Woman with 'world's biggest lips' looks unrecognisable before extreme filler
Beauty is subjective. While some like stand out from the crowd, others prefer to embrace their natural looks. And when it comes to Andrea Ivanova, she is definitely in the first category.
The 28-year-old grew tired of looking conventional, so she started getting cosmetic procedures done. What started as a bit of filler has turned into a full-blown obsession as Andrea has since made it her mission to get the "biggest lips in the world".
She's spent years getting filler every single month – and believes she's spent more than £20,000 on her extreme look. The assistant nurse, from Sofia in Bulgaria, has also had hyaluronic acid injections in the chin, jawline and cheekbones.
As well as this, she wanted to boost the size of her chest. To create a more voluptuous shape, she undertook a breast augmentation operation with 600cc silicone implants.
Bleach blonde brows, Barbie-style locks and bold makeup have helped her to complete her dramatic transformation.
Andrea looks world's apart from her former appearance. In throwback pictures, she used to be a natural brunette with much more subtle features.
It's a completely different story nowadays. But even though doctors are now too afraid to touch her, Andrea has no regrets about her plastic surgery journey.
Previously, she said: "I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up.
'I don't like boring ordinary appearances and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties. Natural beauty is boring to me so I decided to change my appearance radically.'
Even though Andrea's family have expressed their dismay about her changing face in the past, she's not fazed by the criticisms she receives.
She added: 'I'm an adult, I decide what to do with my body. My friends have no qualms about going out with me, despite my huge lips, and they accept me for who I am.
'They are used to looking at me now with big lips, so are no longer impressed by it all. But my parents and grandparents constantly tell me my lips are huge and that I look scary to them. I don't pay attention to their words.'

The group took a break to explore the vibrant artisanal market, browsing through handmade goods, local delicacies, and boutique treasures. She is married to José Antonio Bastón and they have a son named Santiago but they were not seen on Monday. Eva has managed to stay an impressive size two even into her 50s. The Desperate Housewives actress showed off her toned form during the walk. The star, who has been seen on her CNN docuseries Eva Longoria: Searching For Spain, showed off her sculpted arms while wearing gold bracelets. The Texas native a flashed a fresh pale pink manicure. Eva had her long brown hair with flirty highlights in a high ponytail. At one of the booths, Eva looked at beaded jewelry while with her three friends. Eva has been spending time in the Mediterranean sun in the Andalusia region of southern Spain, a place she has called home for the past year. This comes after the mother-of-one shared her top three diet hacks last year. Longoria's three diet tips are intermittent fasting, clean eating, and moderation. She follows a 16:8 fasting window (eating between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.) and focuses on protein, leafy greens, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. The Hollywood veteran's three friends were all dressed in leggings The red carpet fixture also avoids processed carbs, sugar, and fried foods, particularly during the early postpartum stage. She generally eats within an eight-hour window, typically between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., according to Women's Health. Longoria prioritizes whole, unprocessed foods like lean protein (chicken, fish, eggs), leafy greens, healthy fats (avocados, olive oil), and complex carbohydrates (quinoa, brown rice). The workout enthusiast cuts out processed carbs, sugar, and fried foods, especially after pregnancy, and incorporates protein into every meal and snack. She uses healthy fats like avocado in her meals and chooses complex carbs like quinoa and brown rice over refined grains. After the success of Searching for Mexico, the Spanish edition led to yet another installment—this time taking the actress to France. 'France has long been a cornerstone of global cuisine, and I'm thrilled to be partnering with CNN for this next chapter in our culinary and cultural journey,' Longoria said in a statement, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. In May Longoria said she always thought she'd become a success in Hollywood. The versatile actress has enjoyed a hugely successful career, starring in shows such as Only Murders in the Building, and Eva has now revealed that she never doubted her own talent. Eva has managed to stay an impressive size two even into her 50s. The Desperate Housewives actress showed off her toned form while on the beach in Marbella, Spain The actress told Byrdie: 'When I look at the longevity I've had in this industry, it makes sense to me. 