RSSB Librarian Grade III exam 2025 scheduled for 27 July; application withdrawal window reopens at sso.rajasthan.gov.in
RSSB Librarian 2025:
The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has confirmed that the written examination for the Librarian Grade III Direct Recruitment 2024 will be held on July 27, 2025.
A total of 548 posts—including 483 in non-scheduled areas and 65 in scheduled areas—are being filled under the Rajasthan Sanskrit Education and Secondary Education Services Rules.
As part of its recruitment process, the Board had earlier invited online applications. However, it has now issued a press release allowing a final opportunity for ineligible candidates to withdraw their applications. This withdrawal period is being re-opened for three days, from June 26 to June 28, 2025, through the official portal.
Final withdrawal chance for unqualified candidates
The RSSB noted that some applicants had submitted their forms without possessing the prescribed educational qualifications, including the required certificate for the Librarian Grade III post. These candidates had previously been given a 7-day window to withdraw, but some did not act within the time limit.
To ensure fairness and avoid legal complications, the Board is offering a last opportunity to withdraw applications from the system.

During the review, Tiwari mainly focused on the facilities for the lakhs of devotees expected to participate in the fair. She gave clear instructions to the officials to ensure robust crowd control measures. "The officials stationed to handle emergencies should be trained, accountable, and sensitive," she said. Tiwari also asked the officials to ensure compliance with established standards to prevent a stampede like situation. "Arrangements should be made so that devotees do not gather in large numbers at one place but stay in small groups. Security personnel should only leave their post when their replacement arrives. ‘Tamil hymns to be recited for Tiruchendur temple consecration'
Madurai: Arrangements have been made for the recital of Tamil hymns and verses, along with Thirumurai, primarily alongside Sanskrit hymns and Vedas during the consecration ceremony of Subramaniya Swamy Temple in Tiruchendur in Tuticorin district on July 7, authorities informed the Madras high court. Following this, the court on Wednesday dismissed a batch of petitions, which sought a direction to conduct the consecration using Tamil spiritual mantras and hymns equally. In the counter, the joint commissioner/executive officer of the Tiruchendur temple submitted that starting from yagasalai to the final consecration, effective arrangements were made by the temple administration to recite and chant Tamil hymns and verses, Panniru Thirumuraigal primarily, along with Sanskrit hymns and Vedas during the consecration. A division bench of justice S M Subramaniam and justice A D Maria Clete observed that, as per the counter affidavit, the procedures prevailing are being followed by the temple authorities. The petitioners are unable to establish any right for the grant of the relief as sought in the present petitions. In the absence of any right, the court cannot issue any such direction. The judges observed that it is needless to state that the procedures contemplated under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act and Rules are to be followed for administering the temple functions. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Gentle Japanese hair growth method for men and women's scalp Hair's Rich Learn More Undo If there is no provision, then the govt should recognise certain practices, or the HR and CE commissioner should recognise certain practices, as the case may be, which are prevailing in a particular temple. Nagpur gears up to plant 20L trees in just 2 months under ‘Green Maharashtra' drive
1 2 Nagpur: In a bold push to combat climate change and enhance the region's green cover, Nagpur district was given a target of planting 20 lakh trees during July and August as part of the state's "Green Maharashtra, Prosperous Maharashtra" campaign. The initiative is part of a wider state-level effort to plant 10 crore trees across Maharashtra in 2025. District collector Vipin Itankar chaired a high-level review meeting at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj auditorium on Wednesday, emphasising the urgency and coordination required to meet this ambitious goal. Addressing the gathering, Itankar instructed all departments to prioritise the campaign and develop detailed, area-specific plantation plans. "Every department will be assigned a specific target, and implementation must begin immediately. Nodal officers should be appointed without delay and maintain close coordination with the forest department," he said. The plantation drive will span across municipal corporations, councils, panchayats, primary health centres, educational institutions, and other public infrastructure. Special emphasis will be placed on planting indigenous species suited to local geographical and climatic conditions to ensure long-term survival and ecological balance. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch CFD với công nghệ và tốc độ tốt hơn IC Markets Tìm hiểu thêm Undo Itankar underlined this is not just about planting trees but about ensuring their growth. "Sustainability and survival of plantations are just as important as the act of planting," he noted, urging all departments to plan for post-plantation care and monitoring. The campaign follows directives from Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who called for aggressive environmental action through the 10 crore tree plantation program this year. Key officials including Deputy Conservator of Forests Vinita Vyas, NMC additional commissioner Vaishnavi B, ZP CEO Vinayak Mahamuni, assistant conservator Yash Kale, and DFO (Social Forestry) NR Raut were present during the meeting. The initiative reflects the state's proactive approach toward a greener, healthier future. With robust inter-departmental coordination and community involvement, Nagpur is gearing up to become a key contributor to Maharashtra's green mission.
