Home Bargains' 'soft' £30 coat looks 'just like' £175 Dryrobe version
Home Bargains is selling a coat that's looks very similar to a high-end brand, but without the hefty price tag. Known for selling cheaper versions of luxury items, the popular retailer is now stocking a new must-have.
The ' Originals Changing Coat ', available in black or green, bears a striking resemblance to the sought-after Dryrobe design. Its waterproof outer shell combined with a snug Sherpa fleece lining are devised to provide customers with both "privacy and comfort" when changing in the open.
Describing the coat, Home Bargains states: "The Changing Coat is perfect for staying dry, warm, and comfortable wherever you are. Its waterproof design keeps you protected from the elements, while the soft Sherpa fleece lining provides warmth and comfort."
"The 2-way zip makes it easy to use, allowing quick and hassle-free changes. Whether you're at the beach, or enjoying outdoor adventures, this robe gives you the privacy and convenience to get changed anywhere with ease."
The coat not only shares aesthetic qualities with Dryrobe's Advance Long Sleeve Changing Robe, such as being fashioned from nylon and polyester with a two-way zip and wrist-fasteners, but also offers ample room to change into swimwear, wetsuits, or sportswear.
However, the Dryrobe version also boasts fleece-lined external zip pockets, an internal A4-sized soft-lined 'poacher' pocket and a waterproof zipped internal phone/wallet pocket.
While the Advance Long Sleeve Changing Robe by Dryrobe is priced at £175 online, Home Bargains offers its version for just £30. This means customers could save approximately £145 by choosing the budget retailer's coat.
The Originals Changing Coat from Home Bargains is available in black or green, in sizes ranging from small to large. You can purchase the coat online here.