'Of course, I'm going to work as hard as I can at whatever I do, and it just happens to be in this industry. 'I knew I'd be successful because I was surrounded by successful women - my mother, sisters, and aunts were independent, strong, smart, and charitable. 'They were everything I wanted to be.' Eva's self-belief has helped her to navigate the pitfalls of Hollywood. She explained: 'I remember the first time I was on a billboard and somebody said to me, "Oh my god, who would have thought?" 'And I said, "Me. I thought it. I dreamt it." If you don't champion yourself, who else is going to? That unwavering belief in yourself will take you so far.' Despite this, Eva admits that her priorities have changed in recent years. Eva had her long brown hair with flirty highlights in a high ponytail The brunette beauty shared: 'When you're young, you should say yes to every opportunity, so you can decide what you want to do in life. 'Now that I'm 50, I'm prioritizing differently,' explained the close friend of ER star George Clooney. 'I'm curating my life to be very specific to what I want the next 50 years to look like. I'm spending more time with my family, working less, and doing more of what I love. 'Being financially secure helps with those decisions, but I feel I've worked hard enough to say 'no' now.' Eva has also confessed to becoming more health-conscious in recent years. The actress said: 'I don't mind ageing. I just want to age well. I'm grateful to be able to move my body and work out, hike up a mountain, and play with my son. I'm trying to be as mobile as possible for as long as possible.'

Today show hosts Al Roker and Savannah Guthrie react live on air to being named in the Daily Mail + Power List
Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker have shared their responses after they were named in DailyMail+ Power List rankings. Today show co-anchor Savannah, 53, was named the morning show style queen thanks to her 'professional, yet approachable' looks. Meanwhile, Al, topped the inaugural list, sweeping the board in every category for morning show hosts. The genial New Yorker, who has been with NBC since 1978, is seen as the most likable of the 15 main breakfast show hosts included in our exclusive polling, carried out by J.L. Partners. Al, 70, is also the most fun, truthful, knowledgeable, least biased, and the host that those polled most wanted to spend time with. Both broadcasters reacted to their honors live on Tuesday's episode of the Today show. Meteorologist Dylan Dreyer announced Savannah's accolade and told viewers: 'This morning DailyMail+ is releasing its first ever power list. And they just unveiled the ranking of top morning show hosts. Guess who made the list? 'Our very own Savannah Guthrie has been crowned the morning show style queen.' Referring to her co-star Jenna Bush Hager, mom-of-two Savannah joked: 'That's because I borrow all Jenna's clothes!' 'No, I borrow your clothes and stain them and put them back in your closet,' Jenna, 43, retorted. Expressing her gratitude, Savannah added: 'That's very lovely. Thank you, Daily Mail.' Revealing Al's title during the Third Hour of Today, Dylan said: 'DailyMail+ just put out their first ever power list of morning show hosts. 'Earlier we told you that Savannah Guthrie was crowned the morning show's style queen. Al Roker was also recognized. Mr. Roker was ranked most liked, most trusted and the morning host that Americans want to hang out with.' Although visibly delighted with the honor, Al joked: 'What is wrong with you people? What is your problem?' 'Everybody loves everything about you,' Dylan pointed out. Sharing his true feelings, Al admitted that the honor is 'very nice.' 'But the fact of the matter is nobody gets to something like this without working with really good people,' he added. 'So that allows you to do whatever somebody thinks is nice.' DailyMail+ unveiled its inaugural Power List this Tuesday, giving the definitive ranking of the most influential figures in American media. Based on exclusive polling, our Power List captures public sentiment around likability, trustworthiness, perceived bias and knowledge. Essentially, it tells you who Americans like and trust… and who they don't. In terms of overall shows, our list sees NBC's Today emerge as the resounding network winner. On top of Today veteran Roker's triumph, his NBC colleagues Jenna, Carson Daly, and Hoda Kotb — who stepped aside from the network earlier this year — all rank positively, too. Today insiders were unsurprised by the results, with a senior source telling the Daily Mail that network execs were quietly delighted by the findings.
