Mufti of Oman denounces normalization with "Vanishing Zionist Entity"
Muscat - Saba Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al-Khalili, the Mufti of Oman, expressed profound astonishment at the desire of some nations to normalize relations with the "Zionist enemy"—an entity he described as doomed to vanish. In a post monitored by Saba News Agency, Al-Khalili questioned: "How can anyone seek relations with a disappearing entity whose own people no longer believe in remaining on occupied land, an entity that persists only through perpetual war?" He warned of the grave miscalculation: "Do those pursuing normalization not fear their bargain will prove disastrous? What a catastrophe!" The religious leader intensified his critique: "Even if dealing with a temporary occupying power, some might claim pragmatic justification—but how justify ties with a savage colonizer that sustains itself on the blood of innocent children, women and elders? How accept rewarding those who slaughter our kin and faith? How abandon fundamental rights?" Al-Khalili concluded with a moral indictment: "The true tragedy emerges when oppression gets recast as peace". This statement marks a significant clerical challenge to Gulf normalization efforts, framing them as both strategic errors and moral failures while highlighting Zionism's existential contradictions through its own demographic anxieties Whatsapp Telegram Email Print more of (International)

Protest in Netherlands against company exporting F-35 Parts to Israeli Entity
Amsterdam - Saba The Dutch city of Papendrecht witnessed a protest demonstration on Saturday against "GKN Fokker" company's export of spare parts for F-35 stealth multirole fighter jets to the Israeli entity. Protesters, including Dutch citizens, marched from the famous "Markt" square to the factory of "GKN Fokker" and headquarters of "GKN Aerospace," according to international agencies. Participants carried banners reading: "We are all Palestinians, sever all ties with apartheid Israel," expressing their rejection of arms exports or any military support to the Israeli entity. Protesters chanted slogans such as: "Fokker, damn you, stop supporting genocide" "Shame on you Fokker, your hands are stained with blood" "Free Palestine" "Death to the Israeli army" A statement on behalf of protesters noted that a Dutch court had decided last year to halt F-35 parts exports to "Israel," concluding that the Zionist entity violates international humanitarian law in Gaza. The statement emphasized that "GKN Fokker" continues exporting these parts to "Israel" through indirect means despite the Dutch court ruling, making it complicit in crimes committed in Gaza and contributing to the ongoing genocide by the Zionist entity against Palestinians. With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army continues committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, martyring 57,338 Palestinian civilians (mostly children and women) and injuring 135,957 others (non-final toll), with thousands still trapped under rubble inaccessible to rescue teams.
