The actress, 44, recently confirmed her new romance with Top Gun: Maverick star Danny Ramirez - and he was quick to give her sexy new snaps a 'like' on Instagram.
In the post, she showed off her toned physique in a light pink bikini as well as a brown bandeau two-piece.
Revealing just how she maintains her incredible figure, the mother-of-three also shared a snap of herself working hard in the gym.
The star was staying at a luxury oceanfront boutique in the Riviera Maya, where rooms start from £746 ($1,000) a night before taxes.
She captioned the pictures: 'A dreamy few days at one of my favourite places @etereoauberge.'

Her new Instagram post comes days after Jessica was seen passionately kissing her new boyfriend Danny in LA on Saturday.

A source told DailyMail.com last week that the pair's budding romance has now taken a 'surprising turn.'

It's now been revealed she has made the split official by filing divorce papers at Los Angeles County court.
Her filing cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the break-up and listed their date of separation as December 27, 2024, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Jessica has also requested joint custody of their children and asked for her legal name to be restored to Jessica Marie Alba.
Breaking her silence on the separation, she said on Instagram: 'I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years.
'It's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.'
Jessica emphasised her and Cash's commitment to co-parenting in the announcement, stating: 'Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.'
In May 2024, Jessica commemorated her and Cash's wedding anniversary with a heartfelt Instagram post.
She said: 'I'm proud of us for making it this far. There is no real set of rules or guidance that can ever prepare you for what it means to commit to another person and choose to be family.'

Shock jock Stern, 71, has hosted the second incarnation of The Howard Stern Show since 2006, but a show insider confirmed to the Daily Mail that the host is in 'very serious negotiations' with SiriusXM on whether he will renew his contract. Stern's shift from having the most fearsome reputation in American entertainment to being what Kanye West described as an 'irrelevant old man' has been dramatic in recent years and he has faced backlash after admitting he was proudly 'woke'. The insider said: 'He may do a 1-2 year contract if they can meet him where he wants financially. He doesn't want to pull the plug on his employees like this.' A separate source said Stern was considering 'parting ways' with SiriusXM - and that his staff of 'around 95' writers and producers had only recently heard about Stern's indecision over the show's future. They added the star 'will likely sell his catalogue of shows to replay' on uncensored channels Howard 100 and Howard 101.
