
DCET: Document verification from June 10 to 13
The list of 37 colleges where document verification will take place has been published on the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) website. Candidates must visit any one of the colleges near them in person. Before that, candidates are required to book an appointment date in advance, as stated in the official notification.
Candidates must carry all original educational documents supporting the claims made during the online application, along with certificates related to special categories (such as NCC, sports, defence personnel, ex-servicemen, CAPF, ex-CAPF — only if claimed) without fail, he further explained.

Karnataka Examinations Authority frame new rules for Non-Resident Indian quota students
Bengaluru: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct document verification for candidates seeking admission to medical, dental and Ayush courses under NRI ward claim from July 8 to 10. Candidates who applied under the quota for the courses have to visit the KEA office in Malleswaram for verification. KEA has changed the documents required for foreign nationals and NRIs. The latter must produce a family tree signed by the tahsildar (a notary-signed family tree or affidavit of relationship will not be accepted); an embassy certificate of the sponsor issued by the Indian consulate-general with an official seal — issued within the last six months (certificates signed by a notary will not be accepted), and the sponsor's NRI/OCI status documents, including bank passbook, passport and visa/resident visa, among other papers. Karnataka NEET UG 2025 Registration Begins At KEA Portal, Check details
Karnataka NEET UG 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially launched the registration process for NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses in the state. Eligible aspirants can complete their registration process on the official KEA website - - by 11 AM on July 8, 2025. The submitted roll numbers will be cross-verified with data from the National Testing Agency (NTA). Upon successful verification, candidates will be able to download their filled application form and verification slip, which are mandatory for further steps in the counselling process, including document verification and choice filling. KEA has also announced a fresh window for new registrations. Candidates who have cleared NEET UG but haven't registered with KEA can apply between July 7 and July 10. A separate schedule for document verification of these applicants will be released soon. Meanwhile, NRI ward candidates must appear in person at the KEA office in Bengaluru with original documents from July 8 to July 10. Verification will be conducted in phases - candidates with NEET ranks up to 4 lakh on Day 1, up to 8 lakh on Day 2, and up to 12 lakh on Day 3.
