers on Facebook Live: 'I haven't felt this level headed for years, having been in a bad place or a relationship that is not healthy for me. It's now calm.' The Strictly Come Dancing star is believed to have split from Liz "a few weeks ago" following a "big fallout". An insider told MailOnline: 'Wynne and Liz broke off their engagement a few weeks ago. 'The pressure of his new business ventures took its toll and they had a big fallout. 'Initially, there was a belief they would get back together when the ill-feeling died down, as they had split before and managed to patch things up. 'But with Wynne actively trying to date again and going public describing the relationship as 'not healthy', it's safe to say they've split from good this time.' Wynne recently admitted he contemplated taking his own life as he sank into a deep depression following his Strictly Come Dancing scandal. The radio presenter - who is best known for appearing in the GoCompare adverts - competed on the BBC Latin and ballroom show with Katya Jones last year and had been starring in the nationwide tour alongside his fellow contestants but he left the tour after making a comment that was deemed sexually inappropriate during a photo call and later also lost his show on BBC Radio Wales. And he admitted the situation sent him to his "lowest ebb". Appearing on This Morning, he said: "I've had clinical depression since 2016 and I want to talk about it today, because I want other people to find strength in that. 'It took me to the darkest spot in my life. 'I was at my lowest ebb; I wanted to end my life. I would have if I hadn't been surrounded by people. 'I was under the crisis team for a month and they just look after you the whole time. My friends and my family and my girlfriend did a rota so that they could be with me 24 hours-a-day, sitting up with me, because it was just so relentless." He claims he received no mental health support from the BBC in the last few months as he tried to come to terms with his situation. He said: "I haven't heard from them since I got suspended, personally. I don't know, they've only spoken to my lawyers. 'I just think sometimes mental health is talked about, we have world mental health week, we have mental health day and all these initiatives but I fear sometimes it's just lip service. "I think we've become brilliant with equality, and opening access to people with abilities and disabilities but mental health is still a really grey area where we can say, 'Oh yeah, we've got this policy in place, we've got that policy in place,' but really you need to look after these people with mental health issues because in a flip of a light switch the light can go out."

Nikola Jokic Amuses NBA Fans With Horse-Racing Victory Celebrations In Offseason Viral Video
Nikola Jokic Amuses NBA Fans With Horse-Racing Victory Celebrations In Offseason Viral Video originally appeared on Fadeaway World. Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic is known for his eccentric personality, both on and off the court. This was perfectly captured in a recent viral video when the star was seen celebrating after his horse won a race at an event in Serbia. The offseason is often a time when NBA players rest, recover, and unwind from the stresses of the regular season and playoffs. Given the sheer range of personalities in the league, it is obvious that everyone has their own method of decompressing. For Jokic, his passion for horse racing has become his go-to outlet. Considering that the Serbian superstar talked about his horses even after winning the NBA title in 2023, it is evident how much the events matter to him. This year's offseason has been no different, as Jokic spends time in Serbia. In a recent video, Jokic's horse of choice achieved a victory in a race, and NBA fans found his celebrations to be hilarious. Fans on X had a lot to say about Jokic's reaction to the win. "He's just one of us having a tailgate party," said one fan. "Notice as his horse looks in their direction as the horse goes by," added another, while making a keen observation. "GOAT does what makes him happy," said another fan after observing Jokic's celebration. One fan acknowledged the Nuggets star's priorities and added, "The job is done, we can go home now." Meanwhile, another added, "Man of the people." Fans on Instagram also shared their reactions to the post by NBA on ESPN. A fan responded to the post and said, "Jokic just happy not to be playing basketball." "Happier his horse won than his whole career," added another. Another fan noted the same sentiment and said, "Bro happier than winning a ring." Another fan noted the resemblance between Jokic's reaction and an iconic TV show and said, "This is so The Sopranos." "I guess you could call that hype. In Jokic standards, definitely," added another, acknowledging the star's otherwise muted demeanor. The offseason seems to be treating Jokic well, who will be in need of it considering the team's outlook for the next season. Having made some significant upgrades to the roster, the Denver Nuggets look primed to contend for the championship next season. The arrival of Cam Johnson will significantly boost the team's wing depth, especially while considering Johnson's contributions on the defensive end. Bruce Brown's return will also be viewed positively. Brown's unrelenting effort on both ends of the floor earned him a place in the hearts of the fanbase. His contributions to the team were vital in helping them secure the title. The most significant acquisition has undoubtedly been Jonas Valanciunas, who was acquired via trade with the Sacramento Kings. While the presence of Valanciunas would be a huge asset as a backup big man, there appears to be some intent from the Lithuanian's side to play overseas with the Greek team Panathinaikos. It has been reported that the Nuggets don't intend to release Valanciunas from his contract obligations. But in the case that the big man doesn't appear for the team, Denver will look to make some upgrades to their story was originally reported by Fadeaway World on Jul 7, 2025, where it first appeared.

