A FORMER football coach who abused three boys was jailed today for seven years.
Russell Conn preyed on his teenage victims during a series of attacks in Ayrshire between 1999 and 2021.

The now 62-year-old committed the crimes mainly at different locations, including Beith, Ardrossan and Saltcoats.
Conn had denied the accusations during a trial at the High Court in Glasgow.
But, he was convicted of two rape charges and two of indecent assault.
A further accusation of lewd and libidinous conduct was found not proven by jurors.
After the verdicts, prosecutor Eric Robertson revealed Conn is currently serving a nine year sentence for similar offences against three other boys.
He was found guilty at the High Court in Paisley in 2022 for what a judge described then as the "deliberate and calculated sexual abuse" of his victims.
Today's sentencing was told Conn's latest victims came forward as a result of press coverage of the previous offences.
Conn - who previously managed teams over almost 30 years in Ayrshire - went on to first face the fresh charges in 2023.
Judge David Young KC ordered that the seven years imposed would run consecutively to Conn's current jail term.
The judge said: 'The ages of these victims are aggravating factors as is the age difference between you and the victims.

'Some of these involved breaches of trust.
'Both of your victims of the more serious charges provided statements about how your actions have affected their lives.
'It has had a devastating effect on them - they spoke about feeling isolated and hopelessness to this day.
'You have caused damage to their self-esteem and self-confidence and they have not developed as they should have done.

'They have destructive behaviours and mental health issues - their psychological effects are severe.'
Graeme Brown, defending, earlier told the sentencing that his client continues to deny his offending.
An indefinite non-harassment order was made against two of Conn's victims while a 10-year order was made upon the third.

He was released early from prison in 2021 for good behaviour. During his time in prison, Guede started dating a 25-year-old woman, who later ended their relationship in 2023 and pressed charges against him, according to local Italian media. Guede has been placed under a "special surveillance" regime since last year, when police began their investigation into the alleged sexual assault, Sky News reports. According to a Rome court ruling, Guede must inform the police anytime he leaves Viterbo, his city of residence. He has been fitted with an electronic ankle tag and was banned from having any contact with the woman behind the sexual assault allegations. Carlo Mezzetti, his lawyer, told CNN that Guede was innocent and feared he would not get a fair trial given his previous conviction. Some 100,000 photos, thousands of chats and audio messages between Guede and the unnamed victim are among the evidence set to be presented in the trial, according to the media outlet. Ms Kercher, 21, from Coulsdon, Surrey, was found half-naked with her throat slit in Perugia, Italy, in September 2007. The exchange student from the University of Leeds had been stabbed 47 times. The woman claimed she had subsequently travelled from Goa to Gokarna to seek spiritual solitude. Authorities made the shocking discovery while patrolling Ramatirtha Hill in the beachside town of Gokarna, Karnataka, on July 9. Officers were combing through thick forest in a landslide-prone area when they spotted movement near a rocky cave. To their disbelief, they found Kutina living there with her daughters Prema, six, and Ama, four. They were staying together in a rough shelter built inside the cave. Locals said the family had been spotted in the area before but no one knew they were living in the wild. Inspector Sridhar SR and his team from Gokarna Police Station were carrying out safety checks for tourists when they stumbled across the makeshift home at around 5pm. A police spokesperson said: "Our patrolling team spotted saree and other clothes being hung for drying outside the cave in Ramatirtha Hill. "When they went there, they spotted Mohi along with her children." The trio were relocated to an ashram run by an 80-year-old female monk, Swami Yogaratna Saraswati, in the village of Bankikodla in Kumta taluk, at the mum's request. The cave the family were found in was nestled inside dense forests and rugged terrain - making their lifestyle all the more shocking. The trio survived using plastic sheets to sleep and ate instant noodles frequently, cops said. The mum first told police she had lost her passport and visa documents, but they later found them near the cave. Although her intentions were "spiritual", authorities were left deeply concerned about the safety of her two daughters. Ramatirtha Hill, where the cave is located, previously experienced a major landslide in July 2024. It is also home to dangerous wildlife, including venomous snakes - making it a treacherous environment. The spiritual coastal town of Gokarna is known for its deep religious and meditative roots. After examining Kutina's passport and visa documents, it was revealed that she had originally entered India on a business visa valid until April 17, 2017. She was issued an exit permit on April 19, 2018, and records showed she had subsequently exited to Nepal. But the woman re-entered India on September 8, 2018, overstaying her permitted duration, and stayed there since. "Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene. "The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing. "A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course." Elsewhere, a biker has died after a horror six-vehicle crash on a Scots road.
