Dipika Kakar, who is currently recovering from tumour surgery while her stage 2 liver cancer, recently shared an emotional update about her healing journey and the joy of reconnecting with motherhood. In her latest vlog, the actress revealed a moment she had long waited for: being able to hold her son Ruhaan on her lap again. 'Ruhaan can sleep on my lap now after surgery as the stitches are finally healed. I can't carry him, but he can lie on my lap and sleep,' Dipika said, visibly emotional. 'This moment is very precious for me. Because when I had learnt about my situation I would keep thinking if this moment would come back and if it is back then when. But now when things are getting back to normalcy, all these small moments I value a lot.'
