Amal Maher to Perform Live in North Coast on July 12
Egyptian superstar, Amal Maher will perform live at the Address Beach Resort, in Marassi, North Coast, on Saturday, July 12.
She is set to present several of her popular and latest songs.
The evening will also feature a performance by iconic Lebanese singer Walid Toufic.
Born on February 19, 1985, Maher began singing as a child by presenting songs by iconic singer Umm Kulthum.
She was discovered at the age of fifteen and enrolled at the Conservatory of Arabic Music to begin her singing career.
The acclaimed singer soon met composer Mohamed Diae, whom she eventually married and became the father of her son, Omar. She filed for divorce a year later.
She recorded her first song in 2006 and received the support of Egyptian music icon Ammar El Sherei, who she considers to be her spiritual father.
In June 2021, Maher quit music following the death of her close-knit aunt and calling off her engagement, but later on, she backtracked from her decision and presented her first concert in Al-Alamein on July 29, 2022.

Yara Sameh Egyptian actor Karim Abdel Aziz is preparing for a new TV series, which he plans to participate in during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon. The series features Abdel Aziz embodying a man from Upper Egypt for the first time. It witnesses the "Blue Elephant" star's comeback to the drama marathon after opting to skip this season. He made his last participation in the marathon with the 2024 TV series " Al-Hashashin ".
