TV chef sparks Love Island race row as she slams bosses over ‘damaging' act, fuming ‘do better!'
Her remarks - which allege new newbie Billykiss Azeez replacing Love Island 2025 OG Alima Gagigo had caused "damage" in terms of representation - came after Alima and bombshell Ryan Bannister were given the boot in a double elimination.

Conor Phillips, 25 opted to partner up with Dublin influencer Billykiss, 28, after their successful first date, which left Alima, 23, single and promptly ditched from the Mallorca compound.
Furious fans told how they had "complained to Ofcom" about the twist of fate.
Yet this wasn't the first time they had rallied around the Glasgow-born lass, with fans previously left fuming that no bombshell had been brought in for the talented wealth management client services executive.
Now chef Lorraine, 52, who has previously starred on ITV daytime show This Morning as well as many of her own series, including the BBC 's Baking made Easy, has spoken out on her own personal view in a post about representation on the series.
She wrote on X: "Wow @LoveIsland. You finally cast a Black woman who was thriving, and then you replace her with another Black woman?
"This isn't representation, it's tokenism.
"You're reinforcing the idea that there's only room for one of us at a time.
That's not diversity - that's damage. Do better."
A show source has refuted suggestions of a race row and said: "During last night's episode, the format point was based around the islander's own decisions on whether they wanted to recouple."
At the time of writing, Lorraine's message - which reflects her honestly held opinion - had been 'liked' eight times.
I'm 50 and still wearing cut out bikinis - people might say I'm too old but I won't stop, says TV chef Lorraine Pascal
When The Sun was first to reveal the eviction, we made it clear it was the islanders who would decide their own fate - with the decision of the public or show bosses not involved.
EVICTION BLOW
On Wednesday night's episode of Love Island, Tommy had a text asking all Islanders to gather round the Firepit.
A second message told Ryan and Billykiss, the new bombshells, to stand at the front.
The boys were told to stand up if they'd like to recouple with Billykiss.
Love Island winners - where they are now
EVERY year Love Island opens its doors to more sexy Islanders who are hoping for a holiday romance that could turn into more.

2024 - The first ever All stars spin off show was won by Molly Smith and Tom Clare. STATUS: Still together.
2023 - Jess Harding and Sammy Root took home the 50k, and won the summer 2023 Love Island. STATUS: Broken up.
2023 - The first series of 2023 saw Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan crowned Love Island winners in South Africa. STATUS: Still together.
2022 - Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu's time in the villa was anything but a smooth ride, but they managed to win the public's hearts - and the ITV2 reality show. STATUS: Broken up.
2021 - Liam Reardon and Millie Court were announced winners of Love Island 2021. STATUS: Still together.

2018 - It wasn't surprising fan favourites Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer won the show, as they were strong throughout. But sadly things didn't last. STATUS: Broken up.
2017 - Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies had lots of ups and downs in the villa but went on to win. STATUS: Broken up.
2016 - Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde were together from the start of the series, and since they won the show they've had two kids and are married. STATUS: Still together.
2015 - Despite poor Jess Hayes being Max Morley's second choice on the show, they did win - but they didn't last as a couple. STATUS: Broken up.
Conor stood up, and says his date went really well with Billykiss and he'd be doing himself a disservice to not explore their connection.
Alima, left uncoupled, then took Billykiss' place up at the front.
The girls then had to stand up if they'd like to recouple with new bombshell Ryan, but none of the girls did so.
Due to both being single, Alima and new bombshell Ryan were dumped from the show.
Ryan remarked that his time was short but sweet, but it's Alima's exit that left the girls in tears, as Toni and Yasmin were both seen crying.
He had only just entered the show as a bombshell, alongside Billykiss.

