They say age is just a number, but for a few select celebrities, it feels like that number hasn't changed in years.
And stars including Tess Daly and Gaby Roslin have revealed they still fit into the same size jeans they wore in their 20s.
This week, Tess explained: 'I'm wearing the same size jeans I was wearing in my 20s, but that's not from dieting - it's from maintaining.
'I've never dieted, and as a mother of daughters, I've always been very careful not to demonise sugar and not count calories, and I refuse to embrace any negative connotation around food because I think moderation is key.'
Meanwhile, supermodel Kate Moss, TV personality Amanda Holden, and Holly Willoughby have all been spotted recently rocking similar denim compared to when they were younger.
They have all been open about their fitness routines and how they have kept their figure and youthful looks throughout the years.
Tess Daly
Tess recently revealed she still fits into the same size jeans she wore in her 20s - but insisted she's never been one to diet.
The TV presenter, 56, said she exercises daily to maintain her core strength and said she believes she's cracked the formula to both feeling and looking great.
She said: 'I will do planks in my living room every day because core strength is really important to me at my age now, plus I'm also very tall and do a lot of running around in heels, so I need to support my back.'
She added that although she's now in her 50s, she feels as energetic as she did in her 20s.
The former model has previously given fans an insight into the varied ways she achieves her impeccable figure, from running on the treadmill while she watches her favourite Netflix shows and morning skipping circuits to trampolining in her back garden.
Tess has also credited daily yoga for both keeping her physically fit and maintaining her mental wellbeing, and shared her love for swimming.

Tess has also credited daily yoga for both keeping her physically fit and maintaining her mental wellbeing, and shared her love for swimming.
Amanda Holden
Known for her incredible figure and style, Amanda has always been pictured wearing skinny jeans.
And despite the Britain's Got Talent judge, 54, having a slim figure since she was young, Amanda previously revealed she's 'not a slave' to her fitness regime.
She admitted she 'loves food too much' and ensures she sticks to her routine for her 'own discipline and dignity.'
Speaking to The Times about how a 'school-gate mum' achieves and maintains her good looks, the TV personality shared the details.
Amanda discussed her extensive fitness regime, revealing that she runs three to four miles a week in addition to Kundalini yoga practice and a 'Viking workout regime.'
Despite her somewhat intense sounding exercise plan, she reiterates that she doesn't do it because she 'feels like she has too,' and explained the importance of balance.
'I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink.
'But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don't do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity,' she told the publication.
Amanda joked that it's 'all down hill from your 20s' but added that, like Cher, you can 'turn back time' with proper nutrition and exercise.
'I'm from a generation of women who won't [fade into the background] - we'll flaunt our bits for as long as we can. I am certainly going to - even when they're drooping down to the floor, I'll scoop them up again,' she laughed.
Myleene Klass
She soared to fame in the Noughties as a fresh-faced member of hit band Hear'Say and was known for showing off her figure in low-rise skinny jeans.
And two decades on, Myleene Klass has reinvented herself as a fashion-forward guru, modelling an array of edgy and figure-flashing looks.
Previously opening up about how she picks her outfits, the Pure and Simple hitmaker, 47, shared: 'Wear what you feel good in.
'Do not feel the pressure of what somebody may tell you you look great in, if it doesn't necessary suit you or you don't feel comfortable in it.
'Make sure that you've got that confidence in your outfit, because it just emanates from you. And put on that smile – you'll feel good, you'll look good.'
Kate Moss
Back in the early noughties, skinny jeans and black ballet pumps were one of Kate Moss's signature looks, and 20 years on, she still loves the look.
She earned something of a party girl reputation in her youth, and was often seen hitting the club scene of London.
But Kate, 51, has attempted to put her wild ways behind her - having overhauled her lifestyle to stay fit and healthy as she gets older.
Speaking to the Guardian, the Croydon-born model revealed in 2018 she lost an inch off her waist in just 10 days, after taking on a clean diet and finally joining a gym.
The supermodel revealed to the paper that she never used to be conscious of what she ate in her youth, but is amazed by how her detox has affected both her health and skin.

