Blake Lively asks judge to BLOCK Justin Baldoni from involving Taylor Swift in legal battle
has asked a federal judge to formally bar any further attempts by
's legal team to drag
into their escalating courtroom dispute, Peple reports. Calling previous efforts to subpoena the pop superstar a 'publicity stunt' with no legal relevance, a a motion was filed on Friday by Lively's attorneys requesting the court block discovery of any communications between Lively and Swift.

In the motion, the actress' attorney Esra Hudson stated, 'Ms. Swift is not mentioned a single time in Ms. Lively's amended complaint.'
The team also argued that Baldoni's team is 'using Ms. Swift's name to generate tabloid fodder' rather than pursuing legitimate legal claims.
The move comes after Baldoni's attorneys previously subpoenaed Swift and her legal team for text messages and other communications related to the production of It Ends With Usr.
Swift's attorney Doug Baldridge objected to what he described as an 'unwarranted fishing expedition,' and the subpoenas were later withdrawn.
Baldoni's attorney Bryan Freedman had previously cited an unnamed source who claimed Lively told Swift to delete their text messages—an allegation the judge later struck from the record for being irrelevant and unsubstantiated.
At the time, Baldoni's team claimed they had 'got exactly what they were seeking,' implying they had received some form of cooperation.
However, Lively's attorneys submitted an email from Baldridge that appears to contradict that claim. 'No documents are being produced and no deposition is being scheduled,' Baldridge wrote.
Lively's legal team is reportedly looking to shut the door on Swift's name being mentioned in the proceedings again. 'The only allegations in this action that were ever remotely relevant to Ms. Swift were in the Wayfarer Parties' now dismissed complaint,' Hudson emphasized in Friday's motion.

The attempt to involve Swift has raised eyebrows, particularly after a portion of Baldoni's now-dismissed defamation and extortion lawsuit referenced Swift's alleged support of Lively in a creative dispute over the film. The complaint claimed Lively had once called Swift one of her 'dragons'.
Judge Lewis J. Liman threw out Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit against Lively and her husband,
earlier this week.

Did Matty Healy Subtly Throw Shade at Taylor Swift During The 1975's Glastonbury Set? Find Out
During The 1975's headlining set at Glastonbury Festival on June 27, frontman Matty Healy paused to call himself 'probably the best songwriter of my generation' and then added, 'A poet, ladies and gentlemen, is what I am.' As reported by E! News, that self-title echoed Taylor Swift's The Tortured Poets Department lyrics. The remark quickly started up the rumor mill as speculation arose that this was Healy taking a playful dig at his ex. With a Peter Pan pin on his lapel, Healy's few words and bold accessories lit up social feeds, suggesting he's still engaging with the tale Swift spun in her 2024 album. 'Poet' reference rings a familiar bell Healy's stage confession came just before The 1975 launched into their next track. 'I want to be sincere for a second,' he told the crowd, according to The News International. 'What this moment is making me realize is that I probably am the best songwriter of my generation.' Moments later, he declared, 'A poet, ladies and gentlemen, is what I am,' mirroring Swift's line: 'You left your typewriter at my apartment / Straight from the Tortured Poets Department.' Though he never named her, the similarity was impossible to ignore for fans of both artists. Peter Pan pin and reunion rumors Fans also zeroed in on the Peter Pan pin Healy wore—a symbol he's used to describe himself and one Swift referenced in her song 'Peter.' The connection only served fanned the flames of speculation more, especially given that Healy is currently engaged to model Gabbriette Bechtel. Healy didn't confirm any connection to Swift on stage, but his concise speech and costume choice have sent social media into overdrive. Whether Healy intended a direct call-out or simply enjoyed a theatrical flourish, Glastonbury attendees witnessed a moment that's certain to echo through both The 1975's future shows and Swift fan discussions for weeks to come.

Teen charged in targeting Taylor Swift's Vienna concert as boyfriend Travis Kelce boosts her security mindset
A terror plot targeting Taylor Swift's Vienna shows in August 2024 was foiled (Getty Images) As Taylor Swift continues to dazzle fans around the globe on her record-breaking Eras Tour, shocking details have emerged about a foiled terror plot targeting her sold-out Vienna shows in August 2024. The suspected mastermind, a juvenile Syrian national identified only as Mohammad A., has now been formally charged in a Berlin court—reigniting debates across Europe about terrorism, youth radicalization, and concert safety. Meanwhile, Swift's partner, NFL star Travis Kelce , has reportedly stepped up his involvement in her security planning as a precautionary measure. Foiled Vienna attack shows growing risks for global music superstars According to German prosecutors, the teenage suspect faces charges of supporting a foreign terrorist group and helping plan the thwarted attack. Authorities say Mohammad A. embraced ISIS ideology as early as April 2024, translating bomb-making instructions from Arabic into German and establishing encrypted communications between Austrian operatives and the Islamic State. The Vienna dates—August 8-10, 2024—were swiftly canceled by Swift's team after intelligence operations uncovered the threat. The plot's discovery prompted tighter security across Swift's tour, especially in major European cities. Though she resumed shows in London, local law enforcement presence was visibly increased. For millions of Swifties, the event was a jarring reminder of how even pop culture can become a target in global conflicts. Travis Kelce stands by Taylor Swift amid rising concerns over safety While Taylor Swift has not made a direct public statement about the foiled plot, her boyfriend Travis Kelce has reportedly taken a more proactive role behind the scenes. A source close to the Chiefs tight end told Marca, 'Taylor Swift steps into a new world with Travis Kelce and doesn't seem to want to leave.' The quote suggests the bond between the two is stronger than ever, even as the challenges surrounding her fame become more complex. Swift and Kelce have been seen navigating their high-profile relationship with increasing confidence, but sources say this latest incident prompted deep discussions about personal safety, tour protocols, and long-term planning. Kelce, known for his commanding presence on the football field, is said to be encouraging Swift to remain vigilant while still connecting with fans in a meaningful way. With the trial now headed to a juvenile court in Berlin, legal experts note that the case could set a precedent. While Germany places a strong emphasis on rehabilitating young offenders, terrorism charges carry serious weight—even for minors. Authorities must also decide whether Mohammad A., who is currently not in custody, poses an ongoing threat.
