The UEFA European Women's Championships are set to kick off on July 2, and we are cancelling all plans to support the Lionesses.
We're not just cheerleading from the sidelines, painting our faces with the St. George's flag, and taking up a new hobby (football, of course), but we're shopping the M&S x FA Collection.
Yes, you guessed it, M&S is set to drop another capsule as part of its tailoring partnership with the English Football Association (FA). The upcoming drop couldn't come at a better time now M&S' online orders are back in full swing following the cyber attack.
Marks and Spencer has been the official suit supplier for the England Men's Team for many decades (since 2007 to be exact). But in 2023 it became the official tailor for the Senior Women's Team too, and the collaboration has continued.
The partnership will see the women's team sport the tailored pieces for its official team photoshoot, as well as throughout the tournament. But, it's also available for shoppers to get their hands on too so we can feel part of the squad.
Speaking about the collection, the Director of M&S Womenswear, Maddy Evans, shared: 'We're thrilled to have collaborated with the English FA over the last 18 years and we're proud to have delivered this latest collection ahead of the Lionesses next tournament in Switzerland. It comprises an effortless, modern tailoring edit for spring/summer 2025, that feels authentic to the team and that the players will feel proud to wear. Championing style and versatility and underpinned by new modern shapes, it's a collection for an incredible team of women, who are role models to the nation and who we'll be supporting every step of the way.'
The M&S x FA Womenswear Collection is set to drop in select stores and online today, June 26, which is a week before the Championships commence.
The full 13-piece is a limited-edition collection that is complete with smart tailored pieces, as well as co-ords, which can be paired together or styled as separates. The collection follows a tonal colour palette of black, khaki and ecru, which is versatile and timeless, so you can team with almost anything, and wear for years to come. More Trending
Some of the pieces include an asymmetric waistcoat, a short sleeve blazer, pleated Bermuda shorts, as well as wide leg and the popular barrel leg trousers.
The collection will also include basics, such as a white and black tank top that is a versatile staple to wear on its own with jeans, shorts, or a midi skirt, though it can also be layered under a blazer or linen shirt too.
The M&S x FA Collection ranges in price from £15 for a tank top up to £59 for the shot sleeve blazer, which we think is reasonable.
Whether you purchase one staple to style numerous ways with items in your closet already, or you shop the matching sets and a basic that you can mix and match is entirely up to you. What we do know is this chic edit will not stay on the shelves for long if previous collections are anything to go by.

Wimbledon release statement with tournament ready to implement new rule
Wimbledon 2025 begins on Monday, June 30, when thousands of tennis fans will descend on SW19 in sweltering temperatures caused by the second heatwave of the summer Wimbledon is likely to see a little-used rule implemented this year, with London experiencing its second heatwave of the summer. Amber weather alerts are in place for much of England and the Met Office is forecasting temperatures to reach 34 or 35 degrees in London on Monday, making it the hottest day of the year so far. The All England Club is more used to dealing with rain at Wimbledon, but is prepared for the sweltering heat. The first two days of the Grand Slam are forecast to be the hottest of the two-week tournament – and records could be broken. The Met Office says the hottest day recorded during the Wimbledon fortnight came on July 1 in 2015, when temperatures soared to 35.7°C at nearby Kew Gardens. That year, a ball boy collapsed in the heat and Bernard Tomic required medical attention after suffering from dizziness. Wimbledon will take precautions this year, with 10-minute breaks set to be used when temperatures are over 30.1°C. "Adverse weather is a key consideration in our planning for The Championships, and we are prepared for the predicted hot weather, with comprehensive plans in place for guests, players, staff and the BBGs," the All England Club said in a statement. Championships referee Denise Parnell explained: 'The heat rule will apply to all singles events at the Qualifying and Main Draw for The Championships 2025. These are the Gentlemen's Singles, Ladies' Singles, Boys' Singles, Girls' Singles, Gentlemen's Wheelchair Singles, Ladies' Wheelchair Singles, and Quad Wheelchair Singles. 'It allows a 10-minute break when the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) is at or above 30.1 degrees Celsius. It applies to all matches including those which have already started. Only one of the players participating in the match needs to request the break for the rule to be implemented. 'The rule will apply after the second set for all best of three set matches, and after the third for all best of five set matches. Players may leave the court during the break, but they may not receive coaching or medical treatment. 'The heat index is a measure, which factors together the air temperature, the humidity and the surface temperature and is measured by a heat stress monitor. The WBGT readings are taken 30 minutes prior to the start of play and then at 14.00 and 17.00. 'If there is a change in weather conditions and the rule is lifted, those matches already in progress will be completed with the rule in place. 'The heat rule will not apply to matches played under the roofs. In addition, if a match is carried over to a following day when the heat rule is in place, then it will not apply to any best of three set match that has completed one set, or to any best of five set match that has completed two sets.'

Lauren James in line to make return from injury for England against Jamaica
The Chelsea forward, 23, has been unable to feature for club or country since limping off midway through the Lionesses' 5-0 Nations League win against Belgium nearly three months ago. James returned to training last week and boss Sarina Wiegman says the England star could feature in Sunday's final warm-up friendly against Jamaica at Leicester's King Power Stadium. 'We have to manage the minutes,' the Lionesses head coach said. 'She's doing really well, but of course she hasn't played games yet. But she's in a good place. 😁 LJ — Lionesses (@Lionesses) June 26, 2025 'She will likely come off the bench, we can manage that a bit. She showed up on the training session really well. 'She could cope with loads and recover from loads. Her performance has been really good. 'She's ready, we're just still growing into minutes. This is the first time in a while that she's coming into a game and [she needs to] get through that. Then we'll take it from there towards the tournament.' James sparkled during England's run to the World Cup final in Australia two years ago and team-mate Jess Carter says it is 'really exciting' for her to be back. 'For me she's a good friend and we all know she is an incredible footballer, but I think the most impressive thing for me is just that she has come back in like a new player,' the defender said. 'Maybe the injury was a bit of a blessing in disguise, in terms of that she just looks so fresh, so sharp, and she really impacts the game and the team. 'And she is a pain to play against. Good luck to any of the other players having to play against her in the tournament.' England kick-off their Euros title defence against France in Zurich next Saturday, before Group D continues with clashes against the Netherlands and Wales. Squad selfie 🤳 ✅ — Lionesses (@Lionesses) June 27, 2025 It is a tough-looking pool, but Football Association chief executive Mark Bullingham has said that Wiegman will stay regardless of the outcome in Switzerland. 'We've had conversations and, of course, I extended my contract until 2027, after the World Cup,' said the Lionesses boss, who has led England to Euros glory and a World Cup final in her two tournaments at the helm. 'We're going into a new tournament now and I feel very happy here. I'm excited to go into a new tournament. 'I'm not looking too much ahead – the contract is until 2027 and I've always felt so much support from Mark and the board and I still feel that way. And it's really nice that he confirms that.'