She confessed: 'I've really noticed an improvement since I've been more 'on it' with food – like eating salads and all that stuff - I never used to really eat salads. And now I'm like, juicing!'
Having always despised exercise, the beauty also finally decided to join a gym, and admitted she's 'got quite into it', against all odds.
'I've never been a gym bunny or anything like that,' she said. 'I was always, like, 'UGH', it made me feel ill, but now I've started working out, I'm really quite into it.'
Revealing she even lost weight around her middle in less than two weeks, she added: 'I worked out for an hour every consecutive day for a couple of weeks and it was enough that I really started to see the benefits, which I'd never really done before.'
Gaby Roslin
'Shopping in your wardrobe': Showing off her long, lean legs in the stylish number, Gaby revealed in the caption that the old pair of bottoms brought back 'vivid memories'
Gaby Roslin, 61, revealed that she still owns and wears the same pair of jeans that she purchased over fifteen years ago.
The revelation drove her Instagram fans wild as they praised her 'amazing figure' and ability to fit into the old pair of grey exposed zipper jeans.
Gaby showed off her long, lean legs in the stylish number, which she teamed with a matching grey top.
The star captioned the snap: 'Yes! Ultimate happy find #shoppinginyourwardrobe and once again the @jbrandjeans houlihans have an outing. Nothing quite as 'just right' as the originals.
'I think I bought these over 15 years ago and I remember being obsessed... We were weren't we @janebrutonuk It's funny how some items in your wardrobe bring back such very vivid memories.
'That's of course one of the joys of #shoppinginyourwardrobe The other reasons are it's good for your purse and the planet! Happy day everyone,' she concluded.

Elvis fans furious after paying £300 to watch grainy videos of singer at 'atrocious' AI tribute show

A new Elvis immersive show has left fans furious as they brand it 'the worst experience of my life' and complain of 'nearly dozing off' at the grainy video clips. Elvis Evolution, created by Layered Reality, is currently selling tickets for its exhibition in central London for as much as £300 - offering 'heart pounding music' and a 'journey through Elvis' story'. First announced in January 2024, its creators advertised the show as a concert experience that would 'use AI and feature holographic projections of the star'. But after tickets went on sale in October 2024, some attendees were left feeling like they had been badly let down as there was 'no hologram' and the overall experience was 'rubbish'. A standard ticket for the show, which opened on Friday for a six-month run, costs £75 but the Super VIP option - which includes a mid-show champagne experience, commemorative glass, dedicated seating, a drink at each of the three bars and cloakroom access - comes in at £300. The experience begins by taking fans through Elvis' youth before fans are treated to an interval in the form of a Hawaii-themed bar with a cardboard cut-out of the rock star. Audience members then get to watch a version of the 1968 comeback special performance that was performed live on NBC. A number of disappointed attendees have taken to social media since Friday to say they were left 'shocked' by how bad the show was adding it is 'extortionately overpriced'. One person said: 'This was honestly the biggest let down and a bit of a scam to be honest. Not at all like it has been advertised. I wish we hadn't wasted our money.' Another added: 'It's completely different to how it was originally advertised. The beginning starts well, but then it basically turns into a glorified cinema. 'My family and I didn't really find it immersive, we just walked out feeling bewildered and disappointed.' A third claimed: 'When we booked it was advertised as a hologram so you can imagine how disappointed we were last night - I was glad when it was finished at one point I nearly dozed off.' Despite a string of one star ratings, Elvis Evolution has sent out an Instagram post saying 'thank you very much for all the fantastic reviews'. A couple of hundred comments have been left underneath - the overwhelming majority being negative. Someone said: 'The worst experience of my life. Atrocious.' Another added: 'Stay home, watch the film & YouTube. It was terrible...' A third commented: 'I am so sad you don't put any hologram as you said' A second person added: 'We felt robbed of our money. Not the experience we thought we were paying for.' There were some fans who were more positive however with one commenting 'I personally thought it was a great evening - five stars' and another saying 'Loved it'. Mark And Tracey Baldwin - who had VIP tickets - told the BBC they were left feeling 'more like mugs than VIPS'. Ms Baldwin said: 'It was a shambles from start to finish, there was no Elvis, it was just a video of him that you could watch on YouTube.' The disappointed fan claimed unhappy people were leaving the show early during the second act feeling organisers had exploited older people and 'taken us for a fool by scamming us with technology that we won't understand'. And Paige Rannigan, who attended the show on Saturday evening, saving 'really hard' to afford tickets as a birthday present for her mother, said she felt 'it was nothing like what was advertised or promised'. Ms Rannigan added she was surprised at the lack of strobe light and flash light warnings as she suffers from epilepsy. Layered Reality has insisted accessibility was at the forefront of their production process and they 'have created a detailed FAQs section on our website about any potential issues that may arise during the experience and how to contact us so we can accommodate any changes'. A spokesman commented on criticism of the experience: 'A small number of people have pointed out that they were expecting a hologram concert, due to the initial announcement made in January 2024. 'As with many complex productions that are two years in the making, the concept developed from those early stages, and this was made clear when tickets went on sale in October 2024. 'We ultimately took the creative decision not to mimic Elvis's performances. Those moments proved to be too iconic and irreplaceable. Instead, we use AI to upscale archive footage and in moments we know happened but where no footage existed, offering a new lens into his world.' They said the show has been praised by fans and newcomers alike and they were 'overwhelmed by the feedback, with many describing it as fun, immersive and unlike anything they've seen before'.

