Daily Mail24-07-2025
Charlotte Dawson has opened up about her post-partum weight gain as she shared before and after clips.
The daughter of late comedian Les Dawson, 32, welcomed her third baby, Gigi Dawson Sarsfield, in March.
Reality star Charlotte has been very open about her weight over the years, and how her body has changed after each of her three pregnancies with sons Noah, four, and Jude, one, and daughter Gigi, four months.
Updating fans on Wednesday, Charlotte promoted her Belleh Blaster plan with a weight comparison post.
She shared a before and after clip of her body where she could be seen slimmed down after hitting the gym following the birth of Noah on the left.
Meanwhile on the right Charlotte could be seen shaking her body, and described her belly as the 'funkiest it's ever been'.
She wrote: 'It's a reverse Before & After guys - my fave! The pic on the left was after Noah (well not straight after cos I had a very chunkeh but funkeh belleh!)
'I really took my time getting back into shape cos I wanted to enjoy being a new mum and not put pressure on myself to snap back into my jeans. Ffs!! And the same with Jude too.
'But when the time was right my fabulous Belleh Blaster plan got me there and in total I lost something proper bonkers like 6 Stone!! It doesn't even look like me hahah I showed Noah he said who's that.'
Charlotte continued: 'This time with Gigi my belleh is the funkiest it's ever been!! But I'm not rushing anything so I've just started with my Post Natal plan. Trying to get ma belleh muscles to move back together!
'But then I'll be onto Beginner Blaster. I've already started with the eating plan (adding an extra 500 calories cos am breast feeding).'
It comes after Charlotte hit back at cruel trolls who have been telling her to lose weight.
Last week, Charlotte could be seen holding baby Gigi while wearing a pink dressing gown as she looks at herself and grabs her stomach, lip syncing to 'Oh my god what is that.'
She then takes off the dressing gown so is just wearing her black bra and pants before starting to dance and lip syncing 'Oh it's a bad b***h.'
She shared a before and after clip of her body where she could be seen slimmed down after hitting the gym following the birth of Noah on the left
Charlotte captioned the snap: 'Just about to take me Makey off n get into bed .. and had a thought.
'When tw** heads ask me 'Have you not lost weight yet?' She's only 4 months old for one, and secondly CHUFF OFF ….'
Fellow reality star Lateysha Grace said: 'Sexy mama ! All you're kids are identical to each other too ! So cute ❤️❤️❤️❤️.'
Fans of the star shared supportive comments as they praised her for being an 'inspiration'.
They commented: 'U r literally the best female inspiration. When pregnant to post pregnancy and just normal life in general ❤️,';
'Imagine sending gross messages to this woman and she's there living a lovely life with three cute kids and dancing in her undies… what a queen,';
'Love this and you ❤️,'; 'Haters gunna hate Babes - your just perfect,';
'Normal post baby weight is a sign that your priority is looking after your babies & not worrying about your image. Well done mama, you're doing a Grand job!';
'Mines 4 years and I'm only losing the weight now cause I put myself on a diet! Sometimes we don't bounce back and thats okay. You're beautiful!';
'I bloody love it!! Go girl!! You should be so proud of that beautiful amazing body that grew 3 amazing beautiful babies!! Your are so genuine and real.! I love it!! Swit swoo!!xx,';
'I needed this so desperately. THANK YOU for this reminder!! I had my baby in March & I keep just beating myself up for not 'bouncing back' like everyone else.. but I've not given myself an ounce of grace or love, so thank you ❤️.'

Amber Davies hits out at 'selfish' theatre goer for 'ruining' her West End performance in The Great Gatsby in furious online rant

