You star Madeline Brewer shares romantic wedding album as she ties the knot with Jack Thompson-Roylance

You actress Madeline Brewer has married Jack Thompson-Roylance. The July 12 wedding took place in the British countryside and was inspired by wildflowers, according to the 33-year-old star's Brides profile. The New Jersey native and Englishman met on a dating app in October 2022 and got engaged in January 2024. 'Knowing where Jack's from and knowing what the southwest of England looks like, I would have wanted to get married there no matter what,' Madeline explained about their destination wedding. According to Brides, Jack presented Madeline with a vintage ring he procured in London's Hatton Garden district. 'It was the most beautiful ring I've ever seen in my entire life!' the Handmaids Tale star gushed. After connecting with his future wife online via an app, Thompson-Roylance recalled their first date. 'I met her outside the bar, and with the street lights behind her, she looked like an angel,' he shared. But the meet-cute wasn't without a hiccup: 'I said, "Hi Madeline," and she looked at me and went, "It's Maddie." And I thought, Oh, this is not off to a good start.' Madeline shared her perspective as she remembered, 'He smiled and I saw that he had a half tooth and my brain went, "Next!"' But, she noted, 'He was really cute. Plus, I traveled all that way and he was wearing this nice button-down shirt. He's really charming and English, and was so suave.' The nuptials took place at North Cadbury Court in Somerset, England with 130 of the couple's closest loved ones. More guests joined the festivities for an indoor reception. 'Knowing where Jack's from and knowing what the southwest of England looks like, I would have wanted to get married there no matter what,' Madeline explained about their destination wedding Brewer walked down the aisle in a vintage Vera Wang ball gown and teamed it with a veil from London's Jane Bourvis. She tailored her dress to make it strapless and noted, 'I wanted the corseted feeling and we kept the bows down the back which were my favorite part of the dress.' 'The vision started with inspiration from English wildflowers and the ribbon tower at Glastonbury Festival,' Brewer dished to Brides ahead of the ceremony. She added, 'I knew I wanted lots of color and the easy, floating on the wind feeling from ribbons blowing in the breeze.' Looking toward the future, Madeline said, 'I have loved calling Jack my fiancé, but I'm really excited for us to be husband and wife.' For his part, Jack is looking forward to parenthood with his new bride. He added, 'I'd like to see some little Jacks and Maddies running around in the future.'

Jimmy Kimmel reveals blistering reason he wants Trump to compete on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?

Jimmy Kimmel has revealed the blistering reason he wants Donald Trump to compete on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? The 57-year-old, who has been serving as host since 2020, told Extra he'd like to see exactly 'how much the genius' really knows. Celebrity contestants get their intelligence tested as they're quizzed on a variety of topics in the hopes of winning $1M for a charity of their choosing. Asked about his dream contestant, Kimmel told the outlet: 'Boy, wound't it be fun to put Donald Trump in that hot seat, see how much that genius knows? 'I would say, "Please, have a seat. I would love to — you know what? Any time you spend on a game show is another hour you're not being president, so I'm in support of that."' Kimmel - a vocal critic of the president - admitted he has a lot of respect for any celebrity who does take part. He added: 'I admire anybody that does sit down and come on the show because they're really risking their reputation.' Kimmel's comments about Trump come after the US President claimed he and Jimmy Fallon could be 'next' to have their shows cancelled after news that the Late Show with Stephen Colbert will end in May 2026. Trump wrote on his own Truth Social platform: 'The word is, and it's a strong word at that, Jimmy Kimmel is NEXT to go in the untalented Late Night Sweepstakes and, shortly thereafter, Fallon will be gone. 'These are people with absolutely NO TALENT, who were paid Millions of Dollars for, in all cases, destroying what used to be GREAT Television. 'It's really good to see them go, and I hope I played a major part in it! (sic)' In response, Kimmel posted on Instagram: 'I'm hearing you're next. Or maybe it's just another wonderful secret.' His contract for Jimmy Kimmel Live! - which airs on ABC - is set to expire in 2026. Meanwhile, Colbert has questioned CBS' statement claiming the decision to end the show was a 'purely a financial decision' move. Woman leaves wedding guests in disbelief as she wears white dress to her niece's nuptials and says people criticising her are 'just jealous'

A woman who attended her niece's wedding in a white dress has been slammed for 'stealing the spotlight'. The woman, from the US, turned up at the nuptials in floor length embroidered gown, which many people are describing as bridal. Images from the wedding were shared on Reddit where people were left questioning if she was the bride. A slew of snaps of the unnamed relative was shared on the forum with one showing her standing next to the bride in a simple short white gown, which was far less flamboyant then the guest's cream gown, which was complete with rhinestone crystal detailing and a dramatic train. After sharing pictures from the wedding to Facebook, the guest then 'doubled down' after being called out for the inappropriate wedding attire, saying she 'made a Facebook post about how women shouldn't tear each other down'. Her Facebook post read: 'No one hates you more than the women who can't compete with you. They watch your every move, talk nonstop-because if they talked about themselves, no one would listen. 'Let them bark from behind. Real queens don't tear each other mistresses do. Let's shine babe, keeps being pretty.' Many rushed to the comments to say the guest 'successfully upstaged the bride' and showed 'no class'. One person said: 'I bet the horrid woman successfully upstaged the bride. That dress is stunning and even has a freaking train. Someone should have stepped on the train.' Another added: 'The train takes away all benefit of the doubt... this lady is showing no class.' Someone else added: 'Whyyyyy would anybody wear a dress with a train to someone else's wedding? Incredibly rude'. Many revealed they confused the bride as the 'rude' guest because her dress was less formal than her wedding guests. One person wrote: 'Yes and I'd guess the guest was way overdressed if the brides outfit is anything to go by. Looks a bit more informal than the guests dress. Who does a custom gown for a wedding? Another said: 'That's a gorgeous dress but I thought she was the bride.' A fourth added: 'Thought it was a lesbian couple both in dresses.' Someone else added: 'I found the post on Facebook and saw some pictures of her with her husband from the same wedding, and her husband was wearing a short sleeve button down shirt with slacks. 'Like he looked well put together and everything, but definitely a different vibe than the red-carpet-worthy custom gown this Main Character wore. 'Honestly based on the bride's dress his outfit was probably more in line with the wedding dress code.'