Olivia Attwood goes braless in a latex top for a chaotic GRWM as she jokes she is spending her first day off in three weeks with some 'alcohol abuse'

Olivia Attwood went braless in a latex top as she filmed a very chaotic GRWM video on Monday. Joking that she was spending her first day off in three weeks with some ' alcohol abuse,' the TV presenter, 34, gave a behind-the-scenes look as she got dressed for a girls night out. She began the Instagram clip wearing a dressing gown while she did a subtle makeup look before her hairstylist Mikey Dash secured her hair into an updo. In another post, Olivia showed off her completed look, teaming her latex top with a pair of loose fitting jeans and heels. Olivia explained: 'It's my first true day off in about three weeks. Get your violin out. 'I'm just going to treat myself to bit of alcohol abuse. We've had a heatwave foe about three weeks now and I've decided to go out when the weather is like this.' She continued: 'I'm not the worst vlogger but Mikey came to do my heai how cute is this. I'm doing my makeup. Just something low-key.' 'I'm going to put a blazer over the top because they weather has decided to... oh look my umbrella has got Labubus on it. Oh! I need to add a Labubu to my bag, who am I?' Olivia captioned the video: 'I'm always one wine fuelled girls days away from feeling like myself again (who likes my new umbrella?).' It's been a stressful few weeks for Olivia who recently claimed the 'scumbags' who broke into her home were 'tracking the house'. The TV presenter revealed last week that someone tried to break into her Cheshire home while she was filming a TV project in Spain. And after much concern from her fans on social media, Olivia took to TikTok to answer some of their questions about what was taken and if her dogs were safe. In the clip, the reality star explained that her dogs - Carpathian/German Shepherd mix, Lola, and Rottweiler, Stitch, were not home and so believes they have been tracking her home. Taking to he social media, Olivia said: 'So obviously I can't go into too much detail because it's an open investigation now.' She added: 'But some scumbags basically smashed a second-floor window, went in, and the security team got the notification within like 30 seconds, and they were there within two minutes with dogs. 'The little scumbags ran off. They got some stuff but they didn't get what they came for, and now I have to just show face because it's a really important work day and I'm feeling a bit tired and a little bit emosh, but yeah, brave face.' She further explained: 'We weren't there and the dogs weren't there. Obviously, if you know my dogs, the rescue Shepherd and Rottweiler, no one's getting into my house and not getting out unalived if my dogs are in there. 'So these f*****g, like disgusting vermin, were obviously tracking the house, and they obviously went at a time they knew the dogs weren't there, but they didn't know that we had security with a dog team, so they came down so quickly, thank God. 'And it's just a horrible thing; the feeling that someone's been in your house. Even though they didn't take the most valuable things, it's just the feeling. It's so horrible.' Olivia then explained that this was not the first time she had been targeted and had now been burgled three times. 'And we have had that happened to us before in Manchester. It's the third time we've been burgled in different houses up there', she added. Olivia continued: 'It's just sad, isn't it? A sad society. But look, life goes on. There's a lot worse things that could happen. So, we keep it moving. 'I like to think I'm a tough gal, but obviously I was awake from like 2am until 6am, and didn't sleep last night because I was on-and-off the phone with police, security team, neighbours. And I was upset and stressed, and I literally just worked.' 'That's probably why I look like an ageing rocker. My head's going to hit the pillow tonight, and I'm going to be out. We've got people at the house looking after everything.' Earlier this week, Olivia shared how she 'pays through the nose for private security', who arrived within two minutes to try and apprehend the burglars. Olivia was targeted while out of the country, however her security system seemingly outsmarted the criminals who tried to gain entry to the £1million property. Throughout the night, Olivia shared with her followers that they had experienced an attempted break-in and warned the thieves she had their details.