Former Love Island winner Amber Davies has hit out at a 'selfish' theatre goer for 'ruining' her West End performance in The Great Gatsby. The theatre actress, 28, took to Instagram in full stage make-up while backstage at the London Coliseum following her latest show. After Saturday evening's performance, Amber issued a warning to those attending the musical after being distracted by someone in the audience. She told Instagram followers: 'This is a PSA. The closer you are to the stage when you're watching a show the more obvious it is when you're filming. 'This is the entire stalls. If you're filming in the stalls we can see you! From someone who's on stage, I just wanna tell you a little bit about what we see. So we see like a dark canvas and outlines of people's heads. 'If you're filming, the reflection from the lights bounce straight back off your ... the back of your iPhone onto us on stage. So it is the one thing we can see.' She then criticised one particular audience member. 'So to the woman filming New Money tonight - you distracted absolutely everybody on that stage. 'And not only that, it takes us out of the Gatsby world because you're filming and you've basically ruined that moment for everybody else who was watching the show tonight.' 'Please don't be selfish. Stop filming shows. If someone is filming during a show know that this is the consequences that it has to the people on stage and tell them to stop because honestly it's annoying. 'Also, I single-handedly will count how many seats back you are and tell our stage manager where you're sitting and what colour hair you've got, and trust me, in the interval they will come and ask you to delete the footage so you've basically done it for nothing. 'Okay, I'm gonna enjoy act two now.' The production, running at the London Coliseum from April 16 to September 7, brings F. Scott Fitzgerald's iconic story to life in dazzling style. In February, the complete casting for the West End production was revealed. Joining the previously announced Jamie Muscato as Jay Gatsby and Frances Mayli McCann as Daisy Buchanan are Corbin Bleu as Nick Carraway, Amber Davies as Jordan Baker, Joel Montague as George Wilson, John Owen-Jones as Meyer Wolfsheim, Jon Robyns as Tom Buchanan and Rachel Tucker as Myrtle Wilson. Adapted from F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic American novel, The Great Gatsby follows the mysterious millionaire Jay Gatsby and his quest to win back the heart of married socialite Daisy Buchanan, his former flame. This musical adaptation arrives in London following its 2024 Broadway premiere, where it won the Tony Award for Best Costume Design. Earlier in January, the star lashed out at trolls who criticised her for her work schedule. The beauty, who won Love Island back in 2017, took to Instagram at the time to share a snap of herself returning to work at the Universal Music Group studios, where she was thought to be recording her podcast Call to Stage. Captioning her mirror selfie, Amber penned: 'First working day of 2025', before adding: 'Time to buckle up.' And while the West End star seemed in good spirits about getting back to the grind, she found herself facing backlash at having only just returned to work 20 days into the new year. A second image on Amber's stories then showed the response she received on her last post, with one person responding: 'Imagine going over half the month without working ' alongside eye roll emojis. Clearly unimpressed with the criticism, Amber then wrote over the screenshot, hitting out at the person as she remarked that she 'needed the break' before urging them to not judge. She wrote: 'Erm I need the break. I lived out of a suitcase on tour for a whole year with no day off in sight, whilst doing 8 shows a week & then worked all the way up to week before Xmas so ... Don't judge my unemployed downtime.' Amber's hard work she referred to was her year-long role as Vivian Ward in the touring production of the Pretty Woman musical. The star then went on to further address the criticism in a video shared to her stories as she opened up about the difficulties of self-employed working and noted that she would have worked 'if the work was there'. Speaking to the camera, Amber said: 'I literally love the internet. Everyone's like "you don't need to justify yourself". And I'm like "justify myself for being self-employed?".' She went on: 'Like, yes, I've had half of the month off, the majority of the month off, because 1) I'm self-employed and 2) I did need a break, but if the work was there, I would have worked.' Captioning her clip, she added: 'Love to the self employed'.

BBC offer Strictly cocaine duo rehab stint after claim pair took drug on show as bosses consider random tests

BBC bosses are set to offer two Strictly stars at the centre of a drugs storm the chance to attend rehab. It comes amid claims it was widely known they took cocaine on the show. Execs are also considering adding random drugs tests on next year's Strictly tour — where after-parties are known for wild scenes. In the latest scandal to hit the flagship BBC show, The Sun on Sunday revealed that the BBC had been forced to launch an investigation using external lawyers to look into allegations of drug use. A celebrity claimed it was 'well known on the show that two stars took cocaine'. And one star allegedly said to another, about a third: 'Have you seen their pupils . . . they're off their face.' Last night a source said: 'The BBC is taking the allegations really seriously. "Bosses are aware of the two stars in question and have a duty of care to make sure they're OK. 'As per BBC policy, the option of specialised professional support is on the table and will be offered.' They added: 'While drug testing won't happen on the main show, bosses are considering bringing in random checks for the tour next year. 'The BBC needs to be sure nothing illegal is going on. 'It all depends on what the investigation finds.' A BBC source said: 'Welfare is paramount for bosses.'