Liam Gallagher spotted at Marston's pub The Crwys The lookalike was organised by Marston's to launch PubLife after 13 million fans were disappointed on 31st August 2024, when tickets to the hottest anticipated reunion tour, perhaps ever, went on sale, with only 1 in 10 people getting their hands on them. Onlookers couldn't believe their eyes when the Britpop legend walked into the pub and ordered a drink, even challenging locals to a game of darts, before jumping behind the bar himself to pour some pints. A '90s night out wouldn't be complete without some nostalgic drink serves, so Marston's has also teamed up with Hooch, Pepsi, and Smirnoff to recreate 'cocktails' and iconic tipples from yesteryear. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Pubgoers will be able to sip classic mixed drinks such as Vodka and Pepsi, Malibu and Pepsi, Bacardi and Pepsi, Archer's and Lemonade or three flavours of the original '90s icon Hooch, while enjoying the entertainment. To celebrate Hooch's 30th birthday, new cocktails will also be available in pints, or pitchers to share. John Green, Operations Director at Marston's, said: 'With the Oasis reunion tour kicking off tonight, the UK is really getting back into the nostalgic spirit. We loved surprising some of our loyal regulars at The Crwys this morning with a visit from Liam and are very much looking forward to keeping locals up and down the country entertained this summer with PubLife. 'Whether they bagged Oasis tickets or not, we want as many people as possible to dig out their '90s clobber and head down to their local for some amazing music, entertainment, and classic drinks!'

Lana Del Rey thrills London crowd as she's joined onstage by Addison Rae for rousing Diet Pepsi rendition
Lana Del Rey gave fans in London a special treat when she called Addison Rae to the stage. The pair delighted the sold-out crowd at the Wembley Arena show on Thursday night as Lana, 40, continues her UK and Ireland tour. She and Addison, 24, teamed up to perform the latter's hit song, Diet Pepsi. Fans were quick to react to the videos of them singing together as they penned on X: 'ICONICCCCCCC.', 'OH MY GOD.', 'i love this so much i could cry i wasn't there omg.', 'This is so iconic.' 'Omg yesss we need the remix immediately.', 'A CULTURAL RESET!.', 'this is absolutely insaaaane omg.' It comes after last week Lana passionately kissed her husband Jeremy Dufrene onstage while performing in the Wales capital Cardiff. During her show, the singer songwriter stopped mid-performance to run up to her husband, who was standing backstage. She appeared to be still engrossed in their honeymoon phase when she performed the ballad dedicated to her husband, which she debuted at Stagecoach last month. In the middle of serenading both him and her audience with her song Stars Fell On Alabama at Principality Stadium, she got visibly emotional and stopped singing. In fan-taken footage, she appeared to be wiping tears away from her eyes when she walked over to him for an embrace and they kissed all over each other's faces. This came just days after she celebrated her birthday with the swamp boat tour guide and her in-laws. During the performance, the Summertime Sadness singer wore a blue, floral tea dress as she walked around her Southern home porch-inspired set and sang her hits. At the edge of the stage, Dufrene, sporting a baseball hat and a casual, graphic T-shirt, was watching in admiration of his wife as seen in fan-taken footage. A smile crossed his face when Del Rey walked over to him, and they appeared to be whispering sweet nothings into each other's ears while making out. At one point, fans noticed that one of his hands slid down from her waist to her backside in a cheeky moment. The weekend before she rang in her 40th milestone birthday with her husband and their family as seen in her recent social media posts. Last year, the singer and her now-husband exchanged vows by the water in Des Allemandes, Louisiana, at the same bayou where he operates his popular swamp tours. Their nuptials came just one month after she confirmed their relationship following their secret romance. She first shared a photo with him back in 2019 after taking one of his tours from Arthur's Airboats in Des Allemandes. Years after their initial meeting, they reconnected in 2024 before getting engaged and then married in late September 2024 in what sources described as a 'whirlwind' romance. 'It's been kind of a whirlwind romance, but Lana's close friends hoped she would get married,' an insider said. 'Jeremy is different from the men that Lana meets in the entertainment world. He's a great guy.' The source added: 'He's charming and charismatic in a Southern way, very much a gentleman and he treats Lana really well. She's an old soul.' This comes after she posted about her bayou birthday celebration and announced her opening acts for her UK and Ireland tour. 'Just a couple in-laws and a baby. Thank you for sharing your birthday with me cancer queen Phoenix,' she began. 'I'm still convinced I gotta be 50/50 Gemini tho, that would explain all three Lil vibes I got going on all the time,' she added. 'So excited to see everybody starting tomorrow on tour and for all the folks joining us. Truly thank you thank you love you,' she concluded.

Stewart met Hunter in 1990 when she was 21 and he was 45, marrying three months later before separating in 1999 and officially divorcing in 2006. Despite his heartbreak, Stewart met his current wife, Penny Lancaster, the day after his split from Hunter in 1999.