Nikola Jokic Cries Tears Of Joy After His Horse Wins A Major Race In Serbia
Nikola Jokic Cries Tears Of Joy After His Horse Wins A Major Race In Serbia originally appeared on Fadeaway World. Nikola Jokic has been dominating the NBA for at least the last five years, during which he won the MVP Award in three of them. Yet, Jokic has always claimed that basketball is not everything to him in his life. One rarely anticipates seeing offseason workout videos of Jokic, as he is mostly busy living his best life off the court during this time. And more often than not, Jokic is spotted on the sidelines of the horse racing tracks in Serbia. Recently, Nikola Jokic went viral on social media after his offseason video was posted online. Nikola Jokic can be seen going emotional after his horse wins a race in Serbia. Crying like a proud father, Jokic was spotted hugging his horse and the trainer, Vladimir Pribic. Subsequently, he is seen popping a champagne bottle and running around, celebrating a lot like the day he won the NBA championship in 2023. Some NBA fans also argued that he is celebrating a lot more than he did when the Nuggets won the 2023 title. They took to social media and pointed out the stark difference in his celebrations. "Nikola Jokic seems happier about his horse winning a race than when he won the NBA championship." "Basketball is really a side gig for him. He's just elite at it. He's using it to fund his real passion for horse racing." "Dude can't wait to retire from his side gig that pays the bills and focus on his true love, he's gonna retire the second his prime is done," said a fan hilariously in the context of the recent social media video where Jokic unintentionally blurted his retirement plans during a question about Yang Hansen. "He was not this emotional when he won the title!" "Winning an NBA championship was just his job; horses are life." "The best basketball player in the world would trade 4 NBA titles for a horse race win at some random goat track in Serbia." Nobody is claiming Jokic was not happy when he won the championship; he was ecstatic. He jumped in the swimming pool with his team, flooded the locker room floors with champagne, and whatnot. But he did not seem as emotionally fulfilled as he does when his horse wins a race. Nikola Jokic's Agent Spotted With LeBron James, Rich Paul While the former NBA Finals MVP went viral after this horse race in Serbia, just a few hours before that, his agent was spotted on a boat with LeBron James and his agent, Rich Paul, in Saint Tropez, France. Misko Raznatovic, the Serbian agent, posted a picture with LeBron James and his crew, and the caption hinted that something's brewing on their end. "The summer of 2025 is the perfect time to make big plans for the fall of 2026!" he wrote in the caption. Since LeBron James is set to become an unrestricted free agent in the NBA next summer, it is predicted that by the end of fall 2026, James will have decided if he's playing elsewhere in the NBA for another season or if he is retiring. This photo hints that James could become a Denver Nuggets player next fall. Will we get to see Nikola Jokic and LeBron James as teammates before he retires? Let us know what you think about this potential duo in the comments story was originally reported by Fadeaway World on Jul 28, 2025, where it first appeared.
