Hailey recently sold her skincare brand Rhode to e.l.f. Beauty for a reported $1 billion.
According to two sources close to Hailey, the 28-year-old was bawling her eyes out when the deal was struck, with friends and family flooding her phone with over 900 congratulatory messages.
One insider claims the stress of closing the astonishing takeover had taken its toll.
The entire process—including dealing with family issues that have been extensively reported by The U.S. Sun—had become "very stressful."
The source claimed: "Despite everything going on with Justin, she remained focused and poured her energy into her company.
"When everything was finalized, she couldn't stop crying and screaming with joy. I haven't seen her like this since the birth of her son."
The new collaboration sees her take on the titles of chief creative officer and head of innovation - while also serving as a strategic advisor to the newly combined companies
It comes as The U.S. Sun revealed Hailey's husband Justin is keen to get his music career back on track.

He was spotted alongside Hailey in attendance at Martin Garrix's concert at L.A. State Historic Park.
They seemed in good spirits and affectionate with one another.
According to an insider, it was back to work as soon as the music stopped.
They said: "Justin is now trying desperately to focus on the music.
"He was with Hailey at the concert but then went to The Bird Streets Club, which is members-only in West Hollywood, without her.

The insider added: "Justin is trying to juggle everything at the moment, but the new album is being prioritized.
"Hailey is doing her best and is focused on baby Jack and staying healthy, she's been going to the Alo Yoga gym."
